本发明涉及一种肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,配方的原料成分以重量份计包括:富硒紫球藻粉100‑1000份,海藻寡糖50‑500份,海洋贝类低聚肽10‑100份,海参氨糖20‑40份,牛磺酸2‑8份,岩藻黄素0.05‑1份,复合维生素1‑8份,钙、铁、锌、镁的无机或有机盐混合物1‑10份;其中,富硒紫球藻粉为用含硒培养基培养后的藻粉;海藻寡糖采用聚合度为3‑10的寡糖;海洋贝类低聚肽采用聚合度为2‑10的蛋白肽;复合维生素为维生素C、维生素E、维生素B1等按比例组成的混合物;本发明产品是一种新型、全面的复合特膳食品,可全面补充肿瘤患者所需的各种营养,能提高肿瘤患者免疫力,优化肠道内菌群,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和转移。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种特膳食品,特别是涉及一种肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,属于营养保健食品技术领域。
背景技术:
无论在发达国家还是发展中国家,恶性肿瘤几乎都是死亡率最高的疾病。根据Globocan 给出的统计数据,2012年全球约有1409万恶性肿瘤新增病例,并有820万人死于恶性肿瘤。其中发展中国家的恶性肿瘤死亡率高于发达国家,患病人数占全球的57%,死亡人数高达全球的65%。根据肿瘤患者的特殊体质,配制特殊的易于消化吸收的复合营养食品,有利于提高肿瘤患者的免疫力,改善肿瘤患者的生活质量。
目前,我国市场上针对肿瘤患者食用的特殊膳食食品,主要以补充维生素、矿物质等,并不能提供全面合理的营养,而且价格昂贵,实际作用欠佳,本发明主要以海洋生物原料为主要组分,补充肿瘤患者所需的糖类和蛋白,并配以一定量的维生素和矿物质,全面合理地为肿瘤患者提供必需的营养组分,成本较低,作为医疗的辅助手段帮助患者提高免疫力。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,针对肿瘤患者专用特膳食品领域存在的问题,根据肿瘤患者特殊的生理状态与营养需求,提供一种肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,其含有的富硒紫球藻粉、海藻寡糖、海洋贝类低聚肽、海参氨糖、岩藻黄素等成分不仅可以满足肿瘤患者所需的糖、蛋白等营养,而且能够起到提高机体免疫力、改善患者胃肠道消化能力、保护患者骨关节、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的功效。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所涉及的一种肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,配方的原料成分以重量份计包括:富硒紫球藻粉100-1000份,海藻寡糖50-500份,海洋贝类低聚肽 10-100份,海参氨糖20-40份,牛磺酸2-8份,岩藻黄素0.05-1份,复合维生素1-8份,复合无机盐或有机盐,1-10份;其中,富硒紫球藻粉为用含硒培养基培养后的藻粉;海藻寡糖采用聚合度为3-10的寡糖;海洋贝类低聚肽采用聚合度为2-10的蛋白肽;复合维生素包括1-10重量份维生素C,1-10重量份维生素E,0.5-10重量份维生素B1,0.5-5重量份维生素B2,0.5-10重量份维生素B3,0.5-5重量份维生素B6,0.05-0.5重量份维生素B12;复合无机盐或有机盐,包括5-20重量份钙盐,1-10重量份铁盐,1-10重量份锌盐,1-10重量份镁盐,钙盐选自乳清钙、珊瑚钙;铁盐选自血红素铁、葡萄糖酸亚铁;锌盐选自乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌;镁盐选自硬脂酸镁、碳酸镁;
本发明所涉及的肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,其制备方法为:按照上述配方称取原料组分,将富硒紫球藻粉、海藻寡糖、海洋贝类低聚肽、海参氨糖、复合无机盐或有机盐、牛磺酸在搅拌机中于常温下搅拌15-20分钟混匀得混合物,然后于4℃低温下将岩藻黄素和复合维生素加入上述混合物中,再次搅拌15-20分钟混匀,压片成型,微波杀菌法在25-45℃下杀菌2-3小时即制得肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品;
本发明产品的服用方法是:在肿瘤患者治疗前、治疗过程中、治疗后均能够服用,每天服用5-50克。

其中,富硒紫球藻粉为用含硒培养基培养后的藻粉;海藻寡糖采用聚合度为3-10的羊栖菜寡糖;海洋贝类低聚肽采用聚合度为2-10的扇贝蛋白肽;复合维生素中各组分质量为:0.5g 维生素C,0.2g维生素E,0.05g维生素B1,0.05g维生素B2,0.07g维生素B3,0.08g维生素B6,0.05g维生素B12;所述的复合无机盐或有机盐中各组分质量为:2.5g乳清钙,1.5g血红素铁,0.5g乳酸锌,0.5g硬脂酸镁。
本实施例所涉及的肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品的制备方法为:按照上述配方称取原料组分,将富硒紫球藻粉、海藻寡糖、海洋贝类低聚肽、海参氨糖、复合无机盐或有机盐、牛磺酸在搅拌机中于常温下搅拌15-20分钟充分混匀得混合物,然后于4℃低温下将岩藻黄素和复合维生素加入上述混合物中,再次搅拌15-20分钟充分混匀,压片成型,微波杀菌法在 25℃下杀菌2小时即制得肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品;所述富硒紫球藻粉是含亚硒酸培养基培养的紫球藻经过离心机离心,然后冷冻干燥制得。
产品的服用方法是:在肿瘤患者治疗前、治疗过程中、治疗后均能够服用,每天服用5-50 克。

其中,富硒紫球藻粉为用含硒培养基培养后的藻粉;海藻寡糖采用聚合度为3-10的石花菜寡糖;海洋贝类低聚肽采用聚合度为2-10的鲍鱼蛋白肽;复合维生素中各组分质量为:4g 维生素C,2g维生素E、0.5g维生素B1、0.25g维生素B2、0.25g维生素B3、0.8g维生素B6, 0.2g维生素B12;所述的复合无机盐或有机盐中各组分质量为4g珊瑚钙,2g葡萄糖酸亚铁, 2g葡萄糖酸锌,2g碳酸镁。
本实施例所涉及的肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品的制备方法为:按照上述配方称取原料组分,将富硒紫球藻粉、海藻寡糖、海洋贝类低聚肽、海参氨糖、复合无机盐或有机盐、牛磺酸在搅拌机中于常温下搅拌15-20分钟充分混匀得混合物,然后于4℃低温下将岩藻黄素和复合维生素加入上述混合物中,再次搅拌15-20分钟充分混匀,压片成型,微波杀菌法在 25℃下杀菌2小时即制得肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品;所述富硒紫球藻粉是含亚硒酸培养基培养的紫球藻经过离心机离心,然后冷冻干燥制得。

实施例3、
以实施例2的肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品进行小鼠实验。
实体瘤模型:将S180细胞在小鼠腹腔内接种,10天后取出小鼠腹水,用生理盐水调整细胞浓度(2×106个/ml)后接种于小鼠右前肢腋窝皮下,0.1ml/只,24小时后,将小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、荷瘤小鼠组和实施例2组,每组10只。将实施例2中的特膳食品配成水溶液,对小鼠进行灌胃喂食(0.2ml/只),阴性对照组给予正常饮用水,连续喂食10天,末次喂食的次日,称重小鼠,将小鼠处死,取出瘤块,称重。并取腹腔内的巨噬细胞,检测其吞噬中性红的能力。取小鼠血清,检测其淋巴细胞分型。并取出小鼠盲肠内含物与粪便进行肠道菌的计数分析。
按以下公式计算肿瘤抑制率:
肿瘤抑制率(%)=(阴性对照组的瘤重-实验组的瘤重)/阴性对照组瘤重×100%
实验结果显示,本发明根据肿瘤患者的营养需求,以富硒紫球藻粉等为主要原料制备的肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,不仅能够满足肿瘤患者对于各种营养组分的需求,而且由于含有多种生物活性物质,因此能够提高肿瘤患者的免疫力、优化肠道内菌群、抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和转移,可以全面改善肿瘤患者的生活质量。

1.一种肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品,其特征在于配方的原料成分以重量份计包括:富硒紫球藻粉100-1000份,海藻寡糖50-500份,海洋贝类低聚肽10-100份,海参氨糖20-40份,牛磺酸2-8份,岩藻黄素0.05-1份,复合维生素1-8份,复合无机盐或有机盐1-10份;其中,富硒紫球藻粉为用含硒培养基培养后的藻粉;海藻寡糖采用聚合度为3-10的寡糖;海洋贝类低聚肽采用聚合度为2-10的蛋白肽;复合维生素包括1-10重量份维生素C,1-10重量份维生素E,0.5-10重量份维生素B1,0.5-5重量份维生素B2,0.5-10重量份维生素B3,0.5-5重量份维生素B6,0.05-0.5重量份维生素B12;复合无机盐或有机盐包括5-20重量份钙盐,1-10重量份铁盐,1-10重量份锌盐,1-10重量份镁盐,钙盐选自乳清钙、珊瑚钙;铁盐选自血红素铁、葡萄糖酸亚铁;锌盐选自乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌;镁盐选自硬脂酸镁、碳酸镁;其制备方法为:按照上述配方称取原料组分,将富硒紫球藻粉、海藻寡糖、海洋贝类低聚肽、海参氨糖、复合无机盐或有机盐、牛磺酸在搅拌机中于常温下搅拌15-20分钟混匀得混合物,然后于4℃低温下将岩藻黄素和复合维生素加入上述混合物中,再次搅拌15-20分钟混匀,压片成型,微波杀菌法在25-45℃下杀菌2-3小时即制得肿瘤患者专用的复合特膳食品;在肿瘤患者治疗前、治疗过程中、治疗后均能够服用,每天服用5-50克,其具有抗肿瘤效果,能提高肿瘤患者免疫力,优化肠道内菌群,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和转移。
