铁皮石斛是我国最珍贵的中药材之一,素有“药中黄金”之美称。铁皮石斛对身体有着非常多的功效与作用:可以增强胰岛素活性,同时能显著降低血糖水平,使血糖恢复正常;能够滋养阴液、润滑关节,可促进循环、扩张血管、降低血胆固醇和甘油三脂。
灵芝孢子粉同样具有非常高的营养价值:对多种肿瘤细胞有明显抑制作用。用于配合恶性肿瘤患者的放疗、化疗,能增强病人的耐受性,减轻副作用,改善骨髓造血功能,增加白细胞的转移、复发,增强免疫能力,促进康复。灵芝孢子粉具有对血压双向调节的作用,它能有效舒张冠状动脉血流量,改善微循环,增加心机供氧,净化血液,降低血液中胆固醇和中性脂肪含量,防止和溶解血管中的血栓,促进血液循环,对急性心肌缺血有保护作用,可减少动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。对于冠心病、心绞痛、动脉硬化、高血压、高血脂等疾病,具有较好的预防和辅助治疗作用。灵芝孢子粉具有保肝解毒功能,能促进肝脏对药物、毒物的代谢,提高肝脏的再生能力,有效改善肝功能。

在本领域,其他种类的产品会采用片剂的形式来解决和克服上面的问题。但是铁皮石斛和灵芝孢子粉却都存在自身的原料缺陷很难被压制成片剂:(1)铁皮石斛含有大量的石斛多糖,其粉末的粘性十分大,根本无法被直接压制成片剂,必须混入大量的淀粉、麦芽糊精等稀释填充剂之后,加入乙醇溶液,再经过制软材,制粒,干燥,造粒等复杂工序后才能被作为原料,来压制成片剂。这种做法不仅步骤复杂,耗能耗时较长,还会大幅度降低成品中铁皮石斛功效成分的含量。(2)灵芝孢子粉十分轻,且油性较大,也无法被直接压制成片剂,目前也无较好的办法来解决这一问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于新工艺的铁皮石斛灵芝孢子粉片剂,该片剂将铁皮石斛进行二次粉碎成超微粉后,与灵芝孢子粉按比例混合后,利用铁皮石斛多糖粘性来中和灵芝孢子粉的蓬松性,再辅以乳糖醇和硬脂酸镁,不需要经过复杂、耗能的生产工序,即可实现直接压片。进而解决了目前行业中铁皮石斛和灵芝孢子粉都无法良好压片的问题,克服了铁皮石斛和灵芝孢子粉服用麻烦的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种基于新工艺的铁皮石斛灵芝孢子粉片剂,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将铁皮石斛放在80℃的烘箱内烘十小时后,先采用剪切式粉碎方式粉碎十分钟后,再用振动式超微粉碎机精磨二十分钟,得到铁皮石斛超微粉;
步骤2、按照特定重量份数称取铁皮石斛超微粉、灵芝孢子粉、乳糖醇和硬脂酸镁;
步骤3、将步骤2中称好的铁皮石斛超微粉与灵芝孢子粉混合均匀,得到混合粉1;
步骤4、将步骤3中得到的混合粉1与乳糖醇混合均匀,得混合粉2;
步骤5、将步骤4中得到的混合粉2与硬脂酸镁混合均匀,得混合粉3;
步骤6、将步骤5中得到的混合粉3直接压片,即得。
进一步地,本发明中各原辅料的重量份数为铁皮石斛超微粉200-400份,灵芝孢子粉300-600份,乳糖醇300-600份,硬脂酸镁20-40份。

Claims (2)
1.一种基于新工艺的铁皮石斛灵芝孢子粉片剂,其特征在于,所述片剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将铁皮石斛放在80℃的烘箱内烘十小时后,先采用剪切式粉碎方式粉碎十分钟后,再用振动式超微粉碎机精磨二十分钟,得到铁皮石斛超微粉;
步骤2、按照特定重量份数称取铁皮石斛超微粉、灵芝孢子粉、乳糖醇和硬脂酸镁;
步骤3、将步骤2中称好的铁皮石斛超微粉与灵芝孢子粉混合均匀,得到混合粉1;
步骤4、将步骤3中得到的混合粉1与乳糖醇混合均匀,得混合粉2;
步骤5、将步骤4中得到的混合粉2与硬脂酸镁混合均匀,得混合粉3;
步骤6、将步骤5中得到的混合粉3直接压片,即得。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法的步骤2,其特征在于,所述特定重量份数为铁皮石斛超微粉200-400份,灵芝孢子粉300-600份,乳糖醇300-600份,硬脂酸镁20-40份。
