背景技术
在现有技术中,近几年来,固体饮料行业步入快速发展通道,行业内企业数量和行业产销规模不断扩大。固体饮料因品种多样、风味独特、以植物提取物为主要原料,易于存放而备受消费者青睐,尤其是那些富含维生素、矿物质、中药材等具有营养、辅助保健效果成分的固体饮料,可以及时补充人体代谢所需营养,更成为了许多人生活中离不开的好伴侣。国家公布了药食同源物品,固体饮料可以添加中药材,用于制作保健食品,满足人民日益需求的食补,固体饮料迎来了发展良机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种组方简单,具有营养保健的能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果,其特征在于其有效成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:低聚异麦芽糖8-12份、桦褐孔菌8-12份、葛根8-12份、决明子8-12份、蛹虫草8-12份、养心草8-12份、松茸8-12份、沙棘8-12份、蜜环菌8-12份、鹿心血8-12份。组方中桦褐孔菌、蛹虫草、蜜环菌协同作用能够增强抗肿瘤的药理作用,桦褐孔菌、葛根、决明子、养心草协同作用能够增强降压降脂作用,桦褐孔菌、蛹虫草、鹿心血协同作用能够增强抗衰老的药理作用,蜜环菌、养心草协同作用能够增强镇静安神作用。
优选但不限于:一种能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:低聚异麦芽糖10份、桦褐孔菌10份、葛根10份、决明子10份、蛹虫草10份、养心草10份、松茸10份、沙棘10份、蜜环菌10份、鹿心血10份。
制备方法:将原料净选后用清水冲洗,提取、干燥粉碎后加入其它原料混匀后制粒,压成片剂,制成成品后包装。
桦褐孔菌中起主要药理作用的成分是羊毛甾醇型三萜类、桦褐孔菌醇、桦褐孔菌素和木质素。具有抵抗肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌、直肠癌、淋巴等多种肿瘤细胞,以及抗艾滋病病毒、抗感染、治疗糖尿病、降血压调节血脂、抗机体衰老、增强免疫力等药理作用。
葛根,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根。主要成分是葛根素、大豆黄酮、花生酸、氨基酸、蛋白质、多种维生素、有机钙等,能够扩张冠脉血管和改善心肌缺血缺氧状态、降压、抑制血小板聚集、抗心律失常、改善脑血循环、抗氧化、降血糖、提高学习记忆功能。功效解肌退热、升阳止泻。
决明子,为豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子。主要成分是蒽醌类、萘并—吡咯酮类、脂肪酸类等,能够降血脂、降血压,调节免疫功能,功效保肝、利尿、明目。
蛹虫草主要成分是核苷类、多糖类、虫草酸、虫草素、甾醇类、微量元素以及氨基酸。能够促进血小板生成,具有抗衰老、抗氧化、提高耐缺氧能力、抗疲劳以及抗肿瘤等多方面的药理作用。
养心草,多年生草本植物,全草药用。功效养心滋阴、养血活血。主要成分是黄酮类、萜类、酚酸、甾醇类,能够抗自由基、抗氧化、保护心脑血管、促进血液循环、抑制人体对胆固醇的吸收,降低血脂等保健功能,养心草提取液还能够降压镇静安神。
松茸主要成分是多糖、甾体、皂甙、蒽醌等,能够抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能,抗菌、抗炎等药理作用。
沙棘主要成分是维生素类、黄酮类等,能够促进造血细胞生长、降脂、对肝损伤的保护作用,增强免疫功能、抗辐射,清除氧自由基作用,实验表明,沙棘粉能够提高小鼠耐寒冷、耐疲劳、抗缺氧的能力。
蜜环菌主要成分是多元醇、酚、有机酸、脂类化合物、嘌呤衍生物等,具有镇静、抗惊厥、抗肿瘤、治疗心脑血管疾病等功效。
鹿心血主要成分是有机成分、无机成分、多种酶类、多种激素等,用于治疗心悸、失眠、健忘、跌伤、抗衰老等症。
组方中桦褐孔菌、蛹虫草、蜜环菌协同作用能够增强抗肿瘤的药理作用,桦褐孔菌、葛根、决明子、养心草协同作用能够增强降压降脂作用,桦褐孔菌、蛹虫草、鹿心血协同作用能够增强抗衰老的药理作用,蜜环菌、养心草协同作用能够增强镇静安神作用。
本发明剂型不限于此,还可制成颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂或其它保健食品领域常规制剂。
功效:辅助抗癌、降压、降糖、抗衰老。
用法用量:以片剂为例,每日用量6-10片。每片 克

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:低聚异麦芽糖10份、桦褐孔菌10份、葛根10份、决明子10份、蛹虫草10份、养心草10份、松茸10份、沙棘10份、蜜环菌10份、鹿心血10份。
试验例
1.对桦褐孔菌的实验研究结果
观察发现桦褐孔菌多糖提取物对肝癌小鼠HepA 瘤抑制率达39. 39 % ;胃癌,桦褐孔菌提取物对人胃癌BGC2823 细胞株具有抑制增殖作用,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,且表现出量效关系;肺癌,观察桦褐孔菌水煎剂对肺癌患者肠道菌群的影响,发现桦褐孔菌组比单纯化疗组的肠道内双歧杆菌数量明显多,球菌数量少;宫颈癌,桦褐孔菌的水提物,能使人宫颈癌细胞( HeLaS3) 的蛋白数量和有丝分裂指数下降,提高有丝分裂中期的细胞数目,影响细胞周期,从而干扰细胞的有丝分裂. 同时影响细胞的新陈代谢;其它肿瘤,有关学者观察到桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用,其大、小剂量组的抑制肿瘤率分别为56. 31 %和44. 34 %
桦褐孔菌的三萜类化合物和类固醇有改善血液循环、调整血压、降低血胆固醇的作用,临床观察到桦褐孔菌对预防与治疗高血压有一定的作用,能降低高血压患者的血压并减轻症状,与常规降压药合用有协调作用,使血压更易控制并且平稳。
桦褐孔菌、桦褐孔菌菌核和菌丝体的多糖粗提物,对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠均有降血糖作用,并且三者降糖效果中无显著差异.临床上糖尿病患者应用桦褐孔菌治疗后的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数比治疗前明显降低。
桦褐孔菌子实体的乙醇提取物,能使受γ射线体外照射的小鼠平均寿命延长,使血液脂类过氧化物、血清修复蛋白与正常的老鼠水平几乎一致。
2.对葛根的实验研究结果
葛根、总黄酮大豆甙元和葛根素对高血压引起的头痛、头晕、耳鸣等症状有明显的疗效。静注葛根浸膏、总黄酮和葛根素,使正常麻醉狗的血压短暂而明显降低。煎剂及醇浸膏给肾型高血压犬灌服,也有一定降压作用。腹腔注射葛根素能明显降低清醒自发高血压大鼠(SHR)的血压并减慢其心率。还可以使SHR的血清肾素活性(PRA)显著降低。大豆甙元固体分散物对麻醉家兔具有相对早而弱的降压作用。
3.对蛹虫草的实验研究成果
蛹虫草对小鼠S180和Lewis肺癌均有抑制作用,在延缓肿瘤生长的同时还减少肺转移率的形成。

1.一种能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果,其特征在于其有效成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:低聚异麦芽糖8-12份、桦褐孔菌8-12份、葛根8-12份、决明子8-12份、蛹虫草8-12份、养心草8-12份、松茸8-12份、沙棘8-12份、蜜环菌8-12份、鹿心血8-12份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的能抗癌降压降糖抗衰老镇静安神作用的桦褐孔菌压片糖果,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:低聚异麦芽糖10份、桦褐孔菌10份、葛根10份、决明子10份、蛹虫草10份、养心草10份、松茸10份、沙棘10份、蜜环菌10份、鹿心血10份。
