本发明涉及化工产品及其制备方法领域,特别涉及一种双组份聚氨酯模具胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
自人类有文字记载以来,就开始使用模具了。经过多年的实践应用,人们得到了很多材料可以用于模具的制作,如木材,蜡质,石膏,还有塑料,橡胶等天然的或合成的高分子材料等。
聚氨酯材料是近些年才发展起来的一种高分子材料,因原材料品种多,加工方法和配方多种多样,可调整范围非常大,性能介于塑料和橡胶中间,是近几年发展最快的材料之一。
聚氨酯模具胶是属于聚氨酯弹性体系列的一种产品,其工艺性能好,可常温固化成型,脱模时间短,并可添加色料调整各种颜色,特别适用于非金属模具的制作,例如水泥制品。聚氨酯模具胶成品具有很高的强度、流动性和伸长率,强度调节范围很广,且制作工艺简单,成品使用寿命长。固化成型的模具具有良好的耐磨,不收缩,不膨胀,耐水,透明和弹性好等特点。但是市面上聚氨酯模具胶组分复杂,生产成本高,并且硬度可调节范围窄,使用范围窄。

本发明提供了一种双组份聚氨酯模具胶,用以解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种双组份聚氨酯模具胶,包括多元醇组份和聚氨酯预聚体组份。所述多元醇组份包括聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、固化剂和催化剂。所述聚氨酯预聚体组份包括异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和增塑剂。
作为优选,所述多元醇组份中,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、固化剂和催化剂的质量百分比为:
聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇 74.9~93.9%
固化剂 6%~25%
催化剂 0.05%~0.1%。
作为优选,所述聚氨酯预聚体组份中,所述异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和增塑剂的质量百分比如下:
异氰酸酯 25.1%~28.4%
聚醚多元醇 48%~63.6%
增塑剂 10%~25%。
作为优选,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇的数均分子量为1000~6000,官能度为2或3。
作为优选,所述固化剂采用芳香二胺类固化剂。

按配方称量多元醇组份和聚氨酯预聚体组份,进行混合、浇注和硫化成型,得到双组份聚氨酯模具胶。

所述多元醇组份包括聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、固化剂和催化剂。其中,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇包括聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇和聚环氧丙烷醚三元醇,所述聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇采用PPG1000和PPG2000,PPG1000为数均分子量1000、不饱和度0.005mmol/g的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇,PPG2000为数均分子量2000、不饱和度0.005mmol/g的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇,所述聚环氧丙烷醚三元醇采用PPG3600,PPG3600为数均分子量6000、伯羟基含量75%,聚环氧丙烷醚三元醇;所述固化剂为3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺;所述催化剂为有机铋催化剂。

Claims (10)
1.一种双组份聚氨酯模具胶,包括多元醇组份和聚氨酯预聚体组份,其特征在于,所述多元醇组份包括聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、固化剂和催化剂,所述聚氨酯预聚体组份包括异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述多元醇组份中,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、固化剂和催化剂的质量百分比为:
聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇 74.9~93.9%
固化剂 6%~25%
催化剂 0.05%~0.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇的数均分子量为1000~6000,官能度为2或3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述固化剂采用芳香二胺类固化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂采用有机铅、有机铋、有机锌、有机锡或有机胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯预聚体组份中,所述异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇和增塑剂的质量百分比如下:
异氰酸酯 25.1%~28.4%
聚醚多元醇 48%~63.6%
增塑剂 10%~25%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯采用甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及其碳化二亚胺改性物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为1000~3000,官能度为2或3。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶,其特征在于,所述增塑剂采用柠檬酸酯类增塑剂。
10.一种如权利要求1~9所述的双组份聚氨酯模具胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按配方称量多元醇组份和聚氨酯预聚体组份,进行混合、浇注和硫化成型,得到双组份聚氨酯模具胶。
