Abstract
本发明涉及材料领域,具体公开了一种卡基边缘彩色密封材料,通过按照基膜层、分离胶层、密封保护层、彩色色带层、粘合胶层的顺序依次设置形成。所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料可以在加热后转印在卡基边缘,使粘合胶层和卡机边缘直接粘合,待干燥牢固后,撕掉卡基边缘上的基膜层,形成具有彩色边缘的卡基。本发明不但能有效防止卡基截面分层脱膜现象,还能提高卡基截面的光洁度以及卡基整体的美观,同时还具有操作简便、成本低、效率高等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体公开了一种卡基边缘彩色密封材料及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,社会上的卡产品大多使用PVC、PET、PETG、PC等塑料以及纸质材料制作卡基,制作方法将多层涂布粘合剂后经加温层压合成一个整体,再采用冲切方式制成卡基。冲切后的卡基截面为制作材料的原色,与卡基表面颜色印刷的颜色不相同,影响卡基产品的整体美观,更为重要的是卡基是由多层材料粘合而成,卡基的截面长期暴露在外,时间久了,卡基截面时常出现层间分层脱膜现象,严重影响卡产品的使用,尤其是近年来,随着市场耐高温卡产品的需求,卡基材料采用了不同类型的塑料片材粘合,此弊端更为凸显。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种卡基边缘彩色密封材料及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下方案。
一种卡基边缘彩色密封材料,按顺序依次包括基膜层、分离胶层、密封保护层、彩色色带层和粘合胶层,所述粘合胶层在加热加压后连同彩色色带、密封保护层一起覆盖在卡基的四周边缘上,所述分离胶层在粘合胶层、彩色色带层和密封保护层覆盖到卡基的四周边缘上后可以连同基膜层去除。
为了增强材料的密封效果,在彩色色带上设置了一层密封保护层,防止卡基边缘材料脱落,提高了卡基产品的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述粘合胶层由67wt%的聚丙烯酰胺、25wt%的淀粉、8wt%的环糊精组成。
进一步的,所述密封保护层的材料为聚丙烯酸酯。
进一步的,所述分离胶层由36%丙烯酸正丁酯、14wt%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、28wt%环氧丙烷丁基醚、7wt%三乙醇胺、15wt%碳酸氢铵组成。
进一步的,所述基膜材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
进一步的,所述粘合胶层的厚度为4μm、所述彩色色带层的厚度为6μm、所述密封保护层的厚度为3μm、所述分离胶层的厚度为2μm,所述基膜层的厚度为12μm。将粘合胶层厚度设置为4μm,既可以确保彩色密封材料粘合的附着性,又不会使整个密封材料层太厚。
所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料的制作方法包括:在基膜层上涂覆分离胶层,加压使分离胶层和基膜层紧密结合,然后在分离胶层上粘合密封保护层,之后通过涂覆辊在密封保护层上面涂覆彩色油墨形成彩色色带层,干燥后在彩色色带层上面涂覆粘合胶层。
由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的基膜层,相对于常见的由玻璃、金属等作为基层,更便于之后的转印步骤。所述分离胶层作为制作彩色边缘卡基过程中的过渡性膜层,便于在基膜层上设置其他各层,待所述彩色密封材料被转印在卡基边缘后,可以连同基膜层一同去除。分离胶层的设置使制作卡基边缘彩色密封材料和转印彩色密封材料的过程得到简化。
所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料可以按照如下方法形成彩色边缘卡基:将一定数量的卡基放置在转印设备上,让卡基的截面整齐排列作为接触平面,将所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料加热后转印在卡基边缘,使粘合胶层和卡机边缘直接粘合,带干燥后,从设备上取出卡基,撕掉卡基边缘上的基膜层,形成具有彩色边缘的卡基。
进一步的,所述转印设备为热转印机。
本发明的有益效果:有效防止了卡基截面分层脱膜现象,还提高了卡基截面的光洁度以及卡基整体的美观,同时还具有操作简便、成本低、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
卡基边缘彩色密封材料的结构如图1所示,按顺序从下到上依次为基膜层1、分离胶层2、密封保护层3、彩色色带层4、粘合胶层5,所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料可以按照如下方法制作:
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯通过流延、拉伸形成基层薄膜;将36%丙烯酸正丁酯、14wt%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、28wt%环氧丙烷丁基醚、7wt%三乙醇胺、15wt%碳酸氢铵溶于丙醇后,搅拌均匀,然后水浴加热使溶剂蒸发,形成胶状物,在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜上涂覆上述胶状物,形成分离胶层,将分离胶层和基膜层在3000N的压力下加压后,静置1小时;然后在分离胶层上粘合聚丙烯酸酯薄膜,形成密封保护层;将上述复合膜通过涂覆辊,在密封保护层上面涂覆彩色油墨形成彩色色带层,干燥;将67wt%的聚丙烯酰胺、25wt%的淀粉、8wt%的环糊精溶于丙醇后,混合均匀后置于真空烘箱中,在90℃下干燥6小时,形成浆料,将所得浆料涂覆在彩色色带层上面,得到卡基边缘彩色密封材料。
卡基边缘彩色密封材料的使用方法:将一定数量的卡基放置在热转印机上,让卡基的截面整齐排列作为接触平面,将所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料加热后转印在卡基边缘,使粘合胶层和卡机边缘直接粘合,待干燥后,从设备上取出卡基,撕掉卡基边缘上的基膜层,形成具有彩色边缘的卡基。

1.一种卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:按顺序依次包括基膜层、分离胶层、密封保护层、彩色色带层和粘合胶层,所述粘合胶层在加热加压后连同彩色色带、密封保护层一起覆盖在卡基的四周边缘上,所述分离胶层在粘合胶层、彩色色带层和密封保护层覆盖到卡基的四周边缘上后可以连同基膜层去除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述粘合胶层由67wt%的聚丙烯酰胺、25wt%的淀粉、8wt%的环糊精组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述密封保护层的材料为聚丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述分离胶层由36%丙烯酸正丁酯、14wt%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、28wt%环氧丙烷丁基醚、7wt%三乙醇胺、15wt%碳酸氢铵组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述基膜材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述粘合胶层的厚度为4μm、所述彩色色带层的厚度为6μm、所述密封保护层的厚度为3μm、所述分离胶层的厚度为2μm,所述基膜层的厚度为12μm。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料的制作方法,其特征在于:在基膜层上涂覆分离胶层,加压使分离胶层和基膜层紧密结合,然后在分离胶层上粘合密封保护层,之后通过涂覆辊在密封保护层上面涂覆彩色油墨形成彩色色带层,干燥后在彩色色带层上面涂覆粘合胶层。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料的使用方法,其特征在于:将卡基堆叠后放置在转印设备上,让卡基的截面整齐排列作为接触平面,将所述卡基边缘彩色密封材料加热后转印在卡基边缘,使粘合胶层和卡机边缘直接粘合,待干燥后,从设备上取出卡基,撕掉卡基边缘上的基膜层,形成具有彩色边缘的卡基。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卡基边缘彩色密封材料,其特征在于:所述转印设备为热转印机。
