5): then the control device 5 will instruct the welding gun 383 on the mechanical arm 381 to weld the welding spot position detected by the laser displacement sensor 382 on each welding robot 38 in the previous step through the welding control module, so as to complete the fixation of the grid plate 13 and the angle steel wrapping plate 11, and in the actual welding process, the position of the welding robot 38 can be adjusted according to the actual situation;
6): after the connection part of the angle steel edge-covering plate 11 and the grid plate 13 is welded, the welding tool 35 moves to a welding station 36 corresponding to the turnover second welding mechanism 33, then a laser displacement sensor 382 on a group of welding robots 38 of the transverse plates scans the intersection point of a longitudinal rib plate 121 and a transverse rib plate 122 inside the angle steel edge-covering plate on the turnover grid plate assembly 1, the welding spot position needing welding in the second step is detected, and scanned data is transmitted to the control device 5;
7): then the control device 5 will instruct the welding gun 383 on the mechanical arm 381 to weld the welding spot position detected by the laser displacement sensor 382 on each welding robot 38 in the previous step, and in the actual welding process, the position of the welding robot 38 can be adjusted according to the actual situation;
8): after the intersection point of the longitudinal rib plates 121 and the transverse rib plates 122 is welded, the control device commands the blanking manipulator 32 in the blanking mechanism 4 to perform blanking work through the blanking control module, namely, after the welded grid plates are grasped through the blanking manipulator 32, the transverse plates 34 move along the rails 311 on the blanking support frame 31 to the position of the lower wire welding tool 35, and in the process of moving the transverse plates, the blanking manipulator 32 drives the grid plates to move together to the lower wire welding tool 35 until the grid plates reach the lower wire welding tool 35, and then the grid plates are placed on the lower wire welding tool 35.

the feeding mechanism (31) and the discharging device (34) are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame (3), the first welding mechanism (32) is arranged at the rear of the feeding mechanism (31), the turning mechanism (5) is arranged between the first welding mechanism (32) and the second welding mechanism (33), the second welding mechanism (33) is arranged between the turning mechanism (5) and the discharging device (34), the welding tool (35) is arranged on the frame (3), the two are movably connected, the discharging mechanism (4) is arranged at one end of the discharging device (34) above the frame (3), the discharging mechanism (4) is matched with the discharging device (34), and the control device (6) is arranged at one side of the frame (3);
the upper wire welding tool (2), the blanking mechanism (4), the turning mechanism (5) and the feeding mechanism (31), the first welding mechanism (32), the second welding mechanism (33), the blanking device (34) and the group of welding tools (35) on the frame (3) are all connected with the control device (6);
the grid plate assembly (1) is internally provided with an angle steel edge-covering plate (11) and a rib plate (12), the rib plate (12) is internally provided with a longitudinal rib plate (121) and a transverse rib plate (122), the longitudinal rib plate (121) is provided with a waist hole (123) for installing the transverse rib plate (122), the transverse rib plate (122) is provided with a U-shaped groove (124), the transverse rib plate (122) penetrates through the waist hole (123), and the opening diameters of the end parts at the two sides of the U-shaped groove (124) are smaller than the diameter of a groove body of the groove; the welding tool (35) is provided with a group of mounting grooves for placing rib plates (12) of the grid plate, and the longitudinal rib plates (121) are placed in the mounting grooves;
the welding device comprises a frame (3), a first welding mechanism (32) and a second welding mechanism (33), wherein the first welding mechanism (32) and the second welding mechanism (33) are respectively provided with a welding station (36), a welding support frame (37) and a group of welding robots (38), the welding stations (36) are arranged at the rear of a station (312) to be welded, the welding support frames (37) are arranged at the two sides of the welding stations (36), the welding robots (38) are arranged on the welding support frames (37), a pressing plate (7) for pressing grid plates is arranged on the welding stations (36), the pressing plate (7) is arranged at one side of the welding stations (36) and is connected with a driving mechanism (71), and the driving mechanism (71) is arranged on the frame (3); the welding machine is characterized in that an upright post and a transverse frame are arranged in the welding supporting frame (37), the upright posts are arranged on two sides of the welding station (36), the transverse frame is arranged between the upright posts, the welding robot (38) is arranged on the transverse frame, and the welding robot (38) is movably connected with the transverse frame; a blanking support frame (41) and a wire-descending manipulator (42) are arranged in the blanking mechanism (4), the blanking support frame (41) is arranged at one end of the frame (3) located at the blanking device (34), the blanking support frame (41) is higher than the frame (3), one end, close to the frame (3), of the blanking support frame (41) is arranged above the blanking device (34), a transverse plate (43) is arranged on the blanking support frame (41), the wire-descending manipulator (42) is arranged on the transverse plate (43) and connected with a cylinder (44), the cylinder (44) is arranged above the transverse plate (43), and a wire-descending welding tool is arranged below the blanking support frame (41); a track (411) is arranged on the blanking support frame (41), a pulley (45) is arranged below the transverse plate (43), and the pulley (45) is arranged in the track (411); a group of mechanical arms (381), a laser displacement sensor (382) and a welding gun (383) are arranged in the welding robot (38), the mechanical arms (381) are arranged on the transverse frame, a fixed seat is arranged on the mechanical arms (381), the laser displacement sensor (382) is arranged on the fixed seat, and the welding gun (383) is arranged at the bottom of the mechanical arms (381); the welding tool (35) is provided with a base (351), a quick clamp (352) and a driving air cylinder for driving the base (351), the base (351) is provided with a mounting groove for placing a grid plate, the quick clamp (352) is arranged on one side of the base (351), and the driving air cylinder is arranged below the base (351); a fixed seat (51), a turnover frame (52) and a turnover driving mechanism (53) are arranged in the turnover mechanism (5), the fixed seat (51) is fixed on the frame (3), a rotating shaft (54) is arranged at the bottom step of the turnover frame (52), the rotating shaft (54) is arranged on the fixed seat (51), the turnover driving mechanism (53) is connected with the turnover frame (52), and the turnover driving mechanism (53) is connected with the control device (6);

the control device (6) is internally provided with a feeding control module, a welding tool control module, a discharging control module, a pressing plate control module, a turning control module and a controller module, wherein the feeding control module, the welding tool control module, the discharging control module, the pressing plate control module and the turning control module are all connected with the controller module;
the working method of the efficient production line for processing the angle steel grid plate comprises the following steps of:
1): firstly, placing an angle steel edge-wrapping plate (11) into a welding tool (35), then installing a longitudinal rib plate (121) into an installation groove, then placing a transverse rib plate (122) into a waist hole (123) of the longitudinal rib plate (121), and positioning a workpiece on a feeding station (311) through a quick clamp (352) after the transverse rib plate (122) is placed;
2): then, driving the air cylinder (353) to drive the welding tool to move to the station (312) to be welded, and driving the air cylinder to drive the welding tool (35) on the station (312) to be welded to move to the station (36) after the welding of the corresponding welding station (36) of the first welding mechanism (32) is completed;
3): when a workpiece reaches a welding station (36), a pressing plate control module in the control device drives a pressing plate (7) to press a grid plate (13) on the grid plate assembly (1) through a driving mechanism (71), so that planes of the angle steel edge-covering plate (11) and the grid plate (13) are flat;
4): then, a laser displacement sensor (382) on a group of welding robots (38) of the transverse plates scans the contact points between the periphery of an angle steel edge-covering plate (11) on the grid plate assembly (1) and the longitudinal rib plates (121) and the transverse rib plates (122) after being pressed, the positions of welding spots needing to be welded in the first step are detected, and scanned data are transmitted to a control device (6);
5): then the control device (6) commands a welding gun (383) on the mechanical arm (381) to weld the welding spot position detected by the laser displacement sensor (382) on each welding robot (38) in the previous step through the welding control module, so that the fixation of the grid plate (13) and the angle steel wrapping plate (11) is completed, and in the actual welding process, the position of the welding robot (38) can be adjusted according to the actual situation;
6): after the connection part of the angle steel edge-covering plate (11) and the grid plate (13) is welded, the welding tool (35) is turned over to a welding station (36) corresponding to the second welding mechanism (33), then a group of laser displacement sensors (382) on a welding robot (38) of the transverse frame scan the crossing points of the longitudinal rib plates (121) and the transverse rib plates (122) in the angle steel edge-covering plate on the turned grid plate assembly (1), the welding spot position required to be welded in the second step is detected, and scanned data are transmitted to the control device (6);
