Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性聚氨酯皮革及其制备方法,包括非织造布基底,自所述基底表面依次包括水性聚氨酯膜层、离型纸层。制备方法,包括步骤:(1)将水性聚氨酯、发泡助剂和流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺膜层、干燥,得到离型纸膜层;(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌发泡,得到发泡乳液;(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺膜层、干燥,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。本发明的水性聚氨酯皮革具有良好的透气性和透湿性;制备过程中无毒、环保,不会造成二次污染。

水性聚氨酯皮革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯领域,尤其涉及一种水性聚氨酯皮革及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国合成革年产量占世界年总产量的80%以上,其中超纤革是主要发展方向。超纤革真正实现了模拟天然皮革的结构形态,在强度、舒适性、透气透湿性、耐化学性、抗皱性、耐磨性、可加工适应性以及质量均一等诸方面优于天然皮革,是替代天然皮革的最佳产品。目前超纤革主要以海岛型(聚乙烯/聚酰胺6或聚酯/水溶性聚酯)超细纤维非织造布为增强材料,以聚氨酯为基体,在减量和制革过程中,会不可避免地造成甲苯(PhMe,开纤过程)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,制革过程)等有机溶剂污染和残留,带来严重的环境危害,严重制约了我国超纤革产业的发展,已成为行业发展的瓶颈问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种水性聚氨酯皮革及其制备方法,该水性聚氨酯皮革具有良好的透气性和透湿性,该制备方法简单易实现,避免了现有技术中造成环境污染的问题。
技术方案:本发明的水性聚氨酯皮革,包括非织造布基底,自所述基底表面依次包括水性聚氨酯膜层、离型纸层。
上述水性聚氨酯皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水性聚氨酯、发泡助剂和流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;
(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺0.15-0.25mm膜层,并在30-70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸膜层;
(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌,直至发泡率为130-170%,得到发泡乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在步骤(2)中得到的离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺0.2-0.4mm和0.05-0.15mm的膜层,并在30-70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。
步骤(1)中,所述水性聚氨酯为芳香族和脂肪族类中的一种或两种。
步骤(1)中,还加入稳泡助剂。
所述水性聚氨酯、发泡助剂和流平剂的质量比为46-47:1:0.7-0.8。水性聚氨酯以水为分散介质,具有无毒、低VOC等环保方面的优点,已成为合成革行业传统溶剂型聚氨酯的理想替代品。
有益效果:1、本发明的水性聚氨酯皮革具有良好的透气性和透湿性;2、本发明的制备方法简单、易操作,条件温和、易实现;3、制备过程中无毒、环保,不会造成二次污染;4、原料来源简单,成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
水性聚氨酯皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将46g芳香族水性聚氨酯、1g发泡助剂月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、0.7g稳泡助剂硬酯酸铵和0.7g流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;
(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺0.15mm膜层,并在30℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸膜层;
(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌,直至发泡率为130%,得到发泡乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在步骤(2)中得到的离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺0.2mm和0.05mm的膜层,并在30℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。
实施例2
水性聚氨酯皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将46.5脂肪族水性聚氨酯、1g发泡助剂月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠和0.75g流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;
(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺0.2mm膜层,并在50℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸膜层;
(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌,直至发泡率为150%,得到发泡乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在步骤(2)中得到的离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺0.3mm和0.1mm的膜层,并在30℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。
实施例3
水性聚氨酯皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将47g脂肪族水性聚氨酯、1g发泡助剂月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、0.8g稳泡助剂硬酯酸铵和0.8g流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;
(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺0.25mm膜层,并在70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸膜层;
(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌,直至发泡率为170%,得到发泡乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在步骤(2)中得到的离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺0.4mm和0.15mm的膜层,并在70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。

Claims (5)

1.一种水性聚氨酯皮革,其特征在于:包括非织造布基底,自所述基底表面依次包括水性聚氨酯膜层、离型纸层。
2.上述水性聚氨酯皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水性聚氨酯、发泡助剂和流平剂混匀,得到混合乳液;
(2)将部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液在离型纸上铺0.15-0.25mm膜层,并在30-70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸膜层;
(3)将其余部分步骤(1)中得到的混合乳液搅拌,直至发泡率为130-170%,得到发泡乳液;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的发泡乳液分别在步骤(2)中得到的离型纸膜层和非织造布基底上铺0.2-0.4mm和0.05-0.15mm的膜层,并在30-70℃条件下干燥,得到离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层,将离型纸复合膜层和非织造布基底膜层贴合并干燥,得到所述水性聚氨酯皮革。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述水性聚氨酯为芳香族和脂肪族类中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,还加入稳泡助剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性聚氨酯、发泡助剂和流平剂的质量比为46-47:1:0.7-0.8。
