Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有抑制黑色素生成活性成分的皮肤美白化妆品。
长期以来,亮白的皮肤在不同的文化中都被认为是美肌的理想状态。因此人们常常使用能让皮肤美白的化妆品来遮盖色素斑点,例如老年斑、雀斑、黄褐斑或肤色不匀。
将肤色美白提亮的行为符合审美的观念,它能展现一个人的社会形象或者帮助一个人改善他的经济地位。医学上指出亮白的肌肤能够使皮肤缺陷不那么明显。
人们除了遮瑕霜以外,还会使用漂白剂。然而后者通常含有危险的成分,例如汞。长期使用汞会导致严重的疾病,并且无法替代遮瑕霜的美白效果。
与之相反,对皮肤温和不刺激的美白化妆品通常含有能够抑制黑色素生成以及影响色素生成的植物提取物。
例如,已知的红景天(Rhodiola rosea)的植物提取物(CAS No.97404-52-9),其具有酪氨酸酶抑制作用,可以抑制黑色素生成并由此达到增白皮肤的效果(信达威出版公司-科学世界杂志(Hindawi Publishing Corporation-The Scientific WorldJournal),卷2013,文章ID 612739,http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2013/612739)。
但是,使用这种黑色素生成抑制剂当然是有问题的,因为抑制黑色素生成伴随而来的后果是皮肤对紫外线照射的抵抗能力降低以及阳光诱发的皮肤癌风险上升。
综上,本发明的目的是创造一种保护皮肤免受日光伤害的皮肤美白化妆品。
本发明的基本思想是:通过根据本发明的化妆品所具有的细胞保护和细胞增殖的效果来抵御使用化妆手段或者其他医学手段美白的负面影响。
本发明提供了一种皮肤美白化妆品,它含有抑制黑色素生成的活性成分,而且它还含有岩衣藻(Ascophyllum nodosum)的提取物和紫球藻(Porphyridium cruentum)的提取物。
岩衣藻(Ascophyllum nodosum)的提取物尤其是指CAS号84775-78-0。
紫球藻(Porphyridium cruentum)的提取物尤其是指CAS号223751-77-7。
抑制黑色素生成的活性成分优选为为红景天(Rhodiola rosea)的植物提取物,特别优选是CAS号97404-52-9。
化妆品的有益补充效果归因于岩衣藻(Ascophyllum nodosum)中所含的多酚,紫球藻(Porphyridium cruentum)中所含的多糖以及红景天(Rhodiola rosea)中所含的酚苷。
一种特别优选的化妆品含有重量比为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻、紫球藻的提取物。
上述包含植物提取物的化妆品具有刺激成纤维细胞活力的作用。
特别是,这种包含植物提取物的化妆品具有增强胶原蛋白合成的作用。
此外,这种含有植物提取物的化妆品具有保护细胞免受UV照射的有害影响的效果。

本发明也涉及皮肤美白化妆品的应用。该皮肤美白化妆品含有抑制黑色素生成活性成分,即岩衣藻(Ascophyllum nodosum)的提取物和紫球藻(Porphyridium cruentum)的提取物。该皮肤美白化妆品在进行(可能是医学上指出的)消除色素沉淀的美容时具有保护细胞和细胞增殖的效果。上述的化妆品将作进一步的描述。
本发明尤其涉及用于制造皮肤美白化妆品的化妆品配方的制备商。该皮肤美白化妆品包含抑制黑色素生成活性成分,即岩衣藻(Ascophyllum nodosum)的提取物和紫球藻(Porphyridium cruentum)的提取物。该皮肤美白化妆品在进行(可能是医学上指出的)消除色素沉淀的美容时具有保护细胞和细胞增殖的效果。在这种情况下,制备的化妆品和化妆品的制备方法将作进一步的描述。

图1显示含有比例为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻和紫球藻的提取物的化妆品对酪氨酸酶的浓度依赖性抑制。
这种化妆品对于酪氨酸酶活性的影响是通过多巴色素测定法测量的。在氧气存在下L-多巴会被反应转化为在波长λ=475nm处检测到的多巴色素。
图1显示:本发明的化妆品可浓度依赖性地抑制酪氨酸酶。每次测量均平行进行两次。0.01μg/ml的浓度已经抑制了50%的酶活性,其中在0.1μg/ml的浓度下抑制活性已经达到最大。
随着酪氨酸酶抑制活性的增强,黑色素生成减少,由此实现美白。
图2显示含有比例为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻和紫球藻的提取物的化妆品对正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(NHDF)活力的浓度依赖性影响。
本发明化妆品对皮肤细胞代谢活性影响的效果,是通过对正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(NHDF细胞)使用MTT测定来评估的。该测试基于莫斯曼(Mosmann)描述的用于测量细胞增殖和活力的方法(细胞增殖和存活的莫斯曼比色试验:增殖和细胞毒素试验的应用,免疫方法杂志16,55(1983)(Mosman T.Rapid colorimetric assay for cellular growth andsurvival:application to proliferation and cytotoxic assays,J Immunol Methods16,55(1983))。
该研究揭示NHDF细胞的活力在0.01μg/ml至10μg/ml的浓度范围内受到刺激。在0.01μg/ml的浓度下刺激已经达到最大。
图3显示,含有比例为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻和紫球藻的提取物的化妆品对正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(NHDF)的胶原蛋白合成的浓度依赖性影响。
借助于色科尔(Sircol)胶原试验(毕克勒有限公司,培尔法斯特市),研究了本发明的化妆品对正常人皮肤成纤维细胞的胶原蛋白形成的影响。这些研究表明,应用0.01μg/ml浓度的化妆品可以使胶原蛋白合成增加62%-这种效果表明成纤维细胞的活力提高。
此外,对用近紫外光(UV-A:380nm-315nm)照射下的NHDF细胞的体外试验表明:本发明的化妆品在使用前和使用后均可以减少UV照射对皮肤的伤害。因此,化妆品能够阻挡紫外线的危害,并且减少细胞中的损伤。
图4显示,当用20J/cm2的近紫外光照射时,含有比例为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻和紫球藻的提取物的化妆品对正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(NHDF)的细胞保护作用。
在用20J/cm2的近紫外线照射之前施加浓度为0.1μg/ml的化妆品表明:照射并处理的NHDF细胞的活力比照射但未处理的NHDF细胞高24%(对照)。
最后,图5.显示在20J/cm2的近紫外线照射后,含有比例为2:2:1的红景天、岩衣藻和紫球藻的提取物的化妆品对未处理的正常人皮肤成纤维细胞(NHDF)的细胞增殖效应。
在用20J/cm2的近紫外线照射后施加浓度至少为0.01μg/ml的化妆品表明:照射并处理的NHDF细胞相比于接收照射但是未经立即处理的NHDF细胞(对照)具有2倍更高的活力。
除了美白皮肤和保护以及再生性质之外,本发明的化妆品还具有可用于抗衰老领域的优点。它可以使皮肤水分增加60%,皱纹减少19%,皮肤弹性改善10%,皮肤平滑改善16%,以及皮肤紧实度改善19%。
此外,本发明化妆品对皮肤十分温和不刺激。
Claims (9)
1.皮肤美白化妆品,它含有抑制黑色素生成活性成分,其特征在于岩衣藻的提取物和紫球藻的提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品,其特征在于,岩衣藻的提取物的CAS号是84775-78-0和紫球藻的提取物的CAS号是223751-77-7。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于,所述抑制黑色素生成活性成分是红景天的提取物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品,其特征在于红景天的提取物的CAS号是97404-52-9。
5.根据权利要求2和3中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于红景天、岩衣藻,紫球藻的提取物的重量比为2:2:1。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于所述化妆品具有刺激成纤维细胞活力的作用。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于所述化妆品具有增强胶原蛋白合成作用。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于所述化妆品具有保护细胞免受UV照射的有害影响的作用。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品,其特征在于所述化妆品在紫外线照射后具有细胞增殖效应。
