Meanwhile, a plurality of resistance devices 1 are arranged above the tangerine pith separating mechanism, and the resistance devices can prolong the retention time of tangerine pulp on the tangerine pith separating mechanism, so that the tangerine pith is separated more cleanly.
The orange skin after being separated slides into the material receiving tray 15 through the discharging plate 4-5, when the weight of the orange flesh in the material receiving tray 15 is larger than the set pressure of the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor generates an analog signal, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal through the AD converter, the digital signal is input into the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer enables the passage door 5-9 to be closed through the feeding motor 5-3.
The set pressure of the pressure sensor is smaller than the total capacity of the receiving disc, so that the residual oranges on the peeling system can continuously slide into the receiving disc after the passage doors 5-9 are closed, and waste caused by the fact that the oranges on the peeling system fall to the outer side of the receiving disc due to the fact that the receiving disc is full of oranges.
According to the roller type orange peeling system, the single chip microcomputer serves as a control device, so that human resources are greatly reduced, and a full-automatic unmanned treatment mode is completed. The peeling process is completed by the peeling mechanism, the peeling mechanism and the tangerine pith separating mechanism instead of the existing heating, orange steaming and peeling modes, so that the peeling integrity is high, and the orange flesh is not damaged. The problems that the existing equipment is too large, the efficiency is too low, the hands are insufficient, the utilization rate of finished products is low, and the direct eating or the re-processing cannot be carried out are effectively solved, so that the development of the catering industry field in China is more perfect and more professional, and the living standard of people in China is improved.

the tangerine line separating mechanism comprises a plurality of tangerine line separating roller sets (7), each tangerine line separating roller set comprises a driving separating roller and a driven separating roller, the driving separating rollers and the driven separating rollers rotate oppositely, the surfaces of the driving separating rollers and the driven separating rollers are smooth arc surfaces, and the gap between the driving separating rollers and the driven separating rollers is smaller than the thickness of tangerine lines;
the tangerine pith separating mechanism further comprises a resistance device (1), the resistance device (1) is connected with the rack and located above the tangerine pith separating mechanism and used for prolonging the retention time of tangerine pulp on the tangerine pith separating mechanism, the number of the resistance devices is multiple, the resistance devices are sequentially arranged at intervals, and the resistance rods (1-2) on the resistance devices are arranged along the output direction of oranges in a staggered mode;
the resistance device (1) comprises a U-shaped frame (1-1) and a plurality of resistance rods (1-2) arranged on a cross beam of the U-shaped frame, the U-shaped frame (1-1) is installed at the top of the rack (4), and the distance between every two adjacent resistance rods is larger than the diameter of an orange;

the control method of the roller type orange peeling system comprises the following steps:
step 1, a pressure sensor monitors the pressure value of a receiving disc, when the pressure value is smaller than the set pressure of the pressure sensor, a single chip microcomputer controls a first motor to start, and a peeling device works;
step 2, the singlechip controls a second motor to start, and the material box (5) starts to convey materials to the peeling mechanism;
step 3, the driving leather-cutting roller and the driven leather-cutting roller of the leather-cutting roller group (8) rotate oppositely, and the leather-cutting knife cuts;
step 4, the oranges obtained in the step 3 enter a peeling mechanism, a driving peeling roller and a driven peeling roller rotate oppositely to separate the oranges, and the separated orange flesh enters a receiving disc (15);
and 5, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value reaches a set value, the singlechip controls the second motor to stop, the material box (5) stops conveying materials, and after all the oranges on the peeling device are finished, the singlechip controls the first motor to stop and the peeling device stops working.
