为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种自动化肥料发酵装置,包括底座,所述的底座上分别设有发酵罐及活性炭罐,所述的发酵罐的侧壁上设有控温腔,所述控温腔的两侧分别设有进水管和排水管,所述发酵罐的内部设有过滤板,所述的过滤板上设有搅拌仓,所述的搅拌仓外壁上设有呈螺旋状的加热管,所述的过滤板下方设有排料斗,所述排料斗的底端设有出料盖,所述排料斗的两侧均设有倾斜的导流板,所述发酵罐的顶部中间位置设有倒立的电机,所述电机的底端设有转轴,所述发酵罐的顶壁内设有轴承,所述的转轴穿过轴承伸入到搅拌仓内,所述的转轴上设于若干个等间距的搅拌叶,所述转轴的顶端设有刮板,所述发酵罐的顶部靠近电机的两侧分别设有加料斗和温度计,所述的加料斗上设有密封开关抽板,所述的加料斗与搅拌仓相通,所述发酵罐的顶部靠近温度计的一侧设有益菌喷洒装置,所述的益菌喷洒装置的输出端设有喷管,且喷管远离益菌喷洒装置的一端延伸至搅拌仓内,所述发酵罐的侧壁上靠近控温腔的顶部设有排气管,所述的排气管穿过发酵罐伸入到搅拌仓内,所述排气管的中间位置设有气压表,所述排气管远离发酵罐的一端延伸至活性炭罐的内部,且排气管与活性炭罐的连接处设有排气阀,所述活性碳罐的顶部设有排气孔。
作为改进,所述排气管靠近发酵罐的一端设有软管,这样设计便于拉伸管道。
作为改进,所述的底座下设有4个万向轮,这样设计便于运输。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:搅拌均匀,发酵充分,通过发酵罐中设有的搅拌仓对肥料进行搅拌,将肥料通过加料斗倒入到搅拌仓内,然后再将设定好的益菌液从喷管喷入到搅拌仓内,然后启动电机带动搅拌叶进行搅拌,同时启动加热管对搅拌仓进行加热,当温度计上的温度过高时,通过进水管往控温腔内打水,从排水管排出,使温度降到标准值,当内部气压过高时,打开排气阀,使气体通过活性碳罐后排出,有效防止废气对环境的污染,最后搅拌好的肥料通过排料斗排出。

本实用新型在具体实施时,一种自动化肥料发酵装置,包括底座1,所述的底座1上分别设有发酵罐2及活性炭罐3,所述的发酵罐2的侧壁上设有控温腔4,所述控温腔4的两侧分别设有进水管5和排水管6,所述发酵罐2的内部设有过滤板7,所述的过滤板7上设有搅拌仓8,所述的搅拌仓8外壁上设有呈螺旋状的加热管9,所述的过滤板7下方设有排料斗10,所述排料斗10的底端设有出料盖11,所述排料斗10的两侧均设有倾斜的导流板12,所述发酵罐2的顶部中间位置设有倒立的电机13,所述电机13的底端设有转轴14,所述发酵罐2的顶壁内设有轴承15,所述的转轴14穿过轴承15伸入到搅拌仓8内,所述的转轴12上设于若干个等间距的搅拌叶16,所述转轴12的顶端设有刮板17,所述发酵罐2的顶部靠近电机13的两侧分别设有加料斗18和温度计19,所述的加料斗18上设有密封开关抽板20,所述的加料斗18与搅拌仓8相通,所述发酵罐2的顶部靠近温度计19的一侧设有益菌喷洒装置21,所述的益菌喷洒装置21的输出端设有喷管22,且喷管22远离益菌喷洒装置21的一端延伸至搅拌仓8内,所述发酵罐2的侧壁上靠近控温腔4的顶部设有排气管23,所述的排气管23穿过发酵罐2伸入到搅拌仓8内,所述排气管23的中间位置设有气压表24,所述排气管23远离发酵罐2的一端延伸至活性炭罐3的内部,且排气管23与活性炭罐3的连接处设有排气阀25,所述活性碳罐3的顶部设有排气孔26。
所述排气管23靠近发酵罐2的一端设有软管27。
所述的底座1下设有4个万向轮28。
本实用新型的工作原理:首先通过发酵罐中设有的搅拌仓对肥料进行搅拌,将肥料通过加料斗倒入到搅拌仓内,然后再将设定好的益菌液从喷管喷入到搅拌仓内,然后启动电机带动搅拌叶进行搅拌,同时启动加热管对搅拌仓进行加热,当温度计上的温度过高时,通过进水管往控温腔内打水,然后水从排水管排出,从而起到降温作用,使温度降到标准值,当内部气压过高时,打开排气阀,使气体通过活性碳罐后排出,有效防止废气对环境的污染,最后将搅拌好的肥料通过排料斗排出。

1.一种自动化肥料发酵装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述的底座(1)上分别设有发酵罐(2)及活性炭罐(3),所述的发酵罐(2)的侧壁上设有控温腔(4),所述控温腔(4)的两侧分别设有进水管(5)和排水管(6),所述发酵罐(2)的内部设有过滤板(7),所述的过滤板(7)上设有搅拌仓(8),所述的搅拌仓(8)外壁上设有呈螺旋状的加热管(9),所述的过滤板(7)下方设有排料斗(10),所述排料斗(10)的底端设有出料盖(11),所述排料斗(10)的两侧均设有倾斜的导流板(12),所述发酵罐(2)的顶部中间位置设有倒立的电机(13),所述电机(13)的底端设有转轴(14),所述发酵罐(2)的顶壁内设有轴承(15),所述的转轴(14)穿过轴承(15)伸入到搅拌仓(8)内,所述的转轴(14)上设于若干个等间距的搅拌叶(16),所述转轴(14)的顶端设有刮板(17),所述发酵罐(2)的顶部靠近电机(13)的两侧分别设有加料斗(18)和温度计(19),所述的加料斗(18)上设有密封开关抽板(20),所述的加料斗(18)与搅拌仓(8)相通,所述发酵罐(2)的顶部靠近温度计(19)的一侧设有益菌喷洒装置(21),所述的益菌喷洒装置(21)的输出端设有喷管(22),且喷管(22)远离益菌喷洒装置(21)的一端延伸至搅拌仓(8)内,所述发酵罐(2)的侧壁上靠近控温腔(4)的顶部设有排气管(23),所述的排气管(23)穿过发酵罐(2)伸入到搅拌仓(8)内,所述排气管(23)的中间位置设有气压表(24),所述排气管(23)远离发酵罐(2)的一端延伸至活性炭罐(3)的内部,且排气管(23)与活性炭罐(3)的连接处设有排气阀(25),所述活性炭罐(3)的顶部设有排气孔(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化肥料发酵装置,其特征在于:所述排气管(23)靠近发酵罐(2)的一端设有软管(27)。
