Abstract

加铝脱硫剂为冶金行业提供一种高效脱硫剂。 该脱硫剂由铝粒与CaO、CaO+CaF2、 CaO+CaF2+Al2O3粉剂组成,可包装成袋投入到扒 除氧化渣的熔炼炉内;投入钢包内以及在连铸中间包 内使用;可做为喷粉处理用的粉剂。该脱硫剂除用作 脱硫外,还可用于钢铁熔体的脱氧和夹杂物变性处 理。

Description

本发明旨在为钢铁冶金行业提供一种高效的脱硫剂。该脱硫剂同时具有良好的脱氧效果。本脱硫剂是在传统脱硫剂基础上的一种改进型脱硫剂。
根据脱硫理论,脱硫的反应式应为下式:
即脱硫时必须有铝参与反应方可达到良好效果。脱硫剂大部分加在钢水表面的炉渣中,而炉渣一般说来又具有较强的氧化性,炉渣的氧化性大大的降低脱硫剂的脱硫能力。为了克服传统脱硫剂所遇到的这个问题,尽快降低渣中的氧化性,将传统的脱硫剂进行改进,在脱硫剂中加入一定量的铝。
该脱硫剂最佳制作方法如下:
(1)将脱氧用铝加工成3mm以下的铝粒;
(2)配制以下三种粉剂:
CaO粉剂:CaO≥92%,MgO≤2%,SiO2≤1%,P≤0.02%,S≤0.05%,块度1-3mm,活性度≥310ml 4NHCl/10min
CaO-CaF2粉剂:CaO/CaF2=80∶20,CaO要求同CaO粉剂要求CaF2≥85%,S≤0.2%,H2O≤0.2,块度1-3mm
CaO-Al2O3-CaF2粉剂:CaO、CaF2要求同上,Al2O3粉剂可使用一般冶金Al2O3粉剂。
将上述三种粉剂与铝粒相配合,便得到加铝脱硫剂。铝与粉剂之比为1∶5-1∶8。
加铝脱硫剂制成后一般用塑料袋封装,外层再用尼龙袋包装。一般为5kg/包,便于现场使用。
该脱硫剂比传统的脱硫剂反应速度快,脱硫效果好,同时提高钢水的脱氧能力,可通过现有的喷粉设备向钢铁熔体中进行喷吹;可在冶炼及精炼时加在炉内;可在出钢时加在钢包底部,可加在连铸中间包内。
实施例1:使用前述配方脱硫剂,在实验室感炉进行氧化镍直接合金化时脱硫剂用量为钢铁料的5%做为渣料,脱硫率达90%左右,钢中硫含量为0.005%左右,而一般情况下进行氧化镍直接合金化,脱硫是个难点。
实施例2:使用前述渣料对轴承钢返回料在感应炉中进行熔炼,钢中铝仅为0.002%,渣料消耗为钢铁料重的5%,钢中硫全部小于0.005%,有的炉号小于10ppm。
