本发明公开了一种促进含笑压条生根的生根剂,成分及其重量份包括:吲哚乙酸20~35份、复硝酚钠2~4份、葡萄糖4~8份、苍耳提取物3~5份、苦豆子提取物1~3份、钾镁肥2~4份、三聚磷酸钠2~5份、螯合铁1~5份和活性炭2~4份。有益效果为:本发明生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物无性繁殖领域,具体是一种促进含笑压条生根的生根剂。
背景技术
生根剂是属于植物生长调节剂促进剂类的生长素类化合物,在蔬菜生产应用中有吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸,根块膨,御根生,br生根剂,复硝酚钠等多个成分,其作用是在植物体内维持植物的顶端优势,诱导同化产物向产品(果实)运输,促进植物生根等。
含笑(Michelia f igo)是木兰科含笑属植物, 为常绿灌木或小乔木。原产广东、福建及广西东南部。分枝稠密, 芽、花柄、幼枝上生满褐色绒毛。叶革质, 椭圆状披针形或长卵形, 正面油绿, 反面中脉上生有黄毛。花有浓郁的香蕉气味, 花冠一般不全张开, 半开微吐, 含羞欲笑, 待完全张开后即凋落。含笑是我国著名的观赏香花树种, 广泛应用于室内种植和园林绿化, 因而每年绿化苗木的需求量大。其繁殖方法主要有播种、嫁接、压条、扦插等, 其中扦插是应用最广的一种繁殖方法, 它与播种、嫁接和压条相比, 有简单易行、繁殖速度快、繁殖系数高、成本低等优点。而含笑属扦插难生根的树种, 为愈伤组织生根, 扦插育苗生根率较低,需要使用一定的生长素来刺激生根。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,促进根原始体生成,生根率高的促进含笑压条生根的生根剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的方案为:
促进含笑压条生根的生根剂的成分及其重量份包括:吲哚乙酸20~35份、复硝酚钠2~4份、葡萄糖4~8份、苍耳提取物3~5份、苦豆子提取物1~3份、钾镁肥2~4份、三聚磷酸钠2~5份、螯合铁1~5份和活性炭2~4份。上述生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,提高催化IAA与酚类物质的缩合反应速率,提高“IAA-酚酸复合物”的生成量,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,促进营养物质流向基部,活化形成层,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。
螯合铁的制备方法为:将FeSO4溶于70~80倍质量的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将EDTA~2Na溶解于25~30倍的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将上述两种溶液混合均匀,搅拌30~45min,可得螯合铁含水物;将螯合铁含水物,置于60~75℃烘干,得到螯合铁。
活性炭的制备方法为:在椰壳粉末中加入2~4%硅酸盐固体、0.1~0.6%强氧化镁固体和0.2~0.8%醋酸锰,在限氧条件下焙烧,焙烧温度变化为100~120℃煅烧10~15min;200~220℃煅烧10~15min;300~320℃煅烧10~15min;380~400℃煅烧100~120min;320~350℃煅烧20~30min;200~220℃煅烧20~30min;100~120℃煅烧30~40min;焙烧结束后在干燥气体中冷却,得到活性炭。干燥气体成分及其含量为80~90%N2和10~20%HCl。上述制备的活性炭可明显增加生根剂中生长素对多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的提高的效果和促进插穗细胞伸长和分裂的效果,提高含笑插穗的生根率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,提高催化IAA与酚类物质的缩合反应速率,提高“IAA-酚酸复合物”的生成量,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,促进营养物质流向基部,活化形成层,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步说明:
实施例1:
促进含笑压条生根的生根剂,包括以下步骤:
1)将FeSO4溶于75倍质量的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将EDTA~2Na溶解于28倍的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将上述两种溶液混合均匀,搅拌40min,可得螯合铁含水物;将螯合铁含水物,置于70℃烘干,得到螯合铁;
2)在椰壳粉末中加入3%硅酸盐固体、0.5%强氧化镁固体和0.7%醋酸锰,在限氧条件下焙烧,焙烧温度变化为100℃煅烧14min;210℃煅烧12min;300℃煅烧15min;400℃煅烧100min;350℃煅烧20min;200℃煅烧28min;100℃煅烧35min;焙烧结束后在干燥气体中冷却,得到活性炭。干燥气体成分及其含量为88%N2和12%HCl。上述制备的活性炭可明显增加生根剂中生长素对多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的提高的效果和促进插穗细胞伸长和分裂的效果,提高含笑插穗的生根率;
3)将吲哚乙酸30份、复硝酚钠3份、葡萄糖5份、苍耳提取物4份、苦豆子提取物2份、钾镁肥3份、三聚磷酸钠4份、螯合铁3份和活性炭3份混合干燥得到含笑扦插的生根剂。上述生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,提高催化IAA与酚类物质的缩合反应速率,提高“IAA-酚酸复合物”的生成量,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,促进营养物质流向基部,活化形成层,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。

2)在椰壳粉末中加入2.8%硅酸盐固体、0.3%强氧化镁固体和0.65%醋酸锰,在限氧条件下焙烧,焙烧温度变化为100℃煅烧14min;210℃煅烧12min;300℃煅烧15min;400℃煅烧100min;350℃煅烧20min;200℃煅烧28min;100℃煅烧35min;焙烧结束后在干燥气体中冷却,得到活性炭。干燥气体成分及其含量为86%N2和14%HCl。上述制备的活性炭可明显增加生根剂中生长素对多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的提高的效果和促进插穗细胞伸长和分裂的效果,提高含笑插穗的生根率;
3)将吲哚乙酸32份、复硝酚钠2份、葡萄糖4份、苍耳提取物4份、苦豆子提取物3份、钾镁肥3份、三聚磷酸钠4份、螯合铁3份和活性炭3份混合干燥得到含笑扦插的生根剂。上述生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,提高催化IAA与酚类物质的缩合反应速率,提高“IAA-酚酸复合物”的生成量,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,促进营养物质流向基部,活化形成层,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。

3)将吲哚乙酸26份、复硝酚钠2.5份、葡萄糖4.6份、苍耳提取物4份、苦豆子提取物2份、钾镁肥3份、三聚磷酸钠4份、螯合铁2.6份和活性炭3份混合干燥得到含笑扦插的生根剂。上述生根剂中各成分一方面可有效提高多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,提高催化IAA与酚类物质的缩合反应速率,提高“IAA-酚酸复合物”的生成量,有利于愈伤组织的形成。另一方面可有效加快插穗细胞伸长和分裂的速度,同时加强脂肪和淀粉等内含物的水解,促进营养物质流向基部,活化形成层,有利于根原基的形成。本发明生根剂可同时促进皮部生根和愈伤组织生根,明显提高含笑插穗的生根率,长出的根呈白色粗壮型,对水分和矿物质的吸收效率高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的促进含笑压条生根的生根剂,其特征在于:所述的螯合铁的制备方法为:将FeSO4溶于70~80倍质量的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将EDTA~2Na溶解于25~30倍的去离子水中,溶解均匀;将上述两种溶液混合均匀,搅拌30~45min,可得螯合铁含水物;将螯合铁含水物,置于60~75℃烘干,得到螯合铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的促进含笑压条生根的生根剂,其特征在于:所述的活性炭的制备方法为:在椰壳粉末中加入2~4%硅酸盐固体、0.1~0.6%强氧化镁固体和0.2~0.8%醋酸锰,在限氧条件下焙烧,焙烧温度变化为100~120℃煅烧10~15min;200~220℃煅烧10~15min;300~320℃煅烧10~15min;380~400℃煅烧100~120min;320~350℃煅烧20~30min;200~220℃煅烧20~30min;100~120℃煅烧30~40min;焙烧结束后在干燥气体中冷却,得到活性炭。
4.根据权利要求3所述的促进含笑压条生根的生根剂,其特征在于:所述的干燥气体成分及其含量为80~90%N2和10~20%HCl。
