本发明公开了一种防虫木塑室内套装门及其制备方法,该室内套装门是由以下重量百分比的原料制成:PVC树脂10~15%、硬脂酸0.3~0.7%、氯化石蜡0.4~0.6%、ACR加工助剂0.3~0.6%、CPE 0.3~0.5%、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.3~0.5%、轻质碳酸钙4~7%、DIOP增塑剂2~4%、BPO交联剂0.2~0.5%、光稳定剂0.04~0.06%、木粉28~35%、PVC废旧片料38~50%、中药渣粉末1~3%。该防虫木塑室内套装门在配方中添加有驱虫或防虫效果的中药渣粉末,使门板在潮湿或光照差的室内能够保持完好,不断裂、裂缝,延长了潮湿条件下的使用寿命。

一种防虫木塑室内套装门及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防虫或驱虫功能的木塑室内套装门,属于建筑装潢用材技术领域,具体地说是一种防虫木塑室内套装门及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是以木材为主要原料,经过适当的处理使其与各种塑料通过不同的复合方法生成的高性能、高附加值的新型复合材料。我国是一个森林资源相对贫乏的国家,森林覆盖率为12.7%,人均森林面积不足世界平均水平的1/4;与此同时,塑料制品在生活和生产中的应用,随着经济发展越来越广泛,因塑料废品处理不当而造成的“白色污染”问题已经成为一大环保难题。在这种背景下,将木制纤维与废旧塑料经过特殊处理合成新的材料,也就说木塑复合材料在我国得到了快速发展。此外,木塑复合材料还因其有性能优良,用途广泛,利于环保等特点,受到广大消费者的喜爱,具有广阔的发展前景。
近年来,随着木塑复合材料生产工艺的改进,其在建筑用材领域中得到了广泛应用,如木塑地板、室内装饰门窗、木塑台面板等。经检索,目前有关木塑装饰门窗的报道较少,专利CN 104072851 A公开了题为《塑料合金木塑门窗附框的原料配方及其制备方法》、专利CN 102367319 A公开了题为《一种木塑门板》的报道,前者披露了由“改性合金塑料(废旧HDPE40~70份、废旧PP10~20份、废旧PA610~30份、多元复合相容剂5~20份)25~40份、改性生物质纤维50~65份、硬脂酸钙2~5份、氧化铁黄3~10份”复配而成的木塑门窗附框,该门窗附框具有静曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、抗冲击强度、拉伸强度、握螺钉力高等优点;后者披露了由“木质粉料45~65份、发泡剂11~17份、 硬脂酸0.6~1.1份、聚乙烯蜡1.1~1.4份、PVC树脂100份、钙粉30~50份”复配而成的木塑门板,该门板具有成本低,无污染,韧性,纵向不开裂,抗变形等优点。然而,这两种木塑门都是将塑料与木料简单复合加工而成,在实际应用过程中,其寿命受环境因素影响较大,尤其是室内湿度较高时,由于木料易生虫而导致材料断裂或出现不良状况,换句话说,这两种室内门板都无明显的防虫效果,在潮湿或光照不足的室内寿命短,限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服现有木塑装饰门在潮湿或光照差的室内寿命短,易生虫的不足,提供一种防虫木塑室内套装门及其制备方法,在木料中复配防虫中药渣,防止虫害破坏木塑门板中的木粉成分,达到木塑门在潮湿环境中也能应用,并且使用寿命长的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防虫木塑室内套装门,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:PVC树脂10~15%、硬脂酸0.3~0.7%、氯化石蜡0.4~0.6%、ACR加工助剂0.3~0.6%、CPE 0.3~0.5%、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.3~0.5%、轻质碳酸钙4~7%、DIOP增塑剂2~4%、BPO交联剂0.2~0.5%、光稳定剂0.04~0.06%、木粉28~35%、PVC废旧片料38~50%、中药渣粉末1~3%。
进一步,所述的中药渣粉末是由含水量低于5%的檀香、降香和公丁香复配而成,其复配比例为:檀香:降香:公丁香=1:3:1。
更进一步,所述的中药渣粉末中还添加有0.01~0.03%的D-异抗坏血酸。
作为优选,所述的一种防虫木塑室内套装门,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:PVC树脂10.5%、硬脂酸0.5%、氯化石蜡0.5%、ACR加工助剂0.5%、CPE 0.5%、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.5%、轻质碳酸钙5%、DIOP增塑剂 3%、BPO交联剂0.3%、光稳定剂0.05%、木粉30%、PVC废旧片料47%、中药渣粉末1.65%。
所述的一种防虫木塑室内套装门的配料原理在于:PVC树脂为增塑剂,用于二次増塑;硬脂酸为内润滑剂,用于出料时减轻模具内的磨损;氯化石蜡为外润滑剂,用于模具出时流动畅通;CPE为增韧剂,用于增加材质的轫性;Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂,用于在高温出料时的热稳定作用;DIOP增塑剂,用于二次提高增塑作用。
本发明还公开了所述的一种防虫木塑室内套装门的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
1)将PVC废旧片料清洗后,用塑料磨粉机磨成60目细粉备用;
2)将中药渣晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成120目粉,加入D-异抗坏血酸并混合均匀,再用木粉机磨成70目粉备用;
3)将农作物秸秆或锯末晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成80目粉备用;
4)将步骤1)PVC废旧粉料、步骤2)药渣粉料、步骤3)木粉以及其余配方料加入高速混合打粉机内高温打粉30分钟,温度升至120℃时放料备用;将打好的粉子再加入造粒机内造粒备用,造粒前造粒机的温度控制为:一区160℃;二区170℃;三区180℃;四区200℃;
5)将步骤4)备用粒子加入双螺杆挤出机进行门板挤出,当机头模具温度达到220℃时开机出料,冷确,定尺1900mm切割,砂平砂光后,通过电脑控制系统雕刻花纹,载俢四边,花纹转印考漆固化检验合格品包装入库,不合格品回收再利用。
与现有木塑室内套装门相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的木塑室内套装门在配方中添加有中药渣粉末,该中药渣粉末具有良好的驱虫或防虫效果,使门板在潮湿或光照差的室内能够保持完好,不被虫破坏组分中的木料而导致板面断裂、裂缝,延长了潮湿条件下的使用寿命。
2、本发明的木塑室内套装门在配方中还添加有D-异抗坏血酸,该成分具有良好的抗氧化性,还能改善门面板材的着色效果,使得门面板材具有更好的视觉效果。
3、本发明的木塑室内套装门生产工艺简单,耗能低,在整个工艺步骤中,人工操作少,对工人身体危害小,具有环保、无毒、无尘的优点。
4、本发明的木塑室内套装门利用废旧塑料和木料为主要原料,通过新料优化、改善废旧料性能,使得产品性能具有优异的物化性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,旨在帮助同领域技术人员的深入理解,不限制权利范围。
实施例1
一种防虫木塑室内套装门,按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:PVC树脂10.5kg、硬脂酸0.5kg、氯化石蜡0.5kg、ACR加工助剂0.5kg、CPE氯化聚乙烯0.5kg、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.5kg、轻质碳酸钙5kg、DIOP增塑剂3kg、BPO交联剂0.3kg、光稳定剂0.05kg、木粉30kg、PVC废旧片料47kg、中药渣粉末1.65kg。
所述的中药渣粉末是由含水量低于5%的檀香、降香和公丁香以及0.01~0.03%的D-异抗坏血酸复配而成,其复配比例为:檀香:降香:公丁香=1:3:1。
按照上述配方备料,然后通过以下步骤制备而成:
1)将PVC废旧片料清洗后,用塑料磨粉机磨成60目细粉备用;
2)将中药渣晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成120目粉,加入 D-异抗坏血酸并混合均匀,再用木粉机磨成70目粉备用;
3)将农作物秸秆或锯末晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成80目粉备用;
4)将步骤1)PVC废旧粉料、步骤2)药渣粉料、步骤3)木粉以及其余配方料加入高速混合打粉机内高温打粉30分钟,温度升至120℃时放料备用;将打好的粉子再加入造粒机内造粒备用,造粒前造粒机的温度控制为:一区160℃;二区170℃;三区180℃;四区200℃;
5)将步骤4)备用粒子加入双螺杆挤出机进行门板挤出,当机头模具温度达到220℃时开机出料,冷确,定尺1900mm切割,砂平砂光后,通过电脑控制系统雕刻花纹,载俢四边,花纹转印考漆固化检验合格品包装入库,不合格品回收再利用。
实施例2~5
表1-原料用量配比表
按照上述配比备料,然后采用同实施例1的生产工艺制备,其不同之处在于:根据具体原料转化情况,适当调整相应温度变化值。
将实施例1~5制备的防虫木塑室内套装门样品送去质检,其检测结果见下表2。

通过上表2质检结果可以看出,本发明制备的防虫木塑室内套装门各项指标全部合格,可以应用于实际生产。而对比实施例1与2~5的各项指标可以看出,实施例1的各项指标明显高,说明实施例1的配方用量为最佳配比。
以上实施仅为本发明的较佳实例,并不代表全部配方量。需要说明的是,在本发明配方中加入着色剂并不影响权利范围,根据实际需要可适当加入。

Claims (3)

1.一种防虫木塑室内套装门,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:PVC树脂10~15%、硬脂酸0.3~0.7%、氯化石蜡0.4~0.6%、ACR加工助剂0.3~0.6%、CPE 0.3~0.5%、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.3~0.5%、轻质碳酸钙4~7%、DIOP增塑剂2~4%、BPO交联剂0.2~0.5%、光稳定剂0.04~0.06%、木粉28~35%、PVC废旧片料38~50%、中药渣粉末1~3%,各原料组分之和为100%,其中,所述的中药渣粉末是由含水量低于5%的檀香、降香和公丁香复配后,再添加0.01~0.03%的D-异抗坏血酸混合而成,所述的复配比例为:檀香:降香:公丁香=1:3:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防虫木塑室内套装门,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:PVC树脂10.5%、硬脂酸0.5%、氯化石蜡0.5%、ACR加工助剂0.5%、CPE 0.5%、Ba/Cd/Zn稳定剂0.5%、轻质碳酸钙5%、DIOP增塑剂3%、BPO交联剂0.3%、光稳定剂0.05%、木粉30%、PVC废旧片料47%、中药渣粉末1.65%。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的防虫木塑室内套装门的生产工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
1)将PVC废旧片料清洗后,用塑料磨粉机磨成60目细粉备用;
2)将中药渣晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成120目粉,加入D-异抗坏血酸并混合均匀,再用木粉机磨成70目粉备用;
3)将农作物秸杆或锯末晒干后,检测含水量低于5%时,用木粉机磨成80目粉备用;
4)将步骤1)PVC废旧粉料、步骤2)中药渣粉末、步骤3)木粉以及其余配方料加入高速混合打粉机内高温打粉30分钟,温度升至120℃时放料备用;将打好的粉子再加入造粒机内造粒备用,造粒前造粒机的温度控制为:一区160℃;二区170℃;三区180℃;四区200℃;
5)将步骤4)备用粒子加入双螺杆挤出机进行门板挤出,当机头模具温度达到220℃时开机出料,冷确,定尺1900mm切割,砂平砂光后,通过电脑控制系统雕刻花纹,载俢四边,花纹转印考漆固化检验合格品包装入库,不合格品回收再利用。
