Abstract
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种延展性好的粉底液及其制备方法。一种延展性好的粉底液,包括以下重量份组分:硬脂酸1‑10份,十六醇8‑15份,白油20‑50份,异酰化羊毛脂1‑10份,单硬脂酸甘油酯5‑10份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯30‑45份,吗啉1‑3份,虫胶7‑21份,十八酸钠7‑21份,羧甲基纤维素3‑9份,硅酸铝镁1‑10份,滑石粉15‑30份,钛白粉20‑60份,矿物凝胶1‑5份,防腐剂1‑5份,酸度调节剂10‑30份,去离子水700‑1100份。本发明提供了一种延展性好的粉底液,通过添加矿物凝胶这种空间网状结构物质,将其他组分充分地包裹及混合,使得粉底液具有一定的弹性,这极大地增加了粉底液涂抹时的颜色流畅度及粉底液的延展性,且能够长久不脱妆。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种延展性好的粉底液及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉底乳液又称粉底蜜,是一种添加了粉料的乳液状化妆品。由于粉底乳液很容易涂敷,少油腻感,使用清爽,是很流行的一种粉底化妆品,特别适合油性皮肤和夏季快速化妆修饰。
现有的粉底液主要针对涂敷时间长自后容易出油、浮粉、融妆等问题进行改进,如中国专利CN104434570A公开的技术内容:一种丝柔肤感精华粉底液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷43.6-48.4%,聚二甲基硅氧烷8-12%,乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物8-12%,超细硅处理钛白粉4-7%,纳米硅处理氧化锌分散浆8%,甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5%,异十二烷4-5%,乙醇2-4%,苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷2-4%,二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石1-1.5%,丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物/异构十二烷1%,PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷2-3%,苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.2-0.3%,辛二醇/乙基己基甘油0.1%,硅处理氧化铁黄0.25-0.35%,硅处理氧化铁红0.06-0.1%,以上各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
上述现有技术通过不加水的配方来实现保湿效果持久的目的,通过多种粉体的结合来实现延展性和粉质的提升,但是其采用的配方中个别成本较高,由于其不加水的设计在一定程度上降低了其的延展性,并非如其所述的延展性能够提升。同时,其为了增加抗水抗汗能力所增加的化合物使得粉底液涂敷在皮肤上后非常难以卸妆,需采用大量卸妆油才能将毛孔深层的粉底液清除干净,对皮肤刺激性较大,不适合经常使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种延展性好的粉底液,针对现有粉底液延展性差、卸妆复杂、对皮肤刺激性大的问题,通过添加矿物凝胶这种空间网状结构物质,将其他组分充分地包裹及混合,使得粉底液具有一定的弹性,这极大地增加了粉底液涂抹时的颜色流畅度及粉底液的延展性,且能够长久不脱妆。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种延展性好的粉底液,包括以下重量份组分:
硬脂酸(CAS号57-11-4) 1-10份,
十六醇(CAS号36653-82-4) 8-15份,
白油(CAS号8012-95-1) 20-50份,
异酰化羊毛脂(CAS号61788-49-6) 1-10份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯(CAS号123-94-4) 5-10份,
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(CAS号110-27-0) 30-45份,
吗啉(CAS号110-91-8) 1-3份,
虫胶(CAS号9000-59-3) 7-21份,
十八酸钠(CAS号822-16-2) 7-21份,
羧甲基纤维素(CAS号9000-11-7) 3-9份,
硅酸铝镁(CAS号1327-43-1) 1-10份,
滑石粉(CAS号14807-96-6) 15-30份,
钛白粉(CAS号13463-67-7) 20-60份,
矿物凝胶 1-5份,
防腐剂 1-5份,
酸度调节剂 10-30份,
去离子水(CAS号9000-11-7) 700-1100份。
羟甲基纤维素能防止色素沉淀,以使色素黏附在皮肤上;虫胶是成膜剂,具有一定的抗水性能,加入了吗啉和十八酸钠之后,待部分吗啉挥发之后,残留在皮肤上的粉底液含有少量的肥皂,不仅抗水性好而且容易清洗;酸度调节剂为酸性调节剂,而吗啉在一定程度上与无机酸会反应生成盐,与有机酸会反应生成盐或酰胺,在粉底液预处理过程中,若生成少量的盐则对粉底液的遮瑕、涂敷等功能没有影响,若生成少量的酰胺则可增强粉底液中物质的溶解性,使得粉底液混合更为均匀、质地更为顺滑;矿物凝胶可选用硅凝胶(CAS号112926-00-8)。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:

其中,所述吗啉、虫胶、十八酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间的重量份之比为1:7:7:3。吗啉是无色吸湿性的油状液体,是良好的溶剂,虽然其能够随空气挥发,但是因其带有一定的毒性,因此在保证抗水性的前提下将吗啉、虫胶、十八酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间的重量份之比控制在1:7:7:3为最佳的比例。
所述防腐剂为乳酸链球菌素(CAS号1414-45-5)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(CAS号99-76-3)和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯(CAS号94-26-8)中的一种或多种。其中,乳酸链球菌素是由多种氨基酸组成的多肽类化合物,可作为营养物质被人体吸收利用,对人体无毒甚至有益,但由于其成本较高,因此可在其基础上添加对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,可在保证粉底液优良防腐性的前提下适当降低粉底液的生产成本。
所述酸度调节剂为苹果酸,所述乳酸链球菌素与苹果酸之间的重量份之比为1:5。由于乳酸链球菌素在pH大于5时耐热性会降低,且只溶于酸性条件下的水,因此需要酸度调节剂的加入才能使其性能稳定且被水溶解。但是过多的酸度调节剂会破坏粉底液其他成分之间的反应及溶解,由于苹果酸能够很好地调节乳酸链球菌素所处环境的酸性,在将乳酸链球菌素与酸度调节剂之间的比例设置成1:5时,既能保证乳酸链球菌素的稳定性也能保证粉底液其他成分的稳定性。
上述类型的防腐剂通过破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并能抑制细胞的呼吸酶系的活性来实现防腐的功能,属于食品级的防腐剂,使用在粉底液中不仅毒性低,而且稳定性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了以下技术方案:
一种延展性好的粉底液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将油相和水相原料均加热到70℃,分别投入到一只搅拌釜中;
b.将搅拌釜开启搅拌并通入夹套冷却水以冷却至60℃;
c.在60℃的混合液中加入适量香精,并继续冷却;
d.将搅拌釜中的混合液冷却至适当温度后停止搅拌,进行放料包装。
所述步骤d中的适当温度为40-50℃。
本发明的优点是:在传统粉底液的基础上去除难以卸妆的成分,并加入适量的离子水,使得制成的粉底液水润、易涂抹,在矿物凝胶的作用下粉底液整体具有良好的柔顺性和弹性,使得涂抹后的皮肤光滑细嫩。同时,涂抹后的粉底液随着吗啉的蒸发肥皂含量逐渐增大,粉底液的抗水性也随之增强,而卸妆时仅需以清水沾湿皮肤并以手指揉搓即可产生一定量的泡沫将粉底清洗干净,避免了使用卸妆油卸妆的繁琐步骤。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明提供的一种延展性好的粉底液及其制备方法作进一步说明。
实施例一:
一种延展性好的粉底液,包括以下重量份组分:
硬脂酸 5份,
十六醇 10份,
白油 30份,
异酰化羊毛脂 5份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 8份,
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 40份,
吗啉 1份,
虫胶 7份,
十八酸钠 7份,
羧甲基纤维素 3份,
硅酸铝镁 5份,
滑石粉 20份,
钛白粉 30份,
矿物凝胶 2份,
乳酸链球菌素 2份,
对羟基苯甲酸甲酯 1份,
苹果酸 10份,
去离子水 750份。

a.将油相和水相原料均加热到70℃,分别投入到一只搅拌釜中;
b.将搅拌釜开启搅拌并通入夹套冷却水以冷却至60℃;
c.在60℃的混合液中加入适量香精,并继续冷却;
d.将搅拌釜中的混合液冷却至45℃后停止搅拌,进行放料包装。

环五聚二甲基硅氧烷43.6-48.4%,

超细硅处理钛白粉4-7%,
纳米硅处理氧化锌分散浆8%,
甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5%,
异十二烷4-5%,
乙醇2-4%,
苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷2-4%,
二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石1-1.5%,
丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物/异构十二烷1%,
PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷2-3%,
苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.2-0.3%,
辛二醇/乙基己基甘油0.1%,
硅处理氧化铁黄0.25-0.35%,
硅处理氧化铁红0.06-0.1%,
以上各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
其具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
1.将超细硅处理钛白粉、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、硅处理氧化铁黄和硅处理氧化铁红混合均匀,研磨2次;
2.将纳米硅处理氧化锌分散浆、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物/异构十二烷、异十二烷、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油、辛二醇/乙基己基甘油、乙醇依次加入步骤1所得的混合物中;
3.将二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石和聚二甲基硅氧烷预分散均匀后加入步骤2所得混合物中,均质5-10min,搅拌均匀。
试验:本发明将实施例1-5制备得到的粉底液作为试验样品1-5,采用对比例1制备得到的粉底液作为对照样品1。
试验方法:
1.抗水性试验:分别取试验样品1-5和对照样品1在人体手背皮肤表面涂抹长10cm的料膜,用灌有清水的滴壶对料膜进行清水滴覆,记录料膜开始晕染时滴壶滴落水滴的次数,每组样品重复试验20次,取20次试验的平均值。
2.清洗试验:分别取试验样品1-5和对照样品1在人体手背皮肤表面涂抹长10cm的料膜,用沾满清水的化妆棉反复揉搓料膜,记录料膜被完全清除的时间,每组样品重复试验20次,取20次试验的平均值。试验数据如下表所示:
试验结果:对照样品1的抗水性最好,但对照样品1无法被清水完全清除;试验样品1的抗水性和清洗容易度相对较高,但试验样品2-5的抗水性和清洗容易度与试验样品1比较近似。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

硬脂酸 1-10份,
十六醇 8-15份,
白油 20-50份,
异酰化羊毛脂 1-10份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 5-10份,
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯 30-45份,
吗啉 1-3份,
虫胶 7-21份,
十八酸钠 7-21份,
羧甲基纤维素 3-9份,
硅酸铝镁 1-10份,
滑石粉 15-30份,
钛白粉 20-60份,
矿物凝胶 1-5份,
防腐剂 1-5份,
酸度调节剂 10-30份,
去离子水 700-1100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延展性好的粉底液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
硬脂酸 5份,

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种延展性好的粉底液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为乳酸链球菌素、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种延展性好的粉底液,其特征在于,所述酸度调节剂为苹果酸,所述乳酸链球菌素与苹果酸之间的重量份之比为1:5。
6.如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种延展性好的粉底液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将油相和水相原料均加热到70℃,分别投入到一只搅拌釜中;
b.将搅拌釜开启搅拌并通入夹套冷却水以冷却至60℃;
c.在60℃的混合液中加入适量香精,并继续冷却;
d.将搅拌釜中的混合液冷却至适当温度后停止搅拌,进行放料包装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种延展性好的粉底液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中的适当温度为40-50℃。
