本发明的一种果柄生根剂,其原料包括黄泥土、吲哚丁酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠、双吉尔、泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、白糖、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、吲哚乙酸、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑、绞股蓝草、白及胶、茶多酚和阿魏酸乙基乙酯,以黄泥土作为基料,以吲哚丁酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠、双吉尔和吲哚乙酸作为生长调节剂,以泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、白糖、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑、绞股蓝草、白及胶、茶多酚和阿魏酸乙基乙酯作为生根助剂,通过基料、生长调节剂和生根助剂配合制备得到的果柄生根剂,生根能力强,能够促进果柄生根,提高果柄生根的效率和质量,且在生根过程中能够抑制细菌滋生,防止果柄烂根。其中,生根缓释剂通过将人参、黄芩、茅草、藏红花、大黄、马钱子、金银花和黄芪切碎混合均匀,然后加入水和EM菌,常温下发酵,过滤后取滤液,然后向滤液中添加木炭、丁香酚、硫化氢、稀土和香菇多糖混合均匀,搅拌,于接着将滤液浓缩的到浓缩液,然后加入硝酸钠和浓硫酸混合均匀,搅拌,接着加入高锰酸钾混合均匀,搅拌,接着升温,保温,然后加入去离子水混合均匀,油浴下反应,然后加入双氧水混合均匀,水浴下反应,抽滤后,洗涤,冷冻干燥,然后加入聚乳酸混合均匀,升温,保温,搅拌,真空干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到生根缓释剂,运用到本发明的果柄生根剂中,能够有效促进果柄生根,且生根作用高效高质量,能够有效提高果柄的生根质量。其中,生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:将海藻多糖、1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌,于室温下静置,然后加入L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着盐酸溶液调节pH,室温下反应,接着用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH,继续反应得到生根抗菌剂,运用到本发明的果柄生根剂中,能够促进果柄生根,提高果柄生根的效率和质量,且在生根过程中能够抑制细菌滋生,防止果柄烂根。

生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份海藻多糖、5份1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和8份去离子水混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌20min,于室温下静置2h,然后加入4份L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着用0.3mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH为3.5,室温下反应3h,接着用0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为6.5,继续反应0.5h,得到生根抗菌剂。

本发明的一种果柄生根剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、绞股蓝草、白及胶和茶多混合均匀,于850r/min转速搅拌20min,升温至50℃,保温1h,接着冷却至室温得到物料a;
S2、取黄泥土加入到水中,搅拌之后,静置,取上层清液,得到黄泥土水;
S3、将物料a和白糖进行混合,再加入S2得到的黄泥土水并搅拌至粘稠状,室温密封发酵3d,然后再加入柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑和阿魏酸乙基乙酯混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌40min,于40℃发酵9d,冷却至室温得到物料b;
S4、向物料b中加入吲哚丁酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠、双吉尔、吲哚乙酸和水混合均匀,进行搅拌打浆处理,静置1d后,取上层清液得到果柄生根剂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种果柄生根剂,其原料按重量份包括:黄泥土12份、吲哚丁酸钾5份、α-萘乙酸钠3份、双吉尔3份、泥炭藓浸出液4份、红浮漂粉末4份、革命草粉末2份、白糖5份、松针粉末3份、刺黄莲粉末3份、吲哚乙酸4份、六水氯化镁7份、碳酸氢钠3.5份、氢氧化钙3份、活性炭3份、柠檬酸3份、肉豆蔻酸4份、硫代硫酸钠4份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2份、蔗糖酯5份、酒石酸钠3份、山梨酸钠2.5份、木质素3份、噻苯咪唑3份、绞股蓝草3.5份、白及胶3份、茶多酚2.5份、阿魏酸乙基乙酯5份。
生根缓释剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份人参、5.5份黄芩、3份茅草、4份藏红花、4份大黄、3.5份马钱子、1.5份金银花和5份黄芪切碎混合均匀,然后加入6份水和5份EM菌,常温下发酵8d,过滤后取滤液,然后向滤液中添加3份木炭、3份丁香酚、4份硫化氢、3份稀土和5份香菇多糖混合均匀,于380r/min转速搅拌35min,于接着将滤液浓缩的到浓缩液,然后加入2.5份硝酸钠和2.5份浓硫酸混合均匀,于4℃搅拌35min,接着加入0.8份高锰酸钾混合均匀,于820r/min转速搅拌12min,接着升温至38℃,保温1.5h,然后加入去离子水混合均匀,于95℃油浴下反应15min,然后加入5份双氧水混合均匀,于45℃水浴下反应35min,抽滤后,洗涤,冷冻干燥,然后加入4份聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至135℃,保温2.5h,于5800r/min转速搅拌1.5h,48℃真空干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到生根缓释剂。
生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份海藻多糖、4份1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和9份去离子水混合均匀,于620r/min转速搅拌25min,于室温下静置1.8h,然后加入5份L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着用0.25mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH为3.8,室温下反应2.5h,接着用0.08mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为6.2,继续反应0.8h,得到生根抗菌剂。
本发明的一种果柄生根剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、绞股蓝草、白及胶和茶多混合均匀,于680r/min转速搅拌35min,升温至42℃,保温1.8h,接着冷却至室温得到物料a;
S2、取黄泥土加入到水中,搅拌之后,静置,取上层清液,得到黄泥土水;
S3、将物料a和白糖进行混合,再加入S2得到的黄泥土水并搅拌至粘稠状,室温密封发酵2d,然后再加入柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑和阿魏酸乙基乙酯混合均匀,于720r/min转速搅拌25min,于48℃发酵7d,冷却至室温得到物料b;
S4、向物料b中加入吲哚丁酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠、双吉尔、吲哚乙酸和水混合均匀,进行搅拌打浆处理,静置3d后,取上层清液得到果柄生根剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种果柄生根剂,其原料按重量份包括:黄泥土18份、吲哚丁酸钾4份、α-萘乙酸钠4份、双吉尔2份、泥炭藓浸出液5份、红浮漂粉末3份、革命草粉末3份、白糖4份、松针粉末4份、刺黄莲粉末2份、吲哚乙酸5份、六水氯化镁3份、碳酸氢钠4.5份、氢氧化钙2份、活性炭4份、柠檬酸2份、肉豆蔻酸5份、硫代硫酸钠3份、三硬脂酸甘油酯3份、蔗糖酯4份、酒石酸钠7份、山梨酸钠1.5份、木质素4份、噻苯咪唑2份、绞股蓝草4.5份、白及胶2份、茶多酚3.5份、阿魏酸乙基乙酯4份。
生根缓释剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份人参、4.5份黄芩、4份茅草、2份藏红花、5份大黄、2.5份马钱子、2.5份金银花和3份黄芪切碎混合均匀,然后加入9份水和4份EM菌,常温下发酵12d,过滤后取滤液,然后向滤液中添加2份木炭、5份丁香酚、2份硫化氢、7份稀土和4份香菇多糖混合均匀,于620r/min转速搅拌25min,于接着将滤液浓缩的到浓缩液,然后加入3.5份硝酸钠和1.5份浓硫酸混合均匀,于5℃搅拌25min,接着加入1.2份高锰酸钾混合均匀,于680r/min转速搅拌18min,接着升温至32℃,保温2.5h,然后加入去离子水混合均匀,于85℃油浴下反应25min,然后加入3份双氧水混合均匀,于55℃水浴下反应25min,抽滤后,洗涤,冷冻干燥,然后加入7份聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至125℃,保温3.5h,于5200r/min转速搅拌2.5h,42℃真空干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到生根缓释剂。
生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份海藻多糖、3份1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和15份去离子水混合均匀,于480r/min转速搅拌35min,于室温下静置1.2h,然后加入7份L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着用0.15mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH为4.2,室温下反应1.5h,接着用0.12mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为5.8,继续反应1.2h,得到生根抗菌剂。
本发明的一种果柄生根剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、绞股蓝草、白及胶和茶多混合均匀,于820r/min转速搅拌25min,升温至48℃,保温1.2h,接着冷却至室温得到物料a;
S2、取黄泥土加入到水中,搅拌之后,静置,取上层清液,得到黄泥土水;
S3、将物料a和白糖进行混合,再加入S2得到的黄泥土水并搅拌至粘稠状,室温密封发酵3d,然后再加入柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑和阿魏酸乙基乙酯混合均匀,于680r/min转速搅拌35min,于42℃发酵8d,冷却至室温得到物料b;
S4、向物料b中加入吲哚丁酸钾、α-萘乙酸钠、双吉尔、吲哚乙酸和水混合均匀,进行搅拌打浆处理,静置1d后,取上层清液得到果柄生根剂。
将实施例1-实施例5中的果柄生根剂运用到果柄生根的实际操作中,并设置空白对照组,空白对照组为采用普通生根粉,得到的平均根数增长率、平均根长度增长率、根干重增长率以及根表面积增长率的数据如表1所示。

表中显示,本发明所用的果柄生根剂可以使得果柄的平均根系数量、长度、根干重、根表面积增长率明显提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根缓释剂的原料按重量份包括:人参5-15份、黄芩4-6份、茅草2-5份、藏红花1-5份、大黄3-6份、马钱子2-4份、金银花1-3份、黄芪2-6份、水5-10份、EM菌3-6份、木炭1-4份、丁香酚2-6份、硫化氢1-5份、稀土2-8份、香菇多糖3-6份、硝酸钠2-4份、浓硫酸1-3份、高锰酸钾0.5-1.5份、双氧水2-6份、聚乳酸3-8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根缓释剂按如下工艺进行制备:将人参、黄芩、茅草、藏红花、大黄、马钱子、金银花和黄芪切碎混合均匀,然后加入水和EM菌,常温下发酵,过滤后取滤液,然后向滤液中添加木炭、丁香酚、硫化氢、稀土和香菇多糖混合均匀,搅拌,于接着将滤液浓缩的到浓缩液,然后加入硝酸钠和浓硫酸混合均匀,搅拌,接着加入高锰酸钾混合均匀,搅拌,接着升温,保温,然后加入去离子水混合均匀,油浴下反应,然后加入双氧水混合均匀,水浴下反应,抽滤后,洗涤,冷冻干燥,然后加入聚乳酸混合均匀,升温,保温,搅拌,真空干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到生根缓释剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根缓释剂按如下工艺进行制备:将人参、黄芩、茅草、藏红花、大黄、马钱子、金银花和黄芪切碎混合均匀,然后加入水和EM菌,常温下发酵5-15d,过滤后取滤液,然后向滤液中添加木炭、丁香酚、硫化氢、稀土和香菇多糖混合均匀,于350-650r/min转速搅拌20-40min,于接着将滤液浓缩的到浓缩液,然后加入硝酸钠和浓硫酸混合均匀,于3-6℃搅拌20-40min,接着加入高锰酸钾混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌10-20min,接着升温至30-40℃,保温1-3h,然后加入去离子水混合均匀,于80-100℃油浴下反应10-30min,然后加入双氧水混合均匀,于40-60℃水浴下反应20-40min,抽滤后,洗涤,冷冻干燥,然后加入聚乳酸混合均匀,升温至120-140℃,保温2-4h,于5000-6000r/min转速搅拌1-3h,40-50℃真空干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到生根缓释剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根抗菌剂的原料按重量份包括:海藻多糖5-15份、1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐2-5份、去离子水8-16份、L-半胱氨酸4-8份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:将海藻多糖、1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和去离子水混合均匀,搅拌,于室温下静置,然后加入L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着盐酸溶液调节pH,室温下反应,接着用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH,继续反应得到生根抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的果柄生根剂,其特征在于,生根抗菌剂按如下工艺进行制备:将海藻多糖、1-乙基-(3-二甲氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐和去离子水混合均匀,于450-650r/min转速搅拌20-40min,于室温下静置1-2h,然后加入L-半胱氨酸混合均匀,接着用0.1-0.3mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH为3.5-4.5,室温下反应1-3h,接着用0.05-0.15mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为5.5-6.5,继续反应0.5-1.5h,得到生根抗菌剂。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的果柄生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将泥炭藓浸出液、红浮漂粉末、革命草粉末、松针粉末、刺黄莲粉末、六水氯化镁、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钙、活性炭、绞股蓝草、白及胶和茶多混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌20-40min,升温至40-50℃,保温1-2h,接着冷却至室温得到物料a;
S2、取黄泥土加入到水中,搅拌之后,静置,取上层清液,得到黄泥土水;
S3、将物料a和白糖进行混合,再加入S2得到的黄泥土水并搅拌至粘稠状,室温密封发酵2-3d,然后再加入柠檬酸、肉豆蔻酸、硫代硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖酯、酒石酸钠、山梨酸钠、木质素、噻苯咪唑和阿魏酸乙基乙酯混合均匀,于650-750r/min转速搅拌20-40min,于40-50℃发酵6-9d,冷却至室温得到物料b;
