本发明属于金属酸洗除锈技术领域,具体涉及一种电泳漆过后非涂层裸露金属酸洗除锈工艺。
背景技术
电泳是指带电颗粒在电场作用下,向着与其电性相反的电极移动,金属电泳之后仍然需要酸洗处理,金属制品在涂装前其表面上有各种油污和灰尘,这些油污和灰尘需要清洗,目前最常见的清洗工艺为酸洗工艺,可用于清洗油污,灰尘,铁锈等等,因此,开发一种节能环保、除锈效果好和操作方便的电泳漆过后非涂层裸露金属酸洗除锈工艺具有十分重要的意义。

本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种节能环保、除锈效果好和操作方便的电泳漆过后非涂层裸露金属酸洗除锈工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种电泳漆过后非涂层裸露金属酸洗除锈工艺,它包括夹具固定、浸液保护、皂化液洗、酸洗、除保护膜、水洗。
所述夹具固定为用夹具固定住电泳漆过后的结构件。
所述浸液保护是将结构件浸入硝酸铜溶液中,让涂层部位渡上保护膜。
所述皂化液洗为将制品浸入皂化液中,时间为20min~30min,温度范围为40℃~50℃。
所述酸洗为将制品放入到酸洗槽中,时间为5min~10min。
所述除保护膜是将结构件浸入到质量浓度为10%~20%的盐酸溶液,浸入时间为1h~2h,然后洗涤处理,洗涤之后浸入50℃~60℃的磷化液中。
所述水洗为将制品放入水洗槽中进行水洗,时间为1min~2min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的好处在于可处理电泳漆过后非涂层,采用夹具固定住电泳漆过后的结构件,先做保护处理,然后酸洗非涂层金属,之后进行除保护膜的处理;因此,本发明具有节能环保、除锈效果好和操作方便的优点。
