本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种闪耀型胭脂膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
胭脂膏是用油脂和颜料为主要原料调制而成,具有组织柔软、外观美观、敷用方便的优点,且具有滋润性,也可兼做唇膏使用,因此很受消费者欢迎。胭脂膏有两种类型,一种是用油脂、蜡和颜料所制成的油质膏状称之为油膏型,另一种是用油、脂、蜡、颜料、乳化剂和水制成的乳化体,称为膏霜型。由于油膏型的胭脂膏使用时油腻感强,因此乳化型的胭脂膏更受喜爱。
常见的胭脂膏如中国专利CN105520846A所公开的技术内容,由以下重量配比的原料制成:高岭土20-30份、钛白粉4-10份、碳酸镁6-11份、白油10-20份、微晶蜡4-14份、地蜡3-13份、羊毛脂1-13份、聚乙二醇4-14份、硼砂1-2份、香精4-6份、防腐剂1-2份和蒸馏水100-200份。上述胭脂膏解决的是使用后皮肤干燥、会对皮肤产生刺激的作用,但是根据其配方制成的胭脂膏存在易掉色、抗水性差等问题,虽然成本低廉、工艺简单,但是其使用效果较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种闪耀型胭脂膏,在传统的胭脂膏中加入了金葱粉,使得涂敷在皮肤表面后具有提亮肤色、闪耀的效果,同时由于金葱粉颜色的多样性,本发明的胭脂膏尤其适合演出等重大场合使用。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1-2份,
硬脂酸 150-200份,
羊毛脂 5-20份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 30-60份,
甘油 60-100份,
吗啉 10-20份,
虫胶 70-140份,
十八酸钠 70-140份,
羧甲基纤维素 30-60份,
防腐剂 2-4份,
酸度调节剂 5-10份,
颜料 60-100份,
香精 2-8份,
去离子水 500-1000份。
羟甲基纤维素能增加胭脂膏的黏度,防止色素沉淀,以使胭脂膏涂抹更均匀,色素更好地黏附在皮肤上;虫胶是成膜剂,具有一定的抗水性能,加入了吗啉和十八酸钠之后,待部分吗啉挥发之后,残留在皮肤上的胭脂膏含有少量的肥皂,不仅抗水性好而且容易清洗;酸度调节剂为酸性调节剂,而吗啉在一定程度上与无机酸会反应生成盐,与有机酸会反应生成盐或酰胺,若生成少量的盐则对胭脂膏没有影响,若生成少量的酰胺则可增强胭脂膏中物质的溶解性,使得胭脂膏混合更为均匀、质地更为顺滑。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
进一步地,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1份,
硬脂酸(CAS号57-11-4) 160份,
羊毛脂(CAS号8006-54-0) 10份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯(CAS号123-94-4) 40份,
甘油(CAS号56-81-5) 80份,
吗啉(CAS号110-91-8) 10份,
虫胶(CAS号9000-59-3) 70份,
十八酸钠(CAS号822-16-2) 70份,
羧甲基纤维素(CAS号9000-11-7) 30份,
防腐剂 2份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 80份,
香精 5份,
去离子水(CAS号7732-18-5) 620份。
其中,所述吗啉、虫胶、十八酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间的重量份之比为1:7:7:3。吗啉是无色吸湿性的油状液体,是良好的溶剂,虽然其能够随空气挥发,但是因其带有一定的毒性,因此在保证抗水性的前提下将吗啉、虫胶、十八酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间的重量份之比控制在1:7:7:3为最佳的比例。
所述防腐剂为乳酸链球菌素(CAS号1414-45-5)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(CAS号99-76-3)中的一种或多种。其中,乳酸链球菌素是由多种氨基酸组成的多肽类化合物,可作为营养物质被人体吸收利用,对人体无毒甚至有益,但由于其成本较高,因此可在其基础上添加对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,可在保证胭脂膏优良防腐性的前提下适当降低胭脂膏的生产成本。
所述酸度调节剂为冰乙酸(CAS号64-19-7),所述乳酸链球菌素与冰乙酸之间的重量份之比为1:5。由于乳酸链球菌素在pH大于5时耐热性会降低,且只溶于酸性条件下的水,因此需要酸度调节剂的加入才能使其性能稳定且被水溶解。但是过多的酸度调节剂会破坏胭脂膏其他成分之间的反应及溶解,将乳酸链球菌素与酸度调节剂之间的比例设置成1:5时既能保证乳酸链球菌素的稳定性也能保证胭脂膏其他成分的稳定性。
上述类型防腐剂通过破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并能抑制细胞的呼吸酶系的活性来实现防腐的功能,属于食品级的防腐剂,使用在胭脂膏中不仅毒性低,而且稳定性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了以下技术方案:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至60-80℃,将水相加热至70-90℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至50-60℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至40-50℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
所述步骤b中的油相加热温度为75℃,水相加热温度为80℃;所述步骤c中混合物的冷却温度为60℃;所述步骤d中混合物的冷却温度为45℃。
本发明的优点是:对传统胭脂膏的成分进行颠覆性创新,加入了传统胭脂膏中不具有的金葱粉,金葱粉分量适中,无毒易卸妆,且可使涂敷了本发明胭脂膏的皮肤在光源的照射下闪闪发光。同时,涂抹后的胭脂膏随着吗啉的蒸发肥皂含量逐渐增大,胭脂膏的抗水性也随之增强,而卸妆时仅需以清水沾湿皮肤并以手指揉搓即可产生一定量的泡沫将胭脂膏清洗干净,金葱粉也能随清水一起冲洗干净,避免了使用卸妆油卸妆的繁琐步骤。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明提供的一种闪耀型胭脂膏及其制备方法作进一步说明。
实施例一:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1份,
硬脂酸 160份,
羊毛脂 10份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 40份,
甘油 80份,
吗啉 10份,
虫胶 70份,
十八酸钠 70份,
羧甲基纤维素 30份,
防腐剂 2份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 80份,
香精 5份,
去离子水 620份。
其具体制备方法为:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至75℃,将水相加热至80℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至60℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至45℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
实施例二:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1份,
硬脂酸 150份,
羊毛脂 20份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 60份,
甘油 60份,
吗啉 10份,
虫胶 70份,
十八酸钠 70份,
羧甲基纤维素 30份,
防腐剂 2份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 60份,
香精 8份,
去离子水 500份。
其具体制备方法为:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至60℃,将水相加热至70℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至50℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至40℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
实施例三:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 2份,
硬脂酸 200份,
羊毛脂 5份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 30份,
甘油 100份,
吗啉 20份,
虫胶 140份,
十八酸钠 140份,
羧甲基纤维素 60份,
防腐剂 4份,
酸度调节剂 10份,
颜料 100份,
香精 2份,
去离子水 1000份。
其具体制备方法为:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至80℃,将水相加热至90℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至60℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至50℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
实施例四:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1.5份,
硬脂酸 170份,
羊毛脂 8份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 35份,
甘油 90份,
吗啉 15份,
虫胶 105份,
十八酸钠 105份,
羧甲基纤维素 45份,
防腐剂 2.5份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 90份,
香精 4份,
去离子水 800份。
其具体制备方法为:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至70℃,将水相加热至75℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至55℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至48℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
实施例五:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 2份,
硬脂酸 180份,
羊毛脂 15份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 50份,
甘油 70份,
吗啉 12份,
虫胶 84份,
十八酸钠 84份,
羧甲基纤维素 36份,
防腐剂 4份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 70份,
香精 3份,
去离子水 700份。
其具体制备方法为:
一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至65℃,将水相加热至85℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至55℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至46℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
对比例1:
一种胭脂膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
高岭土20-30份,
钛白粉4-10份,
碳酸镁6-11份,
白油10-20份,
微晶蜡4-14份,
地蜡3-13份,
羊毛脂1-13份,
聚乙二醇4-14份
硼砂1-2份,
香精4-6份,
防腐剂1-2份,
蒸馏水100-200份。
其具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先,将蒸馏水放入烧杯内,依次加入高岭土、钛白粉、碳酸镁、白油、微晶蜡、地蜡、羊毛脂、聚乙二醇和硼砂搅拌均匀;
其次,加入香精和防腐剂混合均匀;
最后,密封制得胭脂膏。
试验:本发明将实施例1-5制备得到的胭脂膏作为试验样品1-5,采用对比例1制备得到的胭脂膏作为对照样品1。
试验方法:
1.抗水性试验:分别取试验样品1-5和对照样品1在人体手背皮肤表面涂抹长10cm的料膜,用灌有清水的滴壶对料膜进行清水滴覆,记录料膜开始晕染时滴壶滴落水滴的次数,每组样品重复试验20次,取20次试验的平均值。
2.清洗试验:分别取试验样品1-5和对照样品1在人体手背皮肤表面涂抹长10cm的料膜,用沾满清水的化妆棉反复揉搓料膜,记录料膜被完全清除的时间,每组样品重复试验20次,取20次试验的平均值。试验数据如下表所示:
试验结果:对照样品1的抗水性与试验样品1-5相比抗水性较差,而且对照样品1无法被清水完全清除;在试验样品1-5中,试验样品1的抗水性和清洗容易度均为最优,此时胭脂膏在涂抹后抗水性好且容易被清水洗净。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种闪耀型胭脂膏,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1-2份,
硬脂酸 150-200份,
羊毛脂 5-20份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 30-60份,
甘油 60-100份,
吗啉 10-20份,
虫胶 70-140份,
十八酸钠 70-140份,
羧甲基纤维素 30-60份,
防腐剂 2-4份,
酸度调节剂 5-10份,
颜料 60-100份,
香精 2-8份,
去离子水 500-1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪耀型胭脂膏,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
金葱粉 1份,
硬脂酸 160份,
羊毛脂 10份,
单硬脂酸甘油酯 40份,
甘油 80份,
吗啉 10份,
虫胶 70份,
十八酸钠 70份,
羧甲基纤维素 30份,
防腐剂 2份,
酸度调节剂 5份,
颜料 80份,
香精 5份,
去离子水 620份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪耀型胭脂膏,其特征在于,所述吗啉、虫胶、十八酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间的重量份之比为1:7:7:3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种闪耀型胭脂膏,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为乳酸链球菌素、对羟基苯乙酸甲酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种闪耀型胭脂膏,其特征在于,所述酸度调节剂为冰乙酸,所述乳酸链球菌素与冰乙酸之间的重量份之比为1:5。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将颜料与甘油混合研磨均匀;
b.将油相加热至60-80℃,将水相加热至70-90℃,并在搅拌下将水相导入油相中,继续搅拌;
c.将b步骤的混合物冷却至50-60℃后加入颜料和甘油的混合物;
d.将c步骤的混合物进一步冷却至40-50℃后加入香精,搅拌均匀后进行灌装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种闪耀型胭脂膏的制备方法,其特征在于, 所述步骤b中的油相加热温度为75℃,水相加热温度为80℃;所述步骤c中混合物的冷却温度为60℃;所述步骤d中混合物的冷却温度为45℃。
