Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,包括如下生产步骤:1)制备碳纤维水性上浆剂专用乳化剂;2)制备丙烯酸改性环氧树脂乳液;3)将用偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2倒入反应釜,搅拌均匀,得到水性碳纤维上浆剂。本发明的有益结果在于:该浆料的制备工艺简单,制备时间短;浆料粘度适中、粒径较小、吸水率低、乳液稳定、环保、与碳纤维结合力强;浆纱与树脂材料之间的剪切强度增强,并且浆纱的耐磨性也有一定的提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维具备一系列优良的功能,如高比强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀、导电、传热、热膨胀系数小等。但由于碳纤维的脆性,在加工过程中,与机械的摩擦其易构成毛丝,使它的强度降低,还会影响环境,影响机械的正常运行,此外,这对树脂和纤维的界面也必然有影响。通过上浆工艺,在碳纤维表面形成一层保护层,不仅能够保护碳纤维自身,还降低了对环境的影响。
目前,碳纤维上浆剂还存在以下主要问题:(1)制备时间过长;(2)碳纤维上浆性能不足,集束性差;(3)环境适应性差,随着环境温度的提高,复合材料层间剪切强度快速下降;(3)上浆剂与碳纤维和树脂间的结合力不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳纤维水性环氧树脂上浆剂,该浆料不包含任何外加乳化剂的改性环氧树脂碳纤维上浆剂,具有具有粘度适中、粒径较小、吸水率低、乳液稳定、环保、与碳纤维结合力强,使碳纤维后道加工性能良好,形成的复合材料具有优良的力学性能和较长的使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下生产步骤:
1)制备碳纤维水性上浆剂专用乳化剂:按质量比为1:5-10的比例,将PEG6000与环氧树脂在温度为85℃下搅拌,并滴加相当于环氧树脂重量40-50%的三氟化硼-乙醚络合物作为引发剂,制备出环氧树脂乳化剂;
2)制备丙烯酸改性环氧树脂乳液:按重量份:将79-82份的环氧树脂与3.3-3.5份的丙烯酸倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度300r/min,温度90℃,混合均匀后,将1-3份的过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜中,反应1.5h,降低温度为75℃后,调节PH值为7,再升温至85℃,并将14-20份的环氧树脂乳化剂倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度为2500r/min,混合均匀后,将100份的水以1份/min的速度向反应釜中滴加,滴加结束后,保温15min;
3)保温后,将用偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2倒入上述反应釜,搅拌均匀,得到水性碳纤维上浆剂。
所述偶联剂为KH-550。偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2加入量为含固量的1%-5%。
本发明的有益结果在于:该浆料的制备工艺简单,制备时间短;浆料粘度适中、粒径较小、吸水率低、乳液稳定、环保、与碳纤维结合力强;浆纱与树脂材料之间的剪切强度增强,并且浆纱的耐磨性也有一定的提高。
本发明生产的水性碳纤维环氧树脂上浆剂为乳白色的液体,其有较好的水溶性,和稳定性(贮存稳定性、稀释稳定性、离心稳定性),其含固率在50%左右,其粘度(稀释为4%)在4-5mPa.s,膜表面光滑耐磨、柔软,其膜的吸水率低;浆纱具有良好的集束性、良好的耐磨性、有适当的硬度,并且与树脂形成的复合材料有较好的结合力。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,包括如下生产步骤:
1)制备碳纤维水性上浆剂专用乳化剂:按质量比为1:5-10的比例,将PEG6000与环氧树脂在温度为85℃下搅拌,并滴加相当于环氧树脂重量40-50%的三氟化硼-乙醚络合物作为引发剂,制备出环氧树脂乳化剂;
2)制备丙烯酸改性环氧树脂乳液:按重量份:将79-82份的环氧树脂与3.3-3.5份的丙烯酸倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度300r/min,温度90℃,混合均匀后,将1-3份的过氧化苯甲酰分多次加入反应釜中,反应1.5h,降低温度为75℃后,调节PH值为7,再升温至85℃,并将14-20份的环氧树脂乳化剂倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度为2500r/min,混合均匀后,将100份的水以1份/min的速度向反应釜中滴加,滴加结束后,保温15min;
3)保温后,将用偶联剂KH-550分散好的纳米粒子SiO2倒入上述反应釜,搅拌均匀,得到水性碳纤维上浆剂;偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2加入量为含固量的4%。
Claims (3)
1.一种水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下生产步骤:
1)制备碳纤维水性上浆剂专用乳化剂:按质量比为1:5-10的比例,将PEG6000与环氧树脂在温度为85℃下搅拌,并滴加相当于环氧树脂重量40-50%的三氟化硼-乙醚络合物作为引发剂,制备出环氧树脂乳化剂;
2)制备丙烯酸改性环氧树脂乳液:按重量份:将79-82份的环氧树脂与3.3-3.5份的丙烯酸倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度300r/min,温度90℃,混合均匀后,将1-3份的过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜中,反应1.5h,降低温度为75℃后,调节PH值为7,再升温至85℃,并将14-20份的环氧树脂乳化剂倒入反应釜中,搅拌速度为2500r/min,混合均匀后,将100份的水以1份/min的速度向反应釜中滴加,滴加结束后,保温15min;
3)保温后,将用偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2倒入上述反应釜,搅拌均匀,得到水性碳纤维上浆剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为KH-550。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水性碳纤维上浆剂的制备方法,其特征在于:偶联剂分散好的纳米粒子SiO2加入量为含固量的1%-5%。
