Abstract

本发明公开了一种连接器用两体式插针,包括前导电体和后导电体,后导电体插接于前导电体内;所述前导电体的外圆周壁上由左至右依次设有第一凸台、第二凸台和第三凸台,且三个凸台的直径由左至右依次变大,在第三凸台的端面上设有插孔;所述后导电体上设有插接部,插接部插接于插孔内;在插接部上设有限位凸台和若干凸筋,凸筋位于限位凸台的左侧,所述插接部的直径小于插孔的直径,凸筋的直径大于插孔的直径,限位凸台的直径大于凸筋的直径。本发明中两个零件镀不同的镀层,实现不同连接需要的功能,产品一致性好,质量容易控制,成本低。

一种连接器用两体式插针
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种连接器用两体式插针。
背景技术:
在铁路工业通信等行业,需要用到很多设备传递控制信息等,设备之间的连接会用到信号或数据连接器。信号或数据连接器一端连接线缆,另一端会连接到设备内部,通常是PCB板,有时是通过跳线,有时是连接器直接连到PCB板上。
一般连接器插针的PCB板的连接是通过锡焊实现的,到信号或数据连接器设备端和线缆端的插针为了保证连接的长期可靠性和插拔次数而表面采用镀金工艺,但镀金的插针和PCB板的镀锡连接在长期使用中会发生金属原子迁移现象,为了产品的长期可靠性,一般采用插针选择性电镀的方式,即与插头配合部分采用镀金而和PCB连接部分采用镀锡;但这样会造成插针电镀工艺复杂,产品一致性插和成本上升。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种连接器用两体式插针。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种连接器用两体式插针,包括前导电体和后导电体,后导电体插接于前导电体内;
所述前导电体的外圆周壁上由左至右依次设有第一凸台、第二凸台和第三凸台,且三个凸台的直径由左至右依次变大,在第三凸台的端面上设有插孔;
所述后导电体上设有插接部,插接部插接于插孔内;在插接部上设有限位凸台和若干凸筋,凸筋位于限位凸台的左侧,
所述插接部的直径小于插孔的直径,凸筋的直径大于插孔的直径,限位凸台的直径大于凸筋的直径;
所述前导电体上镀有金或者银,后导电体上镀有锡。
进一步地,所述前导电体为柱形结构,后导电体为直角形结构。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中前导电体和后导电体上镀不同的镀层,实现不同连接需要的功能,产品一致性好,质量容易控制,成本低。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种连接器用两体式插针,包括前导电体1和后导电体2,后导电体2插接在前导电体1内。
前导电体1为柱形结构,在前导电体1的外圆周壁上由左至右依次设有第一凸台11、第二凸台12和第三凸台13,第三凸台13的直径大于第二凸台12的直径,第二凸台12的直径大于第一凸台11直径使得前导电体1能够更好的固定在塑料壳体内。在第三凸台13的端面上设有插孔14。
后导电体2为直角形结构,在后导电体2上设有插接部20,插接部20插接于插孔14内。在插接部20上设有限位凸台21和若干凸筋22,凸筋22位于限位凸台21的左侧。插接部20的直径小于插孔14的直径,凸筋22的直径大于插孔14的直径,限位凸台21的直径大于凸筋22的直径。后导电体2插接在前导电体1后,凸筋22与插孔14之间过盈配合,保证连接可靠性。
在前导电体1上镀有金或者银,后导电体2上镀有锡。
前导电体1和后导电体2可以镀不同的镀层以实现不同连接需要的功能,产品一致性好,质量容易控制,成本低。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种连接器用两体式插针,其特征在于:包括前导电体(1)和后导电体(2),后导电体(2)插接于前导电体(1)内;
所述前导电体(1)的外圆周壁上由左至右依次设有第一凸台(11)、第二凸台(12)和第三凸台(13),且三个凸台的直径由左至右依次变大,在第三凸台(13)的端面上设有插孔(14);
所述后导电体(2)上设有插接部(20),插接部(20)插接于插孔(14)内;在插接部(20)上设有限位凸台(21)和若干凸筋(22),凸筋(22)位于限位凸台(21)的左侧,
所述插接部(20)的直径小于插孔(14)的直径,凸筋(22)的直径大于插孔(14)的直径,限位凸台(21)的直径大于凸筋(22)的直径;
所述前导电体(1)上镀有金或者银,后导电体(2)上镀有锡。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器用两体式插针,其特征在于:所述前导电体(1)为柱形结构,后导电体(2)为直角形结构。
