Abstract
本发明公开了贮存稳定型多彩涂料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:S1、首先准备分散剂、乳化剂、去乙二醇丁醚、金红石钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯、氨水、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙稀酸、乙二醇丁醚、浓盐酸、过硫酸铵、竹炭粉、二氧化硅颗粒若干;S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,制作多彩涂料对设备要求低、工艺简单易推广,生产过程连续且生产周期长,通过添加吸收甲烷的物质,大大提高了产品的市场竞争性,为公司带来更大的收益,同时也保护环境,此方式制作简单,节约公司运行成本,提高生产效率,减少操作人员体力劳动,环保安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料设备技术领域,尤其涉及贮存稳定型多彩涂料的生产方法。
背景技术
多彩涂料主要应用于仿造石材涂料,所以又称液态石,也叫仿花岗岩外墙涂料。是由不相容的两相成分组成,其中一相分散介质为连续相,另一相为分散相,涂装时,通过一次性喷涂,便可得到豪华、美观、多彩的图案,现在大多数多彩涂料无法对甲醛有着良好的净化作用,无法降低空气中甲醛含量,危害人类身体健康。
因此,我们提出了贮存稳定型多彩涂料的生产方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的贮存稳定型多彩涂料的生产方法。
贮存稳定型多彩涂料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、首先准备分散剂、乳化剂、去乙二醇丁醚、金红石钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯、氨水、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙稀酸、乙二醇丁醚、浓盐酸、过硫酸铵、竹炭粉、二氧化硅颗粒若干;
S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,将乳化剂、过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀形成溶液B,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸等按一定比例混合均为形成溶液C;
S3、取一定量的去离子水分别放入反应器皿中,均匀搅拌并加温,当达到一定温度时,再加入溶液A,并保证一定的时间内温度不变;
S4、将溶液B和溶液C分别装入滴管中,同时开始滴加,控制滴加速度,将温度保持不变,滴加挖成后保温一段时间,然后冷却,加入增塑剂,并用氨水调节PH值;
S5、将颜料、快速渗透剂、乙二醇丁醚和去离子水按一定比例进行混合,放入砂磨机中研磨,得各色色浆,另外将色浆、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、保护胶和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀;
S6、将凝胶液放入反应器中,均匀搅拌缓慢加入色漆,再次均匀搅拌一段时间,使颗粒粒径均匀,并达到要求的尺寸,静置一段时间,倾去上层凝胶液,再加入羟乙基纤维素溶液;
S7、将各色漆粒,按一定比例混合,就形成了水包水多彩涂料,再次加入一定比例的竹炭粉及二氧化硅颗粒,均匀搅拌,分盒装箱;
优选的,所述钛白粉、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇、快速渗透剂、去离子水的质量比为 100:48:20:1:45。
优选的,所述溶液B和溶液C同时滴加时,保证温度在83 ℃-87 ℃,滴加完成后保温1h,然后冷却到50 ℃,用氨水调节PH值为8-9。
优选的,所述白色浆、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、保护胶、去离子水的质量比为 14:28:2:100。
优选的,所述取一定量去离子水装入反应瓶中,升高温度到80 ℃,加入溶液A,并在80 ℃-83 ℃下保温5min。
优选的,所述凝胶液亿色漆的质量比为 100:115,匀速搅拌15分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:

实施例1中,S1、首先准备分散剂、乳化剂、去乙二醇丁醚、金红石钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯、氨水、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙稀酸、乙二醇丁醚、浓盐酸、过硫酸铵、竹炭粉、二氧化硅颗粒若干;
S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,将乳化剂、过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀形成溶液B,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸等按一定比例混合均为形成溶液C;
S3、取一定量的去离子水分别放入反应器皿中,均匀搅拌并加温,当温度为80 ℃时,再加入溶液A,并保证5分钟内温度保持83 ℃不变;
S4、将溶液B和溶液C分别装入滴管中,同时开始滴加,控制滴加速度,将温度保持83 ℃不变,滴加挖成后保温1h,然后冷却至50 ℃,加入增塑剂,并用氨水调节PH为8值;
S5、将钛白粉、快速渗透剂、乙二醇丁醚和去离子水按100:48:20:1:45的比例进行混合,放入砂磨机中研磨,得各色色浆,另外将色浆、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、保护胶和去离子水按照14:28:2:100 的比例混合均匀;
S6、将凝胶液放入反应器中,均匀搅拌缓慢加入色漆,再次均匀搅拌15 min,使颗粒粒径均匀,并达到要求的尺寸,静置4h,倾去上层凝胶液,再加入1.6%羟乙基纤维素溶液;
S7、将各色漆粒,按一定比例混合,就形成了水包水多彩涂料,再次加入5%的竹炭粉及二氧化硅颗粒,均匀搅拌,分盒装箱;
实施例2中,S1、首先准备分散剂、乳化剂、去乙二醇丁醚、金红石钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯、氨水、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙稀酸、乙二醇丁醚、浓盐酸、过硫酸铵、竹炭粉、二氧化硅颗粒若干;
S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,将乳化剂、过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀形成溶液B,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸等按一定比例混合均为形成溶液C;

S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,将乳化剂、过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀形成溶液B,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸等按一定比例混合均为形成溶液C;
S3、取一定量的去离子水分别放入反应器皿中,均匀搅拌并加温,当温度为80 ℃时,再加入溶液A,并保证5分钟内温度保持83 ℃不变;
S4、将溶液B和溶液C分别装入滴管中,同时开始滴加,控制滴加速度,将温度保持83 ℃不变,滴加挖成后保温1h,然后冷却至50 ℃,加入增塑剂,并用氨水调节PH为8值;
S5、将钛白粉、快速渗透剂、乙二醇丁醚和去离子水按100:48:20:1:45的比例进行混合,放入砂磨机中研磨,得各色色浆,另外将色浆、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、保护胶和去离子水按照14:28:2:100 的比例混合均匀;
S6、将凝胶液放入反应器中,均匀搅拌缓慢加入色漆,再次均匀搅拌15 min,使颗粒粒径均匀,并达到要求的尺寸,静置4h,倾去上层凝胶液,再加入1.6%羟乙基纤维素溶液;
S7、将各色漆粒,按一定比例混合,就形成了水包水多彩涂料,再次加入10%的竹炭粉及二氧化硅颗粒,均匀搅拌,分盒装箱;

S1、首先准备分散剂、乳化剂、去乙二醇丁醚、金红石钛白粉、羟乙基纤维素、增塑剂、邻苯二甲酸酯、氨水、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙稀酸、乙二醇丁醚、浓盐酸、过硫酸铵、竹炭粉、二氧化硅颗粒若干;
S2、将分散剂、少量过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定的比例混合均匀形成溶液A,将乳化剂、过硫酸铵和去离子水按照一定比例混合均匀形成溶液B,将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸等按一定比例混合均为形成溶液C;
S3、取一定量的去离子水分别放入反应器皿中,均匀搅拌并加温,当达到一定温度时,再加入溶液A,并保证一定的时间内温度不变;
S4、将溶液B和溶液C分别装入滴管中,同时开始滴加,控制滴加速度,将温度保持不变,滴加挖成后保温一段时间,然后冷却,加入增塑剂,并用氨水调节PH值;
