According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the corresponding resource management sub-accounts are respectively established for various resources of the user according to the types of the resources for management, and the use operation is executed on the corresponding resources in combination with the resource use strategy, so that the various resources of the user can be uniformly monitored and managed, traceability is provided for the generation and use of the resources, and great convenience is further provided for the user and a merchant.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a resource management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the resource management method includes the following steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, a resource management account is established according to an existing resource, where the resource management account includes a resource management sub-account, and the resource management sub-account independently manages the stored resource;
in step S102, a resource usage policy is determined;
in step S103, in response to the resource usage instruction, a usage operation is performed on the resource stored in the resource management sub-account according to the resource usage policy.
As mentioned above, with the rapid development of internet technology, the number of internet users is increased, and for a certain merchant, many users own their electronic accounts, and besides the personal information of the users, the electronic accounts also store various resources belonging to the users, such as funds. In order to improve the transaction amount of a user, a plurality of merchants attract the user to carry out transactions by adopting a plurality of marketing means, such as recharging and cashing, recharging and doubling and cashing, bonus and gift exchanging, coupon giving and the like, but at present, a plurality of types of user resources are simply and independently stored in a user account, which is inconvenient for the user and the merchant to uniformly manage the resources, for example, different types of user resources use independent specific processing schemes and are unrelated with other user resources, so that equivalent conversion of values is difficult to realize among different types of user resources, and refund especially when the refund is partial refund, the refund amount is difficult to accurately calculate, the user experience is reduced, and the uniform monitoring and management of the user resources are also not facilitated.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a resource management method is provided, where a resource management account is first established for an existing resource of a user, and the resource management account includes a resource management sub-account corresponding to an existing resource type of the user; then determining a resource use strategy; and finally, responding to the resource use instruction, and executing use operation on the resource stored in the resource management sub-account according to the resource use strategy. The existing resource refers to a resource that the user currently has, that is, a resource that is currently stored in a user resource account.
According to the technical scheme, the corresponding resource management sub-accounts can be respectively established for various resources of the user according to the types of the resources for management, each resource management sub-account independently manages the stored resources, and the resource management sub-accounts are combined with the resource use strategy to execute the use operation on the corresponding resources, so that the various resources of the user can be uniformly monitored and managed, traceability is provided for the generation and use of the resources, great convenience is further provided for the user and a merchant, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step S101, that is, the step of establishing the resource management account according to the existing resource, includes steps S201 to S203:
in step S201, existing resources and attribute information thereof are acquired;
in step S202, determining the type of the existing resource according to the attribute information of the existing resource;
in step S203, a corresponding resource management sub-account is established according to the type of the existing resource.
In the embodiment, when a corresponding resource management account is established for the existing resources of the user, the existing resources of the user and corresponding attribute information are obtained at first; then determining the type of the existing resource according to the attribute information of the existing resource; and finally, establishing a corresponding resource management sub-account according to the type of the existing resource, namely establishing an independent and corresponding resource management sub-account for each type of the existing resource, wherein the resource management sub-account stores the attribute information and the use record of the existing resource, and all the resource management sub-accounts form the whole of the user resource management account.
Wherein the attribute information comprises one or more of the following: resource type, resource valuation, resource usage rules, resource body information, usage validity period of the resource, and the like.
Take fund resources as an example:
the resource type can be, for example, recharge principal, recharge cash, friend recharge, point, recharge point, give point, sign-in point, point-change, give coupon, change coupon, purchase coupon, freeze resource, etc., wherein the freeze resource refers to a resource that a user cannot normally use in a specified freeze period due to triggering a freeze rule, and the freeze rule can be set according to the requirement of practical application.
The resource valuation refers to a numerical value obtained by converting different types of resources to actual values, and the actual value estimation modes of the different types of resources are different due to the fact that the actual values of the different types of resources are different, for example, a recharge principal is a cash balance directly charged by a user, the value of the recharge principal is equivalent to the actual value, the recharge principal is directly converted according to a ratio of 1:1, the value of the cash fed back by recharging is lower than the denomination value of the cash, in the actual operation, the actual value estimation can be performed on the cash fed back according to the proportion of recharge return, other types of resources can also set the estimation modes similarly according to actual application conditions, and then the actual value is estimated according to the set estimation modes.
The resource usage rules refer to usage requirements of different types of resources, such as whether the resource must be used all at once, whether the resource can be used multiple times, whether the resource can be presented, whether the resource can be used in combination with other resources, whether the resource can be used with other benefits at the same time, whether the resource supports presentation, whether there is a use merchant limit, whether the resource can be repeatedly acquired, and the like.
The resource subject information may include one or more of: the resource source, such as recharging, receiving, giving, changing, or exchanging, further, may also include more detailed information, such as what time and which promotion period recharging, which is received according to which promotion event, who is given, what is changed, what is exchanged for what is given for what reason, for example, a certain recharging amount is given to relatives and friends on a certain day of a certain month, and a certain coupon is given to a certain month and day of a certain year, and exchanged with 1 ten thousand points, so as to realize traceability of the resource; resource category restrictions such as clothing coupons, footwear coupons, department coupons, appliance coupons, cell phone digital coupons, and the like; a destination limit of use of the resource, such as a coupon specific to a certain merchant, and the like.
The validity period of the resource refers to a validity period system for using a certain resource.
In the embodiment, an independent and corresponding resource management sub-account is established for each type of existing resources, and by means of the attribute information and the use records of the existing resources stored in each sub-account, not only can each type of resources be independently monitored, but also standard and uniform actual value conversion can be performed on all the existing resources, so that uniform management on all the existing resources is realized, for example, when a user refunds, especially partial refunds, occur, the actual value corresponding to each type of resources used by the user can be accurately determined, and accordingly, the actually occurring refunds amount can be accurately and quickly determined.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step S102, that is, the step of determining the resource usage policy, includes steps S301 to S302:
in step S301, a resource usage purpose is determined;
in step S302, the resource usage policy is determined according to the resource usage purpose.
Wherein the resource usage strategy comprises one or more of the following: resource use priority, resource use restriction, and resource combination.
In this embodiment, the resource usage purpose refers to a resource usage scenario, for example, for a sales promotion of a merchant's full discount plus coupon, a user obtains a merchant-specific coupon given by the merchant, which can be used in addition to the full deactivation, and resources such as cash, return balance, freight coupon, no-type-restriction coupon, point-redemption no-type-restriction coupon, etc. are also present in the user's resource account. In this scenario, a corresponding resource usage policy may be specified, for example, according to various usage restrictions of the resource, such as one-time usage restriction, store restriction, amount restriction, and the like, setting of priority for the resource and determination of resource combination manner may be performed, for example, setting of priority for using merchant-specific coupon, then reusing category-restricted coupon, category-restricted cash coupon, point-redeemed category-restricted coupon, category-restricted cash coupon, no-category-restricted cash coupon, point-redeemed no-category-restricted cash coupon, freight coupon, returning balance, and finally reusing recharge cash. Of course, the resource usage policy is only presented to the user as a system recommendation, and the user can adjust the resource usage policy within the resource account range according to the specific resource limitation and the preference of the user.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step S103, that is, the step of performing, in response to the resource usage instruction, a usage operation on the resource according to the resource usage policy includes steps S401 to S402:
in step S401, a resource usage rule is acquired;
in step S402, in response to the resource usage instruction, a usage operation for the resource is performed according to the resource usage policy and the resource usage rule.
In this embodiment, the resource usage rule is considered to be a limitation on the resource usage, and therefore, after receiving the resource usage instruction, the resource usage policy and the resource usage rule, which are recommended by the system, default or manually adjusted by the user, are comprehensively considered, and the specific usage operation for the resource is performed.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes steps S501 to S504:
