Detailed Description
In the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the invention, but the invention may be practiced in other ways than as described, and therefore the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
As shown in fig. 1, a multifunctional wheelchair comprises a base 1 with wheels 17 and an adjustable lifting device 2 coupled above the base 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the adjustable lifting device 2 comprises a seat plate 3, a backrest 4 hinged with the rear end of the seat plate 3, a lower connecting plate 5 connected with the base 1, and a supporting structure 6 hinged between the seat plate 3 and the lower connecting plate 5; the support structure 6 includes a front support bar assembly 61, a rear support bar assembly 62, the front support bar assembly 61 including a left front support bar and a right front support bar, and the rear support bar assembly 62 including a left rear support bar and a right rear support bar. The adjustable lifting device 2 further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the supporting structure 6 to rotate and/or for driving the seat plate 3 to lift, wherein the driving mechanism generates a rotary motion or a linear motion so as to enable the parallelogram mechanism formed by the seat plate 3, the front support rod assembly 61, the lower connecting plate 5 and the rear support rod assembly 62 to be in a unfolded state or a storage state. When the multifunctional wheelchair is in the unfolding state, the multifunctional wheelchair is in the working state, and can assist a worker or a family member of a carer to carry out daily cleaning activities on a user. When the multifunctional wheelchair is in the storage state, the multifunctional wheelchair is folded and stored, the volume is minimum, the multifunctional wheelchair can be easily folded at any corner, and the space occupation is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, two sets of front and rear wheels 17 are symmetrically arranged below the base 1, the wheels 17 and the base 1 are detachably connected through threads, and the connection height can be adjusted according to the needs through artificial increase and decrease of the threaded engagement amount. Because the height of the bed body is different, when the height of the adjustable lifting device 2 can not meet the use requirement, the wheel 17 on the base 1 is used for assisting in adjusting the whole height of the multifunctional wheelchair, and the adjusting height range is suitable for most of the beds used in the market, so that the multifunctional wheelchair has wide universality.
In embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the front lower support shaft 57, the front upper support shaft 59, the rear lower support shaft 63, and the rear upper support shaft 64 constitute four hinge positions of the support structure 6. The first electric push rod 111 is an electric telescopic rod, the fixed end of the first electric push rod 111 is hinged with a fixed support (arranged on a lower connecting plate 5 and belongs to a part of the lower connecting plate 5) of the adjustable lifting device 2, the movable end is sleeved on the outer ring of the push shaft 58 through a connecting head 56, two ends of the push shaft 58 are respectively provided with a roller 52, the rollers 52 roll in roller grooves 55 arranged on a left front support rod and a right front support rod, the fixed support of the adjustable lifting device 2 is also provided with a transition support rotating shaft 54, two ends of the transition support rotating shaft 54 are hinged with the fixed support, transition support arms 53 perpendicular to the axes of the transition support rotating shaft 54 are arranged at the near two ends of the transition support rotating shaft 54, the top ends of the transition support arms 53 are provided with upper rollers 51 with smaller diameters, and two ends of the push shaft 58 are respectively pivoted with the middle sections of the transition support arms 53. In the ascending process of the adjustable lifting device 2, the outer surface of the roller 52 is contacted with the roller groove 55, and when the movable end of the first electric push rod 111 stretches out, the roller 52 is driven to roll in the roller groove 55, so that the parallelogram formed by the seat 3, the front support rod assembly 61, the lower connecting plate 5 and the rear support rod assembly 62 is supported. When the adjustable lifting device 2 is lifted to a predetermined height (close to the maximum opening state), the roller 52 is separated from the roller groove 55, no supporting force is generated, the upper roller 51 at the top end of the transition supporting arm 53 is contacted with the edges of both sides of the roller groove 55 to generate supporting force, the moment arm is increased, and the reaction force applied to the first electric push rod 111 is reduced, so that the adjustable lifting device 2 can be more stable in the opening state. The supporting structure has the advantages that initial stress can be increased in the ascending process of the adjustable lifting device 2, the stroke of the electric push rod is shortened, the electric push rod is small in stress in the maximum state, the structural stability of each component is ensured, and the service life is prolonged. The upper roller 51 preferably has a stepped structure, i.e., a portion having a smaller diameter at both ends than at the middle.
In other embodiments, the upper support plate of the multifunctional wheelchair base 1 of the present invention is provided with a chute 13, and a pulley in sliding fit with the chute 13 is disposed below the lower connecting plate 5, so as to form a sliding detachable connection between the adjustable lifting device 2 and the base 1.
As shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, in other embodiments, the adjustable lifting device 2 is detachably connected to the base 1 by a chute locking structure. The upper surface of the base 1 is provided with: four stoppers 12 (a pair each in front and back), two sliding grooves 13, two buffers 14, and two locking pieces 15; the two locking blocks 15 penetrate through the upper panel (i.e. the upper surface) of the base 1 and extend downwards to be connected to the upper side of the unlocking frame 19, the unlocking frame 19 is connected to the lower side of the upper panel of the base 1 in a sliding manner through a guide rod, and the guide rod is sleeved with a self-locking spring 18 which is stopped under the unlocking frame 19. The buffer 14 is internally provided with a buffer and shock-absorbing spring, so that secondary injury to a user caused by inertia in the assembly process is reduced. The stop block 12 is used for stopping the fixed protrusions (not shown in the figure, two groups are arranged near the front end, two groups are arranged near the rear end, and the number of the stop blocks 12 corresponds to that of the lower connecting plate 5 of the adjustable lifting device 2) for limiting after assembly. When the multifunctional wheelchair is combined for use, the lower connecting plate 5 of the adjustable lifting device 2 is connected in a sliding way along the sliding grooves 13 from the rear end of the base 1 towards the horizontal direction of the front end under the limiting action of the two sliding grooves 13, when the fixing protrusions on the lower surface of the lower connecting plate 5 act on the guide inclined surfaces of the locking blocks 15, the locking blocks 15 are pressed downwards, after the fixing protrusions near the rear end pass over the uppermost ends of the locking blocks 15, the locking blocks 15 automatically pop up upwards through the spring force generated by the self-locking springs 18 on the unlocking frame 19, and the fixing protrusions near the rear end are arranged between the stop blocks 12 and the locking blocks 15 at the rear end to form an assembling combination state.
