本发明提供PVC异型材木纹配方。其技术方案为:1#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,钛白粉12份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份,黄颜料1份;2#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,炭黑8份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份。本发明有益效果:设计合理实用,美观大方,不易腐蚀,不易形变,加工方便快捷,节省了成本,提高了木制门窗质量,适合普遍推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC异型材技术领域,尤其是PVC异型材木纹配方。
背景技术
木质门窗因其优美,华丽的外观,优异的保温性能备受人们的喜爱,但是因木材在自然生长的过程中由于其自身的内应力作用而容易变形,目前所使用的木门窗在使用过程中由于气候的变化而产生的变形问题,且易腐蚀,木门窗的加工工艺较复杂,工作效率低等诸多缺陷。
发明内容
1、本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种不易腐蚀,不易形变,加工方便快捷,同时还能满足木质门窗外观及性能要求,节约大量木材,有助于节能减排的PVC异型材木纹配方。其技术方案为:1#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,钛白粉12份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份,黄颜料1份;2#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,炭黑8份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份;把2#配方混好的混合料,先在65锥双型挤出机进行挤出,模具使用PC60K,制得PVC颗粒,再与1#配方粉料按照3:97的比例混合成干混料,温度控制在125℃,出料冷却,静置48小时,制得PVC异型材产品。
本发明有益效果:设计合理实用,美观大方,不易腐蚀,不易形变,加工方便快捷,节省了成本,提高了木制门窗质量,适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:混料:将各种原料按2种配方的比例分别加入高速搅拌机中进行高速混合,温度125℃,出料冷却,得到PVC干混料,静置48小时。
造粒:把2#配方混好的混合料,先在65锥双型挤出机进行造粒。按造粒加工工艺(见图1)造成颗粒备用。
把1#、2#配方混好的混合料,在65锥双型挤出机进行挤出,模具使用60门框(PC60K),按加工工艺(见图2)制得本发明产品。
对本发明产品进行加工性能、机械性能及光老化及热老化性能测试(见图3、图4及图5)。
实施例2:1#配方为:PVC树脂90份,有机锡稳定剂1.5份,CPE8份,钛白粉10份,钙粉2份,润滑剂1份,黄颜料0.5份;2#配方为:PVC树脂90份,有机锡稳定剂1.5份,CPE8份,炭黑5份,钙粉2份,润滑剂1份。
实施例3:1#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,钛白粉12份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份,黄颜料1份;2#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,炭黑8份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份。
实施例4:1#配方为:PVC树脂110份,有机锡稳定剂2份,CPE12份,钛白粉13份,钙粉5份,润滑剂3份,黄颜料2份;2#配方为:PVC树脂110份,有机锡稳定剂2份,CPE12份,炭黑10份,钙粉5份,润滑剂4份。

1.PVC异型材木纹配方,其特征在于:1#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,钛白粉12份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份,黄颜料1份;2#配方为:PVC树脂100份,有机锡稳定剂1.8份,CPE10份,炭黑8份,钙粉3份,润滑剂2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC异型材木纹配方,其特征在于: 把2#配方混好的混合料,先在65锥双型挤出机进行挤出,模具使用PC60K, 制得PVC颗粒,再与1#配方粉料按照3:97的比例混合成干混料,温度控制在125℃,出料冷却,静置48小时,制得PVC异型材产品。
