本发明提供一种防湿热黄疸贴产品,取栀子提取物20~40份、凝胶颗粒15~25份和壳聚糖40~80份,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物10~20份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒5~10份和壳聚糖5~10份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取余下栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入余下的凝胶颗粒和壳聚糖5~15份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅰ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取余下壳聚糖,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅱ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。

背景技术
栀子又叫黄栀子、山栀、白蟾,灌木,高0.3~3米,果实味苦寒,用于清热、泻火、凉血;含有黄色素,可提炼天然色素,用作食品添加剂。属卫生部颁布的第l批药食两用资源,具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用,在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病等症。
湿热黄疸是指以湿热病邪为主要病因所引起的黄疸,多与急性黄疸性肝炎有关,病症特征是面、目、身肤熏黄,小便黄。常因感受湿热邪气,饮食无节,损伤脾胃,肝胆瘀热,热毒炽盛以及瘀血等造成。临床表现为身热烦渴,腹胀厌食,小便热痛赤涩,也可出现躁扰不宁的精神症状,脉多洪滑有力。

发明内容
针对婴儿脸部易出现湿热出疹、黄疸等现象,现采用打吸水粉和照光等处理措施,但效果欠佳,本发明提供一种防湿热黄疸贴产品,使产品在使用过程中达到防湿热、防黄疸等效果,具有效果佳、处置简单、无副作用等特点。
因此,本发明第一个目的是提供一种防湿热黄疸贴产品,取栀子提取物20~40份、凝胶颗粒15~25份和壳聚糖40~80份,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物10~20份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒5~10份和壳聚糖5~10份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取余下栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入余下的凝胶颗粒和壳聚糖5~15份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅰ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取余下壳聚糖,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅱ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
在一个具体实施方案中,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取栀子提取物30~40份、凝胶颗粒20~25份和壳聚糖60~70份,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物15~20份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒7~10份和壳聚糖8~10份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取余下栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入余下的凝胶颗粒和壳聚糖10~15份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅰ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取余下壳聚糖,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅱ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
在另一个具体实施方案中,其中各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取30份栀子提取物、20份凝胶颗粒和60份壳聚糖,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物15份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒10份和壳聚糖8份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取15份栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入10份凝胶颗粒和15份壳聚糖,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅰ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取37份壳聚糖,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅱ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
上述加入水的量L与所溶于物质的重量kg比为0.5~10:1。
上述壳聚糖选用脱乙酰度达到90%以上,用2%醋酸配制成1%~10%的壳聚糖溶液。
本发明第二个目的是提供一种栀子提取物的制备方法,并将它用于防湿热黄疸贴产品中,步骤包括:
(1)取黄栀子、大黄、生姜进行混合得混合物,再进行粉碎,加入水,搅拌加热至70~85℃,保温60~120min后,过滤得滤液,其中黄栀子、大黄、生姜重量kg比为20:3~6:1~4。
(2)将滤液在50~65℃下减压浓缩至至干,得栀子提取物。
在一个实施方案中,步骤(1)中所述加入水量的体积L与混合物重量kg比为3~6:1。
在一个实施方案中,步骤(1)中所述过滤:膜孔径为0.22μm的陶瓷膜过滤一次。
本发明第三个目的是提供一种凝胶颗粒的制备方法,并将它用于防湿热黄疸贴产品中,步骤包括:
(a)取精制淀粉20~45份加入5~10倍重量的水,加入丙烯酸5~15份搅拌混合10~30min后,得混合物;
(b)再向混合物中加入10%过硫酸铵和TEMED,快速混合后室温下放置1~3小时,再加入一定量的水搅拌后5000~10000rpm离心,去上清液,重复一次,得沉淀Ⅵ;
(c)将沉淀Ⅵ放置在真空干燥机中室温进行缓慢干燥得干燥物,即为凝胶颗粒。
在一个实施方案中,步骤(b)中所述10%过硫酸铵的体积μL与混合物的体积mL比为20~50:100;TEMED(四甲基乙二胺)的体积μL与混合物的体积mL比为10~50:100;所述加入水的量mL与混合物的体积mL比为20~50:10。
10%过硫酸铵的配制方法为称取10g过硫酸铵,用水溶解后,定容至100ml。
技术效果
1、通过凝胶颗粒快速吸水和栀子等功能性物质的渗入,基本保持了皮肤干燥,有效防止了湿热症状发生;又通过栀子等功能性物质,完全防止了黄疸的发生。
2、通过壳聚糖和凝胶颗粒对空气的阻隔作用,减缓了栀子等功能性物质的氧化速度,提高了产品的抗黄疸能力。
具体实施方式
下面,本发明将用实施例进行进一步的说明,但是它并不限于这些实施例的任一个或类似实例。
实施例1:栀子提取物的制备方法
称取40kg黄栀子、8kg大黄、4kg生姜进行混合得混合物,再进行粉碎,加入200L水,搅拌加热至70~85℃,保温100min后,过滤得滤液,将滤液在55℃下减压浓缩至至干,得栀子提取物。
实施例2:凝胶颗粒的制备方法
称取精制淀粉30克,加入120克的水,加入6克丙烯酸搅拌混合10~30min后,得混合物120mL左右。再向混合物中加入10%过硫酸铵25μL和TEMED25μL,快速混合后室温下放置2小时,再加入300mL的水搅拌后8000rpm离心,去上清液,再向沉淀中加入300mL的水搅拌后8000rpm离心,得沉淀Ⅵ。将沉淀Ⅵ放置在真空干燥机中室温进行缓慢干燥得干燥物,即为凝胶颗粒35克。
实施例3:防湿热黄疸贴产品制备
取3kg栀子提取物加入10L水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒2kg和壳聚糖1.5kg(用2%醋酸20L溶解1.5kg壳聚糖),进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到11%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取3kg栀子提取物加入10L水进行溶解,加入2kg凝胶颗粒和3kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸40L溶解3kg壳聚糖),进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取7.5kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸80L溶解7.5kg壳聚糖),直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅱ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到50%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25%,采用真空包装保存备用。
实施例4:防湿热黄疸贴产品制备
取15kg栀子提取物加入50L水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒10kg和壳聚糖8kg(用2%醋酸100L溶解8kg壳聚糖),进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到12%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取15kg栀子提取物加入50L水进行溶解,加入10kg凝胶颗粒和15kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸200L溶解15kg壳聚糖),进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在处理过的离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取37kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸400L溶解37kg壳聚糖),直接平铺在处理过的离型膜(干燥物Ⅱ)上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到50%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25%,采用真空包装保存备用。
对照实施例1
用2%醋酸700L溶解60kg壳聚糖,得壳聚糖溶液。再取30kg栀子提取物加入100L水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒20kg,与壳聚糖溶液混合均匀后,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到35%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25%,采用真空包装保存备用。
对照实施例2
取壳聚糖8kg加入2%醋酸100L进行溶解,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到12%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取30kg栀子提取物加入100L水进行溶解,加入20kg凝胶颗粒和15kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸200L溶解15kg壳聚糖),进行搅拌均匀,直接倒入宽的容器中,真空干燥使其含水量降低到15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取37kg壳聚糖(用2%醋酸400L溶解37kg壳聚糖),直接平铺在干燥物Ⅱ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到50%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25%,取出后无布面与干燥物Ⅰ的无膜面叠在一起后,采用真空包装保存备用。
实施例5:各种产品的试验效果
将各种产品直接贴于10名具有明显湿热症状的儿童脸部(舌胎厚有白色的东西,口气大等现象),贴12h后用实施例3和实施例4所得产品的儿童症状明显减轻,达到了90%;而使用对照实施例1所得产品的儿童症状有部分减轻,达到了40%;对照实施例2所得产品的儿童症状有部分减轻,达到了35%。
将各种产品直接贴于10名具有明显黄疸症状的新生儿脸部(皮肤、巩膜等组织的黄染等现象),贴12h后用实施例3和实施例4所得产品的儿童黄疸症状完全消失,达到了80%;而使用对照实施例1所得产品的儿童黄疸症状完全消失,只达到了30%;使用对照实施例2所得产品的儿童黄疸症状完全消失,只达到了20%。
Claims (10)
1.一种防湿热黄疸贴产品,其特征在于:取栀子提取物20~40份、凝胶颗粒15~25份和壳聚糖40~80份,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物10~20份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒5~10份和壳聚糖5~10份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取余下栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入余下的凝胶颗粒和壳聚糖5~15份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅰ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取余下壳聚糖,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅱ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
2.如权利要求1所述的产品,其特征在于是由各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取栀子提取物30~40份、凝胶颗粒20~25份、薄荷醇15~20份和壳聚糖60~70份,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物15~20份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒7~10份和壳聚糖8~10份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取余下栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入余下的凝胶颗粒和壳聚糖10~15份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅰ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取余下壳聚糖,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅱ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
3.如权利要求1所述的产品,其特征在于是由各原料成分以以下重量份组成:取30份栀子提取物、20份凝胶颗粒、15份薄荷醇和60份壳聚糖,具体制备步骤包括:取栀子提取物15份加入水溶解,加入凝胶颗粒10份和壳聚糖8份,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在离型膜上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅰ;再取15份栀子提取物加入水进行溶解,加入10份凝胶颗粒和15份壳聚糖,进行搅拌均匀,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅰ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到10~15%,得干燥物Ⅱ;取37份壳聚糖,直接平铺在干燥物Ⅱ上,真空干燥使其含水量降低到45~55%,用无纺布或弹力布覆盖后继续进行真空干燥使其含水量降低到25~30%,采用真空包装保存备用。
4.如权利要求1~3之一所述产品,其特征在于所述加水的量L与所溶于物质的重量kg比为0.5~10:1。
5.如权利要求1~3之一所述产品,其特征在于所述壳聚糖选用脱乙酰度达到90%以上,使用方法为先加入2%醋酸进行溶解配制成质量体积比1%~15%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液即可。
6.如权利要求1~3之一所述产品,其特征在于所述栀子提取物的制备步骤包括:
(1)取黄栀子、大黄、生姜进行混合得混合物,再进行粉碎,加入水,搅拌加热至70~85℃,保温60~120min后,过滤得滤液,其中黄栀子、大黄、生姜重量kg比为20:3~6:1~4。
(2)将滤液在50~65℃下减压浓缩至至干,得栀子提取物。
7.如权利要求6所述的产品,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述加入水量的体积L与混合物重量kg比为3~6:1。
8.如权利要求6所述的产品,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述过滤:膜孔径为0.22μm的陶瓷膜过滤一次。
9.如权利要求1~3之一所述产品,其特征在于所述凝胶颗粒的制备步骤包括:

10.如权利要求9所述的产品,其特征在于步骤(b)中所述10%过硫酸铵的体积μL与混合物的体积mL比为20~50:100;TEMED的体积μL与混合物的体积mL比为10~50:100;所述加入水的量mL与混合物的体积mL比为20~50:10。
