本发明公开了一种可降解的闪光唇釉,涉及日用化妆品技术领域。本发明所述可降解的闪光唇釉包含润肤剂15‑90份、成膜剂13‑55份、悬浮剂0.01‑5份、填充剂4‑20份、珠光剂0.04‑40份、保湿剂0.02‑2份、皮肤调理剂0.02‑4份和抗氧化剂0.01‑1份。由上述配方制备的唇釉光泽亮丽、可降解,并且兼具良好的修护、润唇性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种可降解的闪光唇釉及其制备方法。
背景技术
世界正面临塑料污染这一重大问题,而闪粉也是污染源之一。传统的聚酯闪粉,是一种微塑料,需要数百年才能降解。由于其物理尺寸较小,常常会散落在自然环境中,或在沐浴后进入废水中,最终会进入我们的河流、海洋,会对水体资源产生污染,同时也会进入动物体内,最终进入食物链,对人体健康产生危害。此外,传统唇釉难以兼顾贴肤、修护、闪耀光泽等性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种可降解的闪光唇釉,其兼具良好的修护、润唇效果,同时具有靓丽的光泽。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种可降解的闪光唇釉,包含润肤剂15-90份、成膜剂13-55份、悬浮剂0.01-5份、填充剂4-20份、珠光剂0.04-40份、保湿剂0.02-2份、皮肤调理剂0.02-4份和抗氧化剂0.01-1份。
以珠光剂代替传统的闪粉可减少闪光唇釉对环境的危害,同时可达到与传统闪粉相同的闪耀光泽。此外,以上述配方制备的闪光唇釉贴肤性较好,使用更舒适,并且具有修护唇部的作用。本发明使用的珠光剂为生态金葱粉,此生态金葱粉将传统闪粉中使用的聚酯薄膜替换为植物衍生的专用纤维素,这种纤维素主要从生长符合PETCTM标准管理种植园中的桉树中提取。它作为闪粉是完全耐用的,然而一旦进入土壤或水体自然环境中,微生物将降解生态金葱粉中的可生物降解成分,将其转化为二氧化碳、水和生物质。分解的速度取决于当地的环境因素,但像叶子一样,生态金葱粉在温暖和潮湿的条件下会更快地降解。
优选地,所述可降解的闪光唇釉包含润肤剂30~60份、成膜剂25-40份、悬浮剂0.1-3份、填充剂8-15份、珠光剂1-30份、保湿剂0.3-1份、皮肤调理剂0.5-2份和抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份。
优选地,所述润肤剂包含十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯中的至少一种;所述成膜剂包含氢化聚异丁烯、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物、聚丁烯中的至少一种;所述悬浮剂包含二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石;所述填充剂包含硅石;所述保湿剂包含辛甘醇、甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种;所述皮肤调理剂包含植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯、红没药醇中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂包含生育酚。
优选地,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯2-20份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯5-30份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯4-20份和棕榈酸乙基己酯4-20份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯9~36份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.75~3份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.03~0.11份和聚丁烯3-15份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.01-1份和甘油辛酸酯0.01-1份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯0.01-3份、红没药醇0.01-1份。
优选地,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯3-15份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯10-20份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯8-15份和棕榈酸乙基己酯8-12份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯15~25份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物1.5~2份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.05~0.1份和聚丁烯5-10份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.1-0.5份和甘油辛酸酯0.1-0.5份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份、红没药醇0.1-0.5份。
成膜剂以上述配比配制可以获得良好的粘合能力;植物甾醇主要包括β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、菜籽甾醇和相应的烷醇等,植物甾醇酯与胆固醇的结构相似,可相互替代,因此植物甾醇酯与皮肤的同源性非常好,使得植物甾醇酯与皮肤相容性、贴肤性好,具有无可比拟的滋润且不黏腻的肤感,植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯对皮肤具有很高的渗透性,可以保持皮肤表面水分,促进皮肤新陈代谢、抑制皮肤炎症,可防日晒红斑、皮肤老化,还有生发、养发之功效;具有使用肤感好(铺展性好、滑爽不粘腻)、耐久性好、不易变质等特点。红没药醇能够保护和治愈皮肤,使其免受日常张力的影响。这是自然界中的活性成分,能够加速皮肤的治愈过程。尤其适用于作为敏感皮肤和身体的护理液等产品。其抗炎特性,使其成为一种用于皮肤护理的常用活性成分。本发明选用两种皮肤调理剂复配,可以明显提升唇釉的肤感。
优选地,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯4.6份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯12.02份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯9份和棕榈酸乙基己酯9.9份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯22.78份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物1.85份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.07份和聚丁烯6.4份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.3份和甘油辛酸酯0.3份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯1份、红没药醇0.2份。
优选地,所述可降解的闪光唇釉还包含着色剂0.01-5份。
同时,本发明还公开了一种所述可降解的闪光唇釉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤剂和成膜剂混合后,搅拌至透明,得到A相;
(2)将着色剂加入A相中,用三辊研磨机研磨均匀,得到B相;
(3)将悬浮剂和填充剂混合后,加入B相中,搅拌均匀,得到C相;
(4)将珠光剂加入C相中,搅拌均匀,得到D相;
(5)将皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂加入D相中,搅拌均匀,得到所述可降解的闪光唇釉。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明成膜效果好,具有持久滋润的效果;并且珠光剂的添加使得显色度饱满,光泽明丽;此外,在配方中添加质量的悬浮剂、填充剂等,使产品具有合适的黏度,使用更舒适,生产更简便。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~9
本发明所述可降解的闪光唇釉的实施例,其配方如表1所示,实施例1~9的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤剂和成膜剂混合后,搅拌至透明,得到A相;
(2)将着色剂加入A相中,用三辊研磨机研磨均匀,得到B相;
(3)将悬浮剂和填充剂混合后,加入B相中,搅拌均匀,得到C相;
(4)将珠光剂加入C相中,搅拌均匀,得到D相;
(5)将皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂加入D相中,搅拌均匀,得到所述可降解的闪光唇釉。

性能测试
1)稳定性测试
对实施例1~9的稳定性进行测试:分别测试实施例1~9在25℃和45℃条件下保存30d的粘度,测试结果如表2所示。

从表2中可知,实施例3在常温和高温条件下的粘度测试结果最为相近,也就是说,其性能最为稳定,其次是实施例2和实施例4。
2)保水性测试
对实施例1~9的保水性进行测试:采用德国CK公司的皮肤水分测试仪Cornermeter测试皮肤含水率。受试者为身体健康,年龄在20~30岁的志愿者,志愿者随机分为9组,每组6人,每组使用一种待测样品。测试场所室温(25±1)℃,相对湿度(45±5)%,测试前受试者应保持机体为稳定状态,使用35℃左右的清水擦拭受试者双臂后,于测试环境下静坐30min后开始测试。在受试者手臂内侧距手掌基部5cm处标记受测区域(4cm×4cm),左臂涂抹待测唇釉1mL,右前臂作为空白对照,不涂抹任何物质,于0.5h后测定受试区域的皮肤含水率,计算含水率增长值,每组测试结果取平均值,结果如表3所示。

从表3中可知,实施例3的含水率增长值明显高于其他实施例,表明本发明对成膜剂、润肤剂以及皮肤调理剂的选择使多种原料可协同作用,显著提升唇釉的保湿补水性能。
3)肤感测试
对实施例1~9的舒适感进行测试,受试者为20~40岁的女性,随机分为9组,每组6人,评级共分5个等级:1、2、3、4、5,对每组评分取平均值,记录在表4中。

从表4中可知,实施例3的肤感评分明显高于实施例6、8、9,表明本发明对成膜剂、润肤剂以及皮肤调理剂的选择使多种原料可协同作用,显著提升唇釉的用户体验。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,但并不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,包含润肤剂15-90份、成膜剂13-55份、悬浮剂0.01-5份、填充剂4-20份、珠光剂0.04-40份、保湿剂0.02-2份、皮肤调理剂0.02-4份和抗氧化剂0.01-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,包含润肤剂30~60份、成膜剂25-40份、悬浮剂0.1-3份、填充剂8-15份、珠光剂1-30份、保湿剂0.3-1份、皮肤调理剂0.5-2份和抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包含十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯中的至少一种;所述成膜剂包含氢化聚异丁烯、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物、聚丁烯中的至少一种;所述悬浮剂包含二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石;所述填充剂包含硅石;所述保湿剂包含辛甘醇、甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种;所述皮肤调理剂包含植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯、红没药醇中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂包含生育酚。
4.如权利要求3所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯2-20份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯5-30份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯4-20份和棕榈酸乙基己酯4-20份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯9~36份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.75~3份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.03~0.11份和聚丁烯3-15份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.01-1份和甘油辛酸酯0.01-1份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯0.01-3份、红没药醇0.01-1份。
5.如权利要求4所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯3-15份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯10-20份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯8-15份和棕榈酸乙基己酯8-12份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯15~25份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物1.5~2份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.05~0.1份和聚丁烯5-10份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.1-0.5份和甘油辛酸酯0.1-0.5份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份、红没药醇0.1-0.5份。
6.如权利要求5所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包含如下重量份的成分:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯4.6份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯12.02份、异硬脂醇异硬脂酸酯9份和棕榈酸乙基己酯9.9份;所述成膜剂包含如下重量份的成分:氢化聚异丁烯22.78份、乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物1.85份、丁烯/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物0.07份和聚丁烯6.4份;所述保湿剂包含如下重量份的成分:辛甘醇0.3份和甘油辛酸酯0.3份;所述皮肤调理剂包含如下重量份的成分:植物甾醇异硬脂酸酯1份、红没药醇0.2份。
7.如权利要求1所述的可降解的闪光唇釉,其特征在于,还包含着色剂0.01-5份。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的可降解的闪光唇釉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤剂和成膜剂混合后,搅拌至透明,得到A相;
(2)将着色剂加入A相中,用三辊研磨机研磨均匀,得到B相;
(3)将悬浮剂和填充剂混合后,加入B相中,搅拌均匀,得到C相;
(4)将珠光剂加入C相中,搅拌均匀,得到D相;
(5)将皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂加入D相中,搅拌均匀,得到所述可降解的闪光唇釉。
