Abstract

本发明公开了一种全自动喷漆机,包括机架、电控箱、喷漆组件、喷漆模具组件、除尘过滤箱和活动喷漆室,喷漆室可以在安装位内沿X轴方向往复移动,在机架上设有喷漆组件,在喷漆室上下两端设有开口,而喷漆室移动时,喷漆头与喷漆室同步移动;喷漆模具组件固定安装在机架内,当喷漆室移动时,喷漆模具组件静止,喷漆室上设有X轴方向的水平导轨,水平导轨固定在机架上,由固定在机架上的水平驱动装置带动喷漆室沿水平导轨往复移动。有益的效果:喷漆作业与喷漆模具组件内的产品取放同时进行,作业效率大大提高。取放产品时,喷漆模具组件开放式设置在安装位内,使用机器内取放产品更加方便。

一种全自动喷漆机
技术领域
本发明涉及喷漆设备领域,特别是指一种全自动喷漆机。
背景技术
目前的自动喷漆机的工作流程:打开喷漆室的门→产品放入模具内→喷漆作业→取出产品。为了提高工作效率,还有部分自动喷漆机设置两个喷漆室,当其中一个喷漆室进行自动喷漆作业时,另一个喷漆室进行取出产品与放置产品,从而提高工作效率,减少等待时间。
现有的喷漆机在使用时会有喷漆粉尘飞出喷漆机外部,不但会损坏操作人员的身体,而且还会污染空气。
设置两个喷漆室虽然可以提高效率,但是一般只能进行人工作业,使用手工放置产品,由于人工成本的不断提高,需要使用机器人来代替人工作业,但是机器人手臂如果要达到人的手臂的灵活度,会造成价格昂贵,而一般机器人由于手臂灵活度的原因,将产品放置到喷漆室内时,需要更大的空间,而现有的喷漆室只能满足手工放置产品的需要,使用机器人会造成空间不足,如果加大喷漆室,不但会造成整体喷漆机体积大大增加,还会造成成本增加以及各部分比例不协调。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全自动喷漆机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种全自动喷漆机,包括机架、电控箱、喷漆组件、喷漆模具组件、除尘过滤箱和活动喷漆室,电控箱设置在机架上,电控箱内的控制部分用于控制整体工作,机架上还设有放置活动喷漆室的安装位,喷漆室可以在安装位内沿X轴方向往复移动,在机架上设有喷漆组件,其中喷漆组件带动喷漆头在喷漆室内沿X轴、Y轴和Z轴运动,而喷漆室移动时,喷漆头与喷漆室同步移动;喷漆模具组件固定安装在机架内,当喷漆室移动时,喷漆模具组件静止,喷漆室上设有X轴方向的水平导轨,水平导轨固定在机架上,由固定在机架上的水平驱动装置带动喷漆室沿水平导轨往复移动。
进一步的技术方案,在机架内还设有除尘过滤箱,除尘过滤箱位于喷漆室正下方,除尘过滤箱上端设有进风口,进风口处设有隔离导轨,隔离导轨的方向与水平导轨的方向相同,进风口上方设有沿隔离导轨移动的空气隔离板,在进风口一侧还设有环形传送带,传送带下端与空气隔离板连接,传送带上端通过连接块与喷漆室下端连接,当喷漆室移动时,喷漆室与空气隔离板同步移动且位置错开。
进一步的技术方案,在喷漆室上设有垂直气缸带动上下运动的活动门,活动门在水平位置在与喷漆模具组件对应,在喷漆室上设有多个垂直导轨,活动门沿垂直导轨上下移动,活动门移动到上方时,喷漆室沿X轴移动,不会与喷漆模具组件发生干涉。
进一步的技术方案,所述喷漆室上还设有提升架,提升架包括,提升杆和多块铰接块组成,多块铰接块首尾相互铰接,形成“之”字形状的伸缩节结构,伸缩节结构对称的设置在活动门两端,伸缩节结构上端连接喷漆室,下端连接活动门,提升杆两端分别连接在伸缩节结构上,垂直气缸带动提升杆进而带动伸缩节结构实现带动活动门上下移动。
进一步的技术方案,所述垂直气缸的行程不小于两个铰接块之间的伸缩最大距离A,当两个铰接块之间的夹角B为90-100度时,距离A为最大值。
进一步的技术方案,在机架前端还设有托盘,用于放置产品。
有益的效果:喷漆室在安装位内的左工位与右工位之间往复运动,实现利用一个喷漆室实现两个工位同时作业的目的,使在喷漆室内的喷漆作业与喷漆模具组件内的产品取放同时进行,作业效率大大提高。
取放产品时,喷漆模具组件开放式设置在安装位内,使用机器内取放产品更加方便。
喷漆室的活动门向上运动时,巧妙的避开了喷漆室与喷漆模具组件的相互干涉。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参照图1-7,一种全自动喷漆机,包括机架1、电控箱2、喷漆组件3、喷漆模具组件4、除尘过滤箱5和活动喷漆室6,电控箱2设置在机架1上,机架1上还设有放置活动喷漆室6的安装位,喷漆室6可以在安装位内沿X轴方向往复移动,在机架1上设有喷漆组件3,在喷漆室6上下两端设有开口61,其中喷漆组件3带动喷漆头在喷漆室6内沿X轴、Y轴和Z轴运动,而喷漆室6移动时,喷漆头与喷漆室6同步移动,机架1上还设有喷漆模具组件4,产品放置到喷漆模具组件4内,喷漆头进行喷漆作业;喷漆模具组件4固定安装在机架1内,当喷漆室6移动时,喷漆模具组件4静止,喷漆室6上设有X轴方向的水平导轨62,水平导轨62固定在机架1上,由固定在机架1上的水平驱动装置63带动喷漆室6沿水平导轨62往复移动,在实际使用过程中,水平驱动装置63可以是通过电动通过丝杆驱动、电机直接驱动、非使用电源的马达驱动或气缸驱动,本实施例以气缸驱动进行说明。
在机架1前端还设有托盘,用于放置产品。
如图1-3所示,在机架1内还设有除尘过滤箱5,除尘过滤箱5位于喷漆室6正下方,除尘过滤箱5上端设有进风口55,喷漆室6下端的开口61对应的进风口55,进风口55处设有隔离导轨54,隔离导轨54的方向与水平导轨62的方向相同,进风口55上方设有沿隔离导轨54移动的空气隔离板51,在进风口55一侧还设有环形传送带52,传送带52下端与空气隔离板51连接,传送带52上端通过连接块53与喷漆室6下端连接,空气隔离板51有大小只有进风口55的一半,喷漆室6的开口61同样只有进风口55的一半,由于喷漆室6需要在两个工位内往复移动,实现一个喷漆室6来达到两个喷漆室的效果,而除尘过滤箱5是固定的,所以就需要进风口55的大小是喷漆室6开口61的两倍,当喷漆室6位于其中一个工位时,空气隔离板51位于另一个工作处,防止除尘过滤箱5将喷漆室6内的气体抽出时,空气从另一个工位漏气,当喷漆室6从一个工位移动到另一个工位时,喷漆室6带动传送带52将空气隔离板51移动到其中一个工位,实现喷漆室6与空气隔离板51同步移动且位置错开。
如图4-6所示,当喷漆室6进行X轴移动时,由于喷漆模具组件4有两个分别位于两个工位内,喷漆模具组件4从喷漆室6后面伸入到喷漆室6内,且喷漆模具组件4不与喷漆室6同步移动,为了防止喷漆模具组件4与喷漆室6发生干涉,在喷漆室6上设有垂直气缸64带动上下运动的活动门65,活动门65在水平位置与喷漆模具组件4对应,在喷漆室6上设有多个垂直导轨67,活动门65沿垂直导轨67上下移动,活动门65移动到上方时,喷漆室6沿X轴移动时,不会与喷漆模具组件4发生干涉。
活动门65可以由垂直气缸64直接带动,也可以由其它驱动机构带动上下移动,如电机通过丝杆带动,但由电动通过丝杆带动上下移动会造成结构复杂,制造成本高,而由气缸直接带动活动门65,由于活动门65的上下行程较长,所以需要行程较长的气缸,造成安装在喷漆室6上的垂直气缸64太长,突出在喷漆室6外部,造成安装与维护不方便,于是提出一个更加优化的方案,使用短行程的垂直气缸64,通过提升架66来放大升降行程,实现活动门65的升降。
提升架66结构包括,提升杆661和多块铰接块662组成,多块铰接块662首尾相互铰接,形成“之”字形状的伸缩节结构663,在使用时伸缩节结构663一般呈现对称的设置在两端,伸缩节结构663上端连接喷漆室6,下端连接活动门65,提升杆661两端分别连接在伸缩节结构663上,垂直气缸64带动提升杆661进而带动伸缩节结构663实现带动活动门65上下移动。
使用提升架66后,垂直气缸64的行程只要达到两个铰接块662之间的伸缩最大距离A就可以,当两个铰接块662之间的夹角B为90-100度时,距离A为最大值,而垂直气缸64的行程放大倍数与铰接块662的数量有关,当垂直气缸的行程距离等于A时,铰接块662的数量为3时,活动门的行程最大可达到A*(3/2),即1.5A,所以提升架66对垂直气缸64行程的放大倍数为:铰接块662的数量/2(当铰接块662为3块时,放大倍数为1.5倍,当铰接块662为5块时,放大倍数为2.5倍)。
如图6-7所示,容纳喷漆室6的安装位为两个工位,可以设定为左工位与右工位,从图中可以看出,当喷漆室6位于左工位时,位于右工位的喷漆模具组件4为开放的置于右工位内,非常方便机器人从与喷漆模具组件4内取放产品。
工作流程:假如目前喷漆室6位于左工位,在右工位的喷漆模具组件内放置产品→活动门65升起→喷漆室6移动到右工位→活动门65下降→在右工位喷漆作业(同时,在左工位的喷漆模具组件内放置产品)→活动门65升起→喷漆室6移动到左工位→活动门65下降→在左工位喷漆作业(同时,在右工位的喷漆模具组件内取出产品并放置产品),如此往复。

1.一种全自动喷漆机,包括机架、电控箱、喷漆组件、喷漆模具组件、除尘过滤箱和活动喷漆室,其特征在于:电控箱设置在机架上,电控箱内的控制部分用于控制整体工作,机架上还设有放置活动喷漆室的安装位,喷漆室可以在安装位内沿X轴方向往复移动,在机架上设有喷漆组件,其中喷漆组件带动喷漆头在喷漆室内沿X轴、Y轴和Z轴运动,而喷漆室移动时,喷漆头与喷漆室同步移动;喷漆模具组件固定安装在机架内,当喷漆室移动时,喷漆模具组件静止,喷漆室上设有X轴方向的水平导轨,水平导轨固定在机架上,由固定在机架上的水平驱动装置带动喷漆室沿水平导轨往复移动;
在机架内还设有除尘过滤箱,除尘过滤箱位于喷漆室正下方,除尘过滤箱上端设有进风口,进风口处设有隔离导轨,隔离导轨的方向与水平导轨的方向相同,进风口上方设有沿隔离导轨移动的空气隔离板,在进风口一侧还设有环形传送带,传送带下端与空气隔离板连接,传送带上端通过连接块与喷漆室下端连接,当喷漆室移动时,喷漆室与空气隔离板同步移动且位置错开;
