本发明公开了一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,包括使用高质量的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,制备出克重大、不透明度高、抗张强度高、耐破度和撕裂度好、透气度小、防潮性好且不含荧光物质的食盐包装纸,产品质量达到进口同类产品性能指标。

技术领域
本发明属于特种纸技术领域,特别涉及一种食盐包装纸的制造方法。
背景技术
食盐包装纸是一种食品包装用纸,专门用于食盐包装。在欧美,食盐包装纸已广泛应用于1kg食盐的包装,但国内的食盐包装绝大部分使用塑料包装,小部分使用淋膜食品纸包装,真正使用食品纸包装的食盐包装方式还没有,目前国内也还没有能批量生产该产品的企业。食盐包装纸克重大、不透明度高、抗张强度高、耐破度和撕裂度好、透气度小、防潮性好且不含荧光物质,抄造的技术难点大。经过分析检测国外的食盐包装纸纸样,同时和盐业公司进行深入沟通和技术交流,从浆料选择、打浆技术和抄纸工艺进行研究和创新,确定最佳浆料配比和最佳打浆工艺,采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,确保吨纸的PVA施胶量达到10-12kg。保证食盐包装纸的透气度小,防潮效果好,成功开发出合格的食盐包装纸,经盐业公司试用于1kg的食盐包装,并通过行业检测,该食盐包装纸已经可以满足食盐包装要求,是一个很有推广价值的特种纸产品,为食盐包装由塑料向纸包装转型奠定基础。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种食盐包装纸的制造方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为原料,提供一种生产工艺先进、定量合适、抗张强度和耐破度好、透气度小,防潮性好且不含荧光物质,满足食品级接触材料质量要求的食盐包装纸的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
① 浆料选择:55%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和45%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,为保证浆料质量,确保浆料尘埃少和无荧光,要求漂白木浆为A类商品木浆;
② 浆料打浆:采用低浓锥形磨打浆,打浆浓度4.0-5.0%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为58-60oSR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为32-34oSR;
③ 辅料用量:均为相对绝干浆质量百分比,浆内阳离子淀粉1.0-1.5%,AKD 1.0-1.5%,助留剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.01-0.02%,不加填料;
④ 浆料稀释至2.5-3.5%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后流送上网;
⑤ 湿纸页抄造:调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.6-0.7%,上网pH值:6.0-7.0,纸页定量125±2 g/m2,网速180-200 m/min,流浆箱唇板开度11-12mm;
⑥ 压榨:湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:700-710kN/m,二压线压力:800-810kN/m;
⑦ 表面施胶:采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,表面施胶采用氧化淀粉+PVA的施胶工艺,氧化淀粉和PVA按质量比1:1混合好,按照制定的熬制工艺和保温操作步骤进行,出前干燥部纸页干度95%时进入施胶部,施胶液浓度8-10%;双面施胶,单面均控制在1.5-2.0g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力270-280kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力190-200kN/m;确保吨纸的PVA施胶量达到10-12kg,以保证食盐包装纸的透气度小,防潮效果好;
⑧ 压光及卷取:经后干燥处理后干度在94-95%的纸页通过一道软压光机,压光机适当加压;卷取张力:450-480kN/m;
⑨ 食盐包装纸性能指标:定量:125±2 g/m2,水分:6.0-8.0%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:≥5.0Km,吸水性:≤40g/m2,正反面平滑度(平均值):5-10s,不透明度:≥90%,透气度:≤1.0μm/Pa.s,耐破指数:≥2.0 kPa.m2/g,撕裂度:纵向≥25mN,横向≥45mN,纸张均匀平整性好,手感好。
本发明提供一种食盐包装纸的制备方法,主要创新点:1)浆料全部采用高等级的A类漂白硫酸盐木浆,保证浆料质量,确保浆料尘埃少和无荧光;2)采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,采用氧化淀粉+PVA的施胶工艺,确保吨纸的PVA施胶量达到10-12kg,以保证食盐包装纸的透气度小,防潮效果好。
本发明的技术效果:本发明通过对浆料选择、打浆工艺、浆内添加和表面施胶功能化学助剂等进行研究,优化纸机相关参数生产出合格的食盐包装纸,产品质量达到甚至超过进口同类产品,为国家食盐包装提供优质可靠的包装纸,为今后食盐包装由塑变纸转型具有重大意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆在水力碎浆机碎解后,经3台双盘磨串联循环打浆,打浆浓度4.5%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为59oSR,湿重7.5 g,进入针叶木叩后浆池。同时将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆在另一台水力碎浆机碎解后,经2台双盘磨串联打浆,打浆浓度4.5%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为33oSR,湿重2.5 g,进入阔叶木叩后浆池。通过配浆系统,按照针叶木浆:阔叶木浆质量比为55:45进行自动配浆,配浆搅拌均匀后进入浆料流送系统,浆料于成浆池泵入抄前池,浆料稀释至2.5%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后,送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,上网浓度:0.66%,纸页定量125±2g/m2,网速 195m/min,流浆箱唇板开度12mm,通过成型网和摇振的共同作用,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布;湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:700kN/m,二压线压力:800kN/m;前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,采用氧化淀粉+PVA的施胶工艺,先按1:1质量比混合好氧化淀粉和PVA,按照制定的熬制工艺和保温操作步骤实施。施胶液浓度10%;双面施胶,单面均控制在1.5g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力280kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力200kN/m;经过后干燥处理后,干度94%左右的纸页通过一道软压光机,压光机加压线压力30KN/m,卷取张力:480kN/m;可生产出定量为125 g/m2食盐包装纸,主要性能指标:定量:125±2g/m2,水分:6.8%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:6.8Km,吸水性:32g/m2,正面平滑度(平均值):8 s,反面平滑度(平均值):5s,不透明度:94.0%,透气度:0.01 μm/Pa.s,耐破指数:2.7 kPa.m2/g,撕裂度:纵向35mN,横向55mN,纸页均匀平整性好,手感好,可以满足客户的质量和使用要求,产品质量指标达到甚至超过进口食盐包装纸。
实施例2:
将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆在水力碎浆机碎解后,经3台双盘磨串联循环打浆,打浆浓度4.5%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为60oSR,湿重7.3 g,进入针叶木叩后浆池。同时将漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆在另一台水力碎浆机碎解后,经2台双盘磨串联打浆,打浆浓度4.5%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为34oSR,湿重2.4 g,进入阔叶木叩后浆池。通过配浆系统,按照针叶木浆:阔叶木浆质量比为55:45进行自动配浆,配浆搅拌均匀后进入浆料流送系统,浆料于成浆池泵入抄前池,浆料稀释至2.5%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后,送入流浆箱上网,调节上网流量,上网浓度:0.68%,纸页定量125±2g/m2,网速 190m/min,流浆箱唇板开度12mm,通过成型网和摇振的共同作用,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布;湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:700kN/m,二压线压力:800kN/m;前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,采用氧化淀粉+PVA的施胶工艺,先按1:1质量比混合好氧化淀粉和PVA,按照制定的熬制工艺和保温操作步骤实施。施胶液浓度10%;双面施胶,单面均控制在1.6g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力280kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力200kN/m;经过后干燥处理后,干度94%左右的纸页通过一道软压光机,压光机加压线压力30KN/m,卷取张力:480kN/m;可生产出定量为125 g/m2食盐包装纸,主要性能指标:定量:125±2g/m2,水分:6.8%,色相本白,纵向裂断长:7.1Km,吸水性:33g/m2,正面平滑度(平均值):9s,反面平滑度(平均值):6s,不透明度:93.0%,透气度:0.02 μm/Pa.s,耐破指数:2.6 kPa.m2/g,撕裂度:纵向36 mN,横向48 mN,纸页均匀平整性好,手感好,可以满足客户的质量和使用要求,产品质量指标达到甚至超过进口食盐包装纸。

Claims (1)

1.一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,包括使用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆为原料、经打浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、压榨脱水、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,其特征在于:
① 浆料选择:55%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和45%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,为保证浆料质量,确保浆料尘埃少和无荧光,要求漂白木浆为A类商品木浆;
② 浆料打浆:采用低浓锥形磨打浆,打浆浓度4.0-5.0%,打浆后漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为58-60oSR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为32-34oSR;
③ 辅料用量:均为相对绝干浆质量百分比,浆内阳离子淀粉1.0-1.5%,AKD 1.0-1.5%,助留剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.01-0.02%,不加填料;
④ 浆料稀释至2.5-3.5%,进入带磁铁石的沉砂沟,去除浆料系统中的金属杂质;浆料经冲浆泵稀释后进入一级三段除渣器、压力筛后流送上网;
⑤ 湿纸页抄造:调节纸机抄造工艺参数,上网浓度:0.6-0.7%,上网pH值:6.0-7.0,纸页定量125±2 g/m2,网速180-200 m/min,流浆箱唇板开度 11-12mm;
⑥ 压榨:湿纸页出网部后进入复合压榨部,一压线压力:700-710kN/m,二压线压力:800-810kN/m;
⑦ 表面施胶:采用创新型膜转移表面施胶技术进行表面施胶处理,表面施胶采用氧化淀粉+PVA的施胶工艺,氧化淀粉和PVA按质量比1:1混合好,按照制定的熬制工艺和保温操作步骤进行,出前干燥部纸页干度95%时进入施胶部,施胶液浓度8-10%;双面施胶,单面均控制在1.5-2.0g/m2,施胶部前纸页张力270-280kN/m,施胶部后纸页张力190-200kN/m;确保吨纸的PVA施胶量达到10-12kg,以保证食盐包装纸的透气度小,防潮效果好;
