3.根据权利要求2所述的一种机床用易清洗的润滑油,其特征在于:按重量份数机床用易清洗的润滑油的配方中包括机油50-60份、环氧大豆油12-18份、亚麻籽油10-14份、动物油13-17份、葵花油18-22份、茶树油10-14份、石蜡17-21份、山梨醇13-17份、环氧乙烷9-11份、石油磺酸钠25-30份、多烯基丁二酰亚12-15份、三氯甲烷7-10份、脂肪聚氧乙烯醚8-13份、聚丙烯酸酯22-28份、环氧树脂30-40份、油酸三乙醇胺12-17份、去离子水32-38份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种机床用易清洗的润滑油,其特征在于:所述动物油采用的是猪油。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种机床用易清洗的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1,制备生物基础油,根据机床用易清洗的润滑油的配方,分别称取亚麻籽油、动物油、葵花油、茶树油,然后将亚麻籽油、葵花油、茶树油依次倒入容器中,利用搅拌装置进行搅拌,搅拌装置的转速为60r/min得到混合均匀的植物混合植物油,然后将混合植物油加温至15-20℃,保持温度和转速不变,加入动物油,直至动物油完全融化,然后加入得到生物基础油;
步骤2,向容器中的生物基础油中依次加入石蜡、山梨醇、三氯甲烷、脂肪聚氧乙烯醚、聚丙烯酸酯,将转速调节为120r/min,搅拌15min,得到混合均匀的混合液;
步骤3,依次向调和釜中加入去离子水、环氧树脂、环氧乙烷、石油磺酸钠、多烯基丁二酰亚、油酸三乙醇胺,保持转速不变,混合均匀后,将搅拌装置的转速调节为60r/min,将调和釜的温度逐步升至80-120℃,保持15min,然后停止搅拌,将反应罐内的温度调节至80-85℃,气压调节至1.3个大气压持续反应8h;
步骤4,向调和釜中加入步骤2中制得的混合均匀的混合液,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1.2h;
步骤5,调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后进行灌装。
