the inner end of the moving part is provided with a second lifting mechanism, and the output end of the second lifting mechanism is connected with a second web plate supporting part;

the first mounting frame is provided with a transverse first wing plate supporting piece, and the first wing plate supporting piece is positioned at one side of the first wing plate clamping device;
a transverse second wing plate supporting piece is arranged on the second mounting frame and is positioned on one side of the second wing plate clamping device;
the chain transmission mechanism comprises a chain, a head sprocket and a rear sprocket, wherein the chain is tensioned on the head sprocket and the rear sprocket, the moving part is connected with the chain, the head of the base is provided with a head rotating shaft, the head sprocket is arranged on the head rotating shaft, the base is also provided with a rear rotating shaft, and the rear sprocket is arranged on the rear rotating shaft.
