Abstract

本发明公开了一种水基润滑膏及其制备方法,该润滑膏是由以下重量份原料组成:硬脂酸钠4‑6份,硬脂酸锌1‑3份,石墨微粉1‑4份,乙二醇,5‑10份,季戊四醇,5‑8份,硅油5‑8份,三乙醇胺3‑5份,蒸馏水100‑120份,苯甲酸钠0.5‑1份亚硝酸钠1‑1.5份。本发明的有益效果是具有低软化点,低摩擦系数,抗冲击性和渗透性,减摩性能好,能有效防止器械受损,并且具有优异的抗腐蚀、防锈性能,保证设备在高强度环境下正常工作。

一种水基润滑膏及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水基润滑膏及其制备方法。
背景技术:
润滑剂是用来降低摩擦阻力,减缓磨损的润滑介质,并且还能对摩擦部件起到冷却和清洗的作用。随着机械自动化程度的不断提高,生产对机械的使用寿命要求越来越高,为了满足机械润滑性能,对润滑膏提出了更多要求。目前的润滑膏种类繁多,但是普遍的导热性能差,软化点高,渗透力不强等缺点,无法同时满足人们对润滑膏的要求。
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种润滑膏及其制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水基润滑膏,以重量份计,由以下成分组成:硬脂酸钠4-6份,硬脂酸锌1-3份,石墨微粉1-4份,乙二醇,5-10份,季戊四醇,5-8份,硅油5-8份,三乙醇胺3-5份,蒸馏水100-120份,苯甲酸钠0.5-1份,亚硝酸钠1-1.5份;
所述润滑膏按以下方法得到:
①原料预混合:硬脂酸锌1-3份,石墨微粉1-4份,硅油5-8份,三乙醇胺3-5份,,苯甲酸钠0.5-1份,亚硝酸钠1-1.5份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠4-6份,乙二醇,5-10份,季戊四醇,5-8份,蒸馏水100-120份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
优选的一种润滑膏,以重量份计,由以下方法得到
①原料预混合:以重量份计,将硬脂酸锌2份,石墨微粉2份,硅油6份,三乙醇胺4份,,苯甲酸钠0.8份,亚硝酸钠1.2份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠5份,乙二醇,6份,季戊四醇,6份,蒸馏水110份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的润滑膏软化点低,硬度适中,抗冲击性和渗透性,减摩性能好,能有效防止器械受损,并且具有优异的抗腐蚀、防锈性能,保证设备在高强度环境下正常工作。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种润滑膏,以重量份计,由以下成分组成:所述润滑膏按以下方法得到:
①原料预混合:硬脂酸锌1份,石墨微粉1份,硅油5份,三乙醇胺3份,,苯甲酸钠0.5份,亚硝酸钠1份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠4份,乙二醇,5份,季戊四醇,5份,蒸馏水100份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
实施例2

①原料预混合:硬脂酸锌2份,石墨微粉4份,硅油8份,三乙醇胺5份,,苯甲酸钠1份,亚硝酸钠1.5份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠6份,乙二醇,10份,季戊四醇,8份,蒸馏水120份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
实施例3
一种润滑膏,以重量份计,由以下成分组成:所述润滑膏按以下方法得到:
①原料预混合:硬脂酸锌2份,石墨微粉3份,硅油6份,三乙醇胺4份,,苯甲酸钠0.8份,亚硝酸钠1.2份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠5份,乙二醇,6份,季戊四醇,6份,蒸馏水110份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。

1.一种水基润滑膏,其特征在于:以重量份计,由以下成分组成:硬脂酸钠4-6份,硬脂酸锌1-3份,石墨微粉1-4份,乙二醇,5-10份,季戊四醇,5-8份,硅油5-8份,三乙醇胺3-5份,蒸馏水100-120份,苯甲酸钠0.5-1份,亚硝酸钠1-1.5份;
所述润滑膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①原料预混合:硬脂酸锌1-3份,石墨微粉1-4份,硅油5-8份,三乙醇胺3-5份,,苯甲酸钠0.5-1份,亚硝酸钠1-1.5份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠4-6份,乙二醇,5-10份,季戊四醇,5-8份,蒸馏水100-120份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基润滑膏,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
①原料预混合:以重量份计,将硬脂酸锌2份,石墨微粉2份,硅油6份,三乙醇胺4份,,苯甲酸钠0.8份,亚硝酸钠1.2份,放入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,待用。
②润滑膏的制备:以重量份计,将硬脂酸钠5份,乙二醇,6份,季戊四醇,6份,蒸馏水110份,加入到反应釜中,加热到90℃,将步骤①预混合原料加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时,均匀后,趁热灌装,冷却固化后,得到润滑膏产品。
