Multifunctional transposition wheelchair
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a multifunctional transposition wheelchair.
Background
Patients often need to perform actions by their own inertia and force or help from others in transferring a wheelchair to a bed or other surface: for wheelchair users, the patient is usually held by a nursing person, and the wheelchair users are transferred by self-force or inertia waist-turning force, and the patient is usually transferred by head-body strategy through the inertia of sudden action of the patient or by side-building compensation force. Such indexing may present a certain risk of falling or injury to both the user and the caretaker.
According to the existing clinical observation, the existing wheelchair is mainly provided with wheels to replace a walking chair and is an important moving tool for home rehabilitation, turnover transportation, consultation and outgoing activities of wounded persons, patients and disabled persons. The existing wheelchair devices are mostly formed by combining devices such as hubs, tires, seats, metal brackets, plastic armrests and the like, and can realize the moving function under the help of oneself or others. According to different requirements of users, the height, the length, the seat width and the wheel size of the seat backrest can be adjusted, or a power device is added to form an electric wheelchair capable of automatically running through a remote controller, or the function of a toilet can be realized through a removable cushion, and no wheelchair capable of having an transposition function exists in the market at present.
Chinese patent application: CN102551973B discloses a multifunctional wheelchair bed, which is formed by combining a bed body and a wheelchair, wherein the bed body comprises a bed frame, a bed board, roller support rods and an electric push rod, the bed board is composed of seven boards consisting of side boards and a top board and is in a door-shaped structure, the wheelchair comprises a base, a front wheel, a rear wheel, a motor, a battery, a wheelchair backboard, a seat board, a lower leg board, a pedal, a base electric push rod, a wheelchair backrest electric push rod, an arc connecting rod, a wheelchair seat electric push rod, left and right armrests and a control part, the control part comprises an operating rod and a button and is respectively arranged on the left and right armrests, and the wheelchair and the bed body can be combined into a whole by respectively inserting each assembled round rod of the rectangular bed board of the wheelchair into an assembled round pipe of the seven boards in the door shape of the bed body. The wheelchair is enabled to stand by driving the electric push rod, a wheelchair and bed combined structure with a standing function is adopted, and a patient or an elderly person can independently control to complete the combination and separation of the wheelchair and the bed, so that the problem of mutual transfer between the wheelchair and the bed is solved. However, the whole structure is complex, and the device comprises a plurality of electromechanical elements, so that the use is inconvenient, and the combination of the bed body and the wheelchair is inconvenient to move, so that the device has certain defects in the use process.
