Abstract
本发明公开了一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐,它包括控制器、罐体、罐盖和支脚,所述的支脚是三个或者四个,每个支脚上都设有称重传感器;所述罐体的下部设有出料口;所述罐盖中部设有搅拌机安装口,搅拌机安装口上安装搅拌轴垂直伸入到罐体内部的搅拌机,在罐体内部的搅拌轴上安装1~2个圆盘式切碎锯片;在罐盖上设有人孔、固体进料口、液体进料口、视镜,所述的称重传感器和搅拌机与控制器电连接。它能在往发酵罐内投料之前计量生物质原料和沼液的重量,而且具有结构简单,制作安装容易,运行稳定可靠等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于沼气工程设备技术领域,尤其是一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐。
背景技术
以农作物秸秆和畜粪为发酵原料,在沼气发酵罐内厌氧发酵生产沼气,使秸秆或畜粪中的生物质能以沼气这种可燃气体的形式缓慢地释放出来,实现农作物秸秆等生物质资源的高效洁净能源化利用,它不仅能有效解决环境污染问题,而且可生产沼气生物质能源,是解决能源和环境问题的有效途径之一。
目前,沼气发酵罐普遍采用全混合式发酵罐。发酵罐内的固体原料与含有发酵菌团的沼液充分接触,且呈流动全混合状态,按比例往发酵罐投料,需要在投料之前准确计量固体原料和沼液。现有的生产设备很难实现准确计量和连续投料或半连续投料运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐,它能在往发酵罐内投料之前计量生物质原料和沼液的重量,而且具有结构简单,制作安装容易,运行稳定可靠等优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样实现的:一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐,它包括控制器、罐体、罐盖和支脚,其特征在于:所述的支脚是三个或者四个,每个支脚上都设有称重传感器;所述罐体的下部设有出料口;所述罐盖中部设有搅拌机安装口,搅拌机安装口上安装搅拌轴垂直伸入到罐体内部的搅拌机,在罐体内部的搅拌轴上安装1~2个圆盘式切碎锯片;在罐盖上设有人孔、固体进料口、液体进料口、视镜,所述的称重传感器和搅拌机与控制器电连接。
进一步,在罐盖上还设有温度传感器接口和液位传感器接口,在温度传感器接口和液位传感器接口上分别安装与控制器电连接的温度传感器和液位传感器。
进一步,所述的圆盘式切碎锯片由上层锯片和下层锯片组成,上层锯片由圆盘片和圆盘片周围的锯齿构成,下层锯片由圆盘片和圆盘片周围的交替排列的上折锯齿和下折锯齿构成。
进一步,在罐体的下部设有出料圆桶,所述的出料口是三个,其中两个出料口设置在出料圆桶侧面,其中一个出料口设置在出料圆桶下面。
进一步,在罐盖上还设有备用口。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明的每个支脚上都设有称重传感器,称重传感器与控制器电连接,可以自动计算沼液加入量和生物质原料加入量,可以实现按比例往沼气发酵罐添加生物质和沼液,有利于提高发酵效果。
2)本发明设置搅拌机,搅拌机与控制器电连接,可由控制器根据流程工艺控制搅拌机工作,可以实现自动化控制,可实现准确计量和连续投料或半连续投料运行。
3)在罐盖上还设置了温度传感器接口、液位传感器接口,在温度传感器接口和液位传感器接口上分别安装与控制器电连接的温度传感器和液位传感器,可以由此自动控制进出料的输送泵和加热装置,实现自动化控制。
4)在罐体内部的搅拌轴上安装1~2个圆盘式切碎锯片;它可以高效率地将加入的长纤维生物质原料割断,避免在输出混合原料时缠绕或者堵塞管路。
5)本发明整体结构简单合理稳定,故障率低。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐,它包括控制器、罐体1、罐盖2和三个支脚3,每个支脚3上都设有称重传感器4;所述罐体1的下部设有出料圆桶5,所述的出料口6是三个,其中两个出料口6设置在出料圆桶5侧面,其中一个出料口6设置在出料圆桶5下面;所述罐盖中部设有搅拌机安装口7,搅拌机安装口7上安装搅拌轴8垂直伸入到罐体1内部的搅拌机9,在罐体1内部的搅拌轴8上安装两个圆盘式切碎锯片10;在罐盖2上设有人孔11、固体进料口12、液体进料口13、温度传感器接口14、液位传感器接口15、视镜16、备用口17,在温度传感器接口上安装温度传感器,在液位传感器接口上安装液位传感器。所述的称重传感器4、搅拌机9、温度传感器和液位传感器都与控制器电连接。所述的圆盘式切碎锯片10由上层锯片和下层锯片组成,上层锯片由圆盘片18和圆盘片18周围的锯齿19构成,下层锯片由圆盘片20和圆盘片20周围的交替排列的上折锯齿21和下折锯22齿构成。

1.一种沼气工程均质搅拌罐,它包括控制器、罐体、罐盖和支脚,其特征在于:所述的支脚是三个或者四个,每个支脚上都设有称重传感器;所述罐体的下部设有出料口;所述罐盖中部设有搅拌机安装口,搅拌机安装口上安装搅拌轴垂直伸入到罐体内部的搅拌机,在罐体内部的搅拌轴上安装1~2个圆盘式切碎锯片;在罐盖上设有人孔、固体进料口、液体进料口、视镜,所述的称重传感器和搅拌机与控制器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气工程均质搅拌罐,其特征在于:在罐盖上还设有温度传感器接口和液位传感器接口,在温度传感器接口和液位传感器接口上分别安装与控制器电连接的温度传感器和液位传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沼气工程均质搅拌罐,其特征在于:所述的圆盘式切碎锯片由上层锯片和下层锯片组成,上层锯片由圆盘片和圆盘片周围的锯齿构成,下层锯片由圆盘片和圆盘片周围的交替排列的上折锯齿和下折锯齿构成。
