本发明公开了一种电连接器,用以将一芯片模块电性连接至一电路板,包括:一本体,其具有贯穿本体的多个收容槽,至少一收容槽的一槽壁向内凸伸形成一凸台,凸台具有一挡角;多个导电端子,对应收容于多个收容槽,至少一导电端子的一侧具有使导电端子的宽度逐渐减小的一倾斜部,倾斜部与凸台相邻并至少部分位于凸台的上方,用以限制导电端子向下移动;当本体因受热或受力而发生变形,导致收容槽内的挡角碰触到导电端子的倾斜部时,由于挡角于与倾斜部之间接触面积小,使应力集中,且挡角的硬度小于倾斜部,挡角易发生崩溃磨损而抵消本体传递给导电端子的应力,防止焊料撕裂。

本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其是指一种避免焊料撕裂的电连接器。
背景技术
申请号为CN201710454474.7的中国专利一种电连接器,其包括一绝缘本体,绝缘本体具有多个收容槽;以及收容于收容槽的多个导电端子。导电端子包括一基部,自基部向上延伸的弹性臂和连料部,自基部向下延伸的焊接部和卡持部;在导电端子的侧缘,连料部和卡持部之间具有一凹陷,该凹陷的上部为一内向的倾斜部。绝缘本体向收容槽内凸伸形成与凹陷相对的凸台,凸台的上部具有一斜面,该斜面与导电端子的凹陷的倾斜部相对并相互平行。
导电端子的焊接部通过焊接焊料连接至一电路板上,当绝缘本体受热或受力扭曲变形而使凸台碰触到导电端子时,由于凸台的斜面与导电端子凹陷的倾斜部相互平行,凸台斜面与导电端子的凹陷倾斜部相互贴合,使凸台与导电端子的凹陷之间存在较大的应力作用范围,绝缘本体变形产生的应力完全地传递给导电端子,导电端子受到较大的拉扯力,容易导致焊料撕裂。
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的创作目的在于提供一种本体变形后不会引起焊料撕裂的电连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,包括:一本体,具有上下贯穿所述本体的多个收容槽,所述收容槽具有一第一面以及一第二面相对于所述第一面向所述收容槽内偏移,一连接面连接所述第一面和所述第二面,所述连接面和所述第二面形成一挡角;多个导电端子,对应收容多个所述收容槽,所述导电端子具有:一倾斜部,由所述导电端子的一侧自上而下渐缩形成,所述倾斜部至少部分位于所述挡角的上方;一焊接部,位于所述本体的底面的下方,受所述本体的底面的限位,以限制所述端子上移。
进一步地,所述倾斜部与所述第一面的锐夹角小于45度。
进一步地,所述连接面与所述第一面的锐夹角大于所述倾斜部与所述第一面的锐夹角。
进一步地,所述挡角为钝角。
进一步地,所述第一面和所述第二面相互平行。
进一步地,所述倾斜部的长度大于所述连接面的长度。
进一步地,所述导电端子具有一凸起,所述凸起位于所述倾斜部上方并干涉所述第一面。
进一步地,所述焊接部包括用以夹持焊料的二夹持臂,所述二夹持臂夹持焊料后,所述夹持臂超出所述收容槽的水平投影。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
所述凸台的所述挡角和所述倾斜部限制所述导电端子下移,而所述焊接部在夹持焊料后限制所述导电端子上移;当所述本体因受热或受力而发生变形,导致所述挡角碰触到所述倾斜部时,所述挡角可沿所述倾斜部上下移动,同时所述挡角磨损而抵消所述本体传递给所述导电端子的应力,防止焊料撕裂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:

参阅图1至图9,为本发明的电连接器100的较佳实施例,所述电连接器100包括一本体1以及安装于所述本体1内的多个导电端子2,且所述电连接器100用以将一芯片模块3连接至一电路板4。
参阅图1,所述本体1由绝缘材料制成,设有多个收容槽11,多个所述收容槽11呈矩阵排列并上下贯穿所述本体1,用以收容所述导电端子2。参阅图2和图3,所述收容槽11具有一第一面111,所述第一面111竖直设置;一第二面112,所述第二面112平行于所述第一面111,相对于所述第一面111向所述收容槽11内偏移;以及一连接面113,所述连接面113连接所述第一面111和所述第二面112;其中所述第一面111等同于所述收容槽11的一槽壁,所述连接面113、所述第二面112、所述第一面111的所在竖直平面以及所述本体1底面所包围的部分相当于所述槽壁向内凸伸形成的一凸台114,所述连接面113和所述第二面112之间的夹角为一挡角115,所述挡角115位于所述凸台114上,相比于所述本体1的顶面更靠近所述本体1的底面,用以限制所述导电端子2向下移动。在本实施例中,所述挡角115为钝角,在其他实施例中,所述挡角115亦可是直角、锐角或呈圆弧状。
参阅图4,所述本体1的顶面向上凸伸形成用以支撑所述芯片模块3的多个支撑块12,参阅图6和图7,每一所述支撑块12具有呈直角的一缺口121,所述缺口121的水平投影与所述收容槽11的水平投影相互嵌合,如此设置,可压缩所述支撑块12的占用面积,在为所述芯片模块3提供有效支撑的同时,使多个所述导电端子2在所述本体1中紧凑排布,有利于所述电连接器100小型化和收容更多的所述导电端子2。
参阅图1和图2,所述导电端子2由一金属板材冲压形成,包括平板状的一主体部21,所述主体部21侧向弯折,包括一第一基部211和一第二基部212。所述第一基部211向上弯折延伸形成一弹臂22,所述弹臂22的延伸末端具有呈弧状的一接触部221,用以接触所述芯片模块3,所述弹臂22上还具有一通槽222,使所述接触部221和所述第一基部211之间形成两个导电通道,参阅图7,所述接触部221偏置于所述弹臂22的一侧。
参阅图1和图2,所述第一基部211向下延伸形成超出所述收容槽11的一焊接部23,用以通过焊料5焊接至所述电路板4,所述焊接部23包括用以夹持所述焊料5的二夹持臂231,每一所述夹持臂231具有位于所述夹持臂231末端的一钩部2311,所述钩部2311向上延伸,增大所述夹持臂231与所述焊料5之间的接触面积,参阅图8和图9,所述二夹持臂231夹持所述焊料5后,所述焊料5撑开所述二夹持臂231,使所述二夹持臂231以及所述钩部2311超出所述收容槽11的水平投影,在竖直方向上受所述本体1的底面的限位,限制所述导电端子2上移。
参阅图2和图3,所述第一基部211的一侧的下半部分具有一倾斜部2111,其由所述第一基部211自上而下逐缩形成,且不超出所述本体1的底面,完全收容在所述收容槽11内,所述倾斜部2111与所述第一面111之间的锐夹角小于45度,并小于所述连接面113与所述第一面111之间的锐夹角;所述倾斜部2111的长度大于所述连接面113的长度,且所述倾斜部2111的一部分位于所述挡角115的上方,另一部分延伸至所述挡角115的下方。在本实施例中,当所述导电端子2组装入所述本体1后,所述倾斜部2111与所述挡角115之间具有一间隙G,当所述电连接器100受热,例如经过焊炉焊接至所述电路板4,或受力而使所述本体1发生膨胀或其他变形时,所述间隙G作为所述挡角115与所述倾斜部2111之间的让位空间,一定程度上避免所述挡角115直接接触所述导电端子2。
参阅图4和图5,若所述本体1的变形程度较大,致使所述挡角115的位移大于所述间隙G,所述挡角115碰触到所述倾斜部2111并可沿所述倾斜部2111滑移,由于所述挡角115的硬度小于所述倾斜部2111的硬度并与所述倾斜部2111相互摩擦,所述挡角115发生崩溃损耗,抵消所述本体1传递给所述导电端子2的应力,因此所述导电端子2受到的拉扯力减少,防止所述焊料5撕裂,保证所述电连接器100与所述电路板4之间良好的电性连接。又由于所述倾斜部2111的长度大于所述连接面113的长度,且所述倾斜部2111分布在所述挡角115的上下两侧,故所述挡角115在上下方向上均有足够的磨损行程,能够消解所述本体1产生的不同方向的变形应力,进一步防止所述焊料5撕裂。
参阅图1,所述第二基部212向上延伸形成一料带连接部24。参阅图2,所述第一基部211还具有一凸起2112,所述凸起2112在所述倾斜部2111的上方与所述第一面111相干涉,用以固定所述导电端子2。
综上所述,本发明所述电连接器100具有以下有益效果:
(1)所述收容槽11的一槽壁向内凸伸形成一所述凸台114,所述凸台114具有一所述挡角115,用以限制所述导电端子2向下移动。
(2)所述挡角115与所述倾斜部2111之间具有一所述间隙G,当所述本体1受热或受力变形时,所述间隙G充当所述本体1与所述导电端子2之间的让位空间,在一定程度上避免二者直接接触。
(3)当所述本体1受热或受力变形使所述挡角115的位移超过了所述间隙G,使所述挡角115碰触到所述倾斜部2111时,所述挡角115可沿所述倾斜部2111上下滑移,由于所述挡角115的硬度小于所述倾斜部2111的硬度并与所述倾斜部2111相互摩擦,所述挡角115发生崩溃损耗,抵消所述本体1传递给所述导电端子2的应力,因此所述导电端子2受到的拉扯力减少,避免所述焊料5被撕裂,保证所述电连接器100与所述电路板4之间良好的电性连接。
(4)由于所述倾斜部2111的长度大于所述连接面113的长度,且所述倾斜部2111穿过所述连接面113的所在平面,使所述倾斜部2111分布在所述挡角115的上下两侧,故所述挡角115在上下方向上均有足够的磨损行程,能够消解所述本体1产生的不同方向的变形应力,进一步防止所述焊料5撕裂。

Claims (16)

1.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,具有上下贯穿所述本体的多个收容槽,所述收容槽具有一第一面以及一第二面相对于所述第一面向所述收容槽内偏移,一连接面连接所述第一面和所述第二面,所述连接面和所述第二面形成一挡角;
多个导电端子,对应收容多个所述收容槽,所述导电端子具有:
一倾斜部,由所述导电端子的一侧自上而下渐缩形成,所述倾斜部至少部分位于所述挡角的上方;
一焊接部,位于所述本体的底面的下方,受所述本体的底面的限位,以限制所述端子上移。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述倾斜部与所述第一面的锐夹角小于45度。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接面与所述第一面的锐夹角大于所述倾斜部与所述第一面的锐夹角。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述挡角为钝角。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一面和所述第二面相互平行。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述倾斜部的长度大于所述连接面的长度。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子具有一凸起,所述凸起位于所述倾斜部上方并干涉所述第一面。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部包括用以夹持焊料的二夹持臂,所述二夹持臂夹持焊料后,所述夹持臂超出所述收容槽的水平投影。
9.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,具有贯穿所述本体的多个收容槽,至少一所述收容槽的一槽壁向内凸伸形成一凸台,所述凸台具有一挡角;
多个导电端子,对应收容于多个所述收容槽,其中至少一所述导电端子具有:
一倾斜部,由所述导电端子的一侧渐缩形成,所述倾斜部与所述凸台相邻并至少部分位于所述凸台的上方,用以限制所述端子向下移动。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述倾斜部与所述收容槽的一槽壁之间的锐夹角小于45度。
11.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述挡角为钝角。
12.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器用以将一芯片模块连接至一电路板;所述导电端子具有一主体部,所述主体部侧向弯折,其包括一第一基部和一第二基部;所述第一基部向上弯折延伸形成一弹臂,所述弹臂具有一通槽,所述弹臂的延伸末端具有呈弧状的一接触部,用以接触所述芯片模块;所述第一基部向下延伸形成一焊接部,用以连接所述电路板;所述第二基部向上延伸形成一料带连接部。
13.如权利要求12所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部包括用以夹持焊料的二夹持臂,所述二夹持臂夹持焊料后,所述夹持臂超出所述收容槽的水平投影。
14.如权利要求12所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述本体的顶面向上凸伸形成用以支撑所述芯片模块的多个支撑块,所述支撑块具有一缺口,所述缺口的水平投影与所述收容槽的水平投影相互嵌合。
15.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:相对于所述本体的顶面,所述挡角更靠近所述本体的底面。
16.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述倾斜部完全收容于所述收容槽内。
