The existing method for issuing or transferring virtual assets, such as electronic coupons like discount coupons and cash vouchers, mainly comprises the following steps: and the issuing party provides an issuing application, waits for the seller to examine and approve, possibly needs a product manager to further examine and approve after the examination and approval is passed, and then calls the developed transaction system for issuing the electronic ticket to issue the ticket after the examination and approval is passed. The existing coupon issuing method needs to participate in auditing by multiple parties, generates certain communication cost and labor cost, has higher business volume and coupon issuing pressure of a coupon issuing party under the condition of more types and quantity of coupons to be issued, and can not realize the autonomous management of the electronic coupons by the main account number of an enterprise organization in a large-scale enterprise organization scene.
The virtual asset allocation system and method provided by the disclosure can be applied to large or ultra-large enterprise organization application scenes. Virtual assets include, but are not limited to, electronic coupons such as discount coupons, voucher coupons, and the like.
The method comprises the steps that division is carried out according to the authority of a user, a main account and a plurality of sub accounts can exist in an enterprise organization, and the authority relationship between the main account and each sub account is managed through a constructed enterprise organization management system. In one possible implementation, an IAM (Identity and Access Management, an Identity Management and Access control service) financial circle may be used to manage the authority relationship between the primary account number and each sub-account number. The financial circle is a financial hosting authority in enterprise organization, and when the sub-account is required to completely unmanage the financial information of the sub-account, the financial circle can be adopted. The IAM can refine the control which identities can access which resources. In the enterprise organization, the enterprise organization needs to be added first, the financial circle can be further added, and after the financial circle is added, the financial circle trustees authority relations between the primary account numbers and the sub account numbers in the enterprise organization.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a virtual asset allocation system is provided, and referring to fig. 1, the virtual asset allocation system 100 includes: a user management control module 110, a rights management module 120, and a virtual asset transfer module 130.
The user management control module 110, the right management module 120, and the virtual asset allocation module 130 may be functional modules or software modules operating on the same or different physical machine devices, and the physical machine devices may belong to the same or different cluster systems. Rights management module 120 may be an IAM financial circle rights management module.
The user management control module 110 is configured to receive a primary account user login request submitted by a user, and send the primary account user login request to the authority management module 120.
In practical application, the constructed virtual asset allocation system can provide a user operation interface for a user, and then the user logs in the virtual asset allocation system through the user operation interface. Specifically, the primary account user can log in the virtual asset transfer system to realize the autonomous allocation of the virtual assets of the user, and check the transaction records of the virtual assets and other operations.
After receiving a primary account user login request submitted by a user on a user operation interface, the user management control module 110 may send the primary account user login request to the authority management module 120 to check the login authority. The login request may include a user identifier of the user requesting login, a login password, and the like.
The right management module 120 is configured to receive a login request of a primary account user sent by the user management control module 110, and send a second verification passing message to the user management control module 110 when the login request of the primary account user passes verification.
The authority management module 120 stores a primary account id of a primary account user, a sub-account id of each sub-account user, and an authority relationship between the primary account id and each sub-account id. The right management module 120 verifies whether the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization after receiving the primary account user login request, and when the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization, it indicates that the primary account user login request is verified to be passed, and at this time, a second verification passing message is sent to the user management control module 110.
The user management control module 110 is further configured to allow the primary account user to log in if the second verification pass message is received.
The user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in when the authority management module 120 verifies that the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization. Namely, the primary account user can enter the virtual asset transfer system, further view the information of the operable virtual assets, perform the transfer operation of the virtual assets and the like.
In the method, during the process that the primary account number user logs in the virtual asset allocation system, the identity of the primary account number user is verified so as to determine that the primary account number user can log in the virtual asset allocation system and execute the allocation operation of the virtual asset.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 is configured to, when the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, display the operable virtual asset information to the primary account user, generate a transfer request based on target information selected by the primary account user in the operable virtual asset information, and send the transfer request to the permission management module 120 for verification. The transfer request comprises a primary account identification of a primary account user, a designated account identification of a designated sub-account user and related information of the virtual assets to be transferred.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 displays the operational virtual asset information to the primary account user when the primary account user logs into the virtual asset transfer system. In one example, the virtual asset transfer module 130 presents the primary account user with actionable virtual asset information on a user interface, which may include: a list of sub-accounts and transferrable virtual asset information may be selected. The selectable sub-account list may include sub-account identifiers of the sub-accounts, and the transferrable virtual asset information may include: a transferable ticket number, a type of coupon (e.g., discount, voucher, cash voucher, etc.), an amount of the ticket, a balance of the ticket, products eligible for purchase, areas eligible for purchase, a status of the ticket (e.g., not validated, unused, in use, expired, voided, etc.), types of orders eligible for purchase (e.g., prepaid, postpaid, etc.), rules of use of the ticket, etc.
Further, the virtual asset transfer module 130 receives a selection instruction of the primary account user for target information in the operable virtual asset information on the user operation interface, or target information input for the operable virtual asset information, such as an input amount, and generates a transfer request based on the target information selected by the primary account user in the operable virtual asset information or the target information input for the operable virtual asset information, where the generated transfer request may include a primary account id of the primary account user, a specific account id of a specific sub-account user, and related information of the virtual asset to be transferred.
The target information may refer to which virtual asset or assets the primary account user needs to transfer to which sub-account user. The generated transfer request may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a primary account number identification of a primary account number user executing transfer operation, an object to be subjected to virtual asset transfer selected by the primary account number user, namely a designated account number identification of a designated sub-account number user, and relevant information of virtual assets to be transferred. In one example, the information related to the virtual asset to be allocated may include: the ticket number of the ticket to be transferred, the amount of the ticket, the products eligible for purchase, the area eligible for purchase, and the like.
The authority management module 120 is configured to receive the transfer request sent by the virtual asset transfer module 130, verify whether a primary account id and a designated account id contained in the transfer request belong to a primary and secondary account relationship under the same organization, and send a first verification passing message to the virtual asset transfer module 130 if the primary account id and the designated account id belong to the primary and secondary account relationships under the same organization.
The authority management module 120 verifies whether the primary account id and the specific account id contained in the transfer request belong to a primary-secondary account relationship under the same organization after receiving the transfer request, and the primary account user can transfer the virtual asset to the specific secondary account user only when the primary account id and the specific account id belong to the primary-secondary account relationship under the same organization, and at this time, sends a first verification passing message to the virtual asset transfer module 130. The primary account identification and the designated account identification belong to the same organization, namely the primary account identification and the designated account identification belong to the same enterprise organization.
The virtual asset transferring module 130 is further configured to execute a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request when the first verification passing message is received and the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred included in the transfer request passes verification.
After generating the allocation request, the virtual asset allocation module 130 verifies the information related to the virtual asset to be allocated included in the allocation request, specifically, verifies whether the information related to the virtual asset to be allocated included in the allocation request is included in the range of the operable virtual asset information. In one example, it may be verified whether the ticket number of the ticket to be transferred, the amount of money of the ticket, the product suitable for purchase, the area suitable for purchase, the type of order suitable for use, and the like are within the range of the ticket number, the amount of money of the ticket, the product suitable for purchase, the area suitable for purchase, the type of order suitable for use, and the like included in the operable virtual asset information, and if so, the verification is passed, and it may also be verified whether the format of the amount of money of the ticket is a preset format, such as whether the amount of money of the ticket retains two decimal numbers and the like.
And the virtual asset allocation module 130, when receiving the first verification passing message and the verification that the relevant information of the virtual asset to be allocated included in the allocation request passes, executes an allocation operation corresponding to the allocation request, that is, allocates the virtual asset to be allocated to the specified sub-account user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, with the virtual asset allocation module 130, in a case where the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, operable virtual asset information is presented to the primary account user, and an allocation request is generated based on target information selected by the primary account user in the operable virtual asset information. Further, when a main sub-account relationship verification passing message that a main account identifier and a specified account identifier which are contained in a dialing request and sent by the authority management module 120 belong to the same organization is received and the related information of the virtual asset to be dialed contained in the dialing request passes verification, the dialing operation corresponding to the dialing request is executed, so that the independent management of the main account user on the virtual asset is realized, that is, the main account user can autonomously select the transfer of the virtual asset with a certain amount to the sub-account user under the name of the main account user, so that the sub-account user can share the virtual asset of the main account user, the utilization rate of the virtual asset is improved, and the user stickiness is further improved. In addition, the primary account user can independently manage the virtual assets, the pressure of a service provider coupon issuing party is reduced, and the communication cost and the labor cost in the coupon issuing process are avoided.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 may further be configured to:
and generating a virtual asset transfer record, storing the virtual asset transfer record, and updating the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the primary account user.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 may generate a virtual asset transfer record after performing a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request. In one example, after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is performed, the generated virtual asset transfer record is as shown in fig. 2, and the virtual asset transfer record may include a transfer object (i.e., the transfer object in fig. 2), a transfer state, a coupon number of the transfer coupon (i.e., the transfer coupon number in fig. 2), a sub-account coupon identifier id (identification), a transfer coupon amount, an applicable product, an applicable area, an order type, an applicable scenario, and an operation time.
Further, the virtual asset transfer module 130 may store the virtual asset transfer record and update the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the primary account user.
According to the method and the device, the virtual asset transfer operation at each time can be recorded and stored, subsequent checking is facilitated, and the operable virtual asset information of the primary account user can be updated in time.
In one possible implementation, the virtual asset allocation module 130 may include: the system comprises a virtual asset screening submodule, an allocation record management submodule, an allocation operation submodule, a first virtual asset management submodule and a second virtual asset management submodule.
The virtual asset screening submodule is configured to, when the user management control module 110 allows a primary account user to log in, display operable virtual asset information to the primary account user, generate an allocation request based on target information selected by the primary account user in the operable virtual asset information, and send the allocation request to the authority management module 120 for verification; and verifying the relevant information of the virtual assets to be allocated contained in the allocation request, and updating the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the primary account user.
In one possible embodiment, the virtual asset screening submodule is further configured to:
and under the condition that the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, screening all virtual assets of the primary account user according to the screening rule, and displaying the screened operable virtual asset information to the primary account user.
In this disclosure, the filtering rule may be set according to a requirement, and in an example, the filtering rule may include: filtering discount coupons, full discount coupons and unactivated or expired or invalidated coupons in all virtual assets of the primary account user, retaining coupons in an in-use or unused state, and the like.
In the method and the system, all the virtual assets of the primary account user are screened according to the screening rule so as to display the screened operable virtual asset information to the primary account user, and the primary account user can independently manage the virtual assets conveniently.
And the transfer record management submodule is used for generating a virtual asset transfer record, storing the virtual asset transfer record and displaying the historical virtual asset transfer record.
The transfer record management submodule may be configured to generate a virtual asset transfer record, where the generated virtual asset transfer record may be as shown in fig. 2, and may further be configured to display a historical virtual asset transfer record.
And the transfer operation sub-module is used for executing transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request.
In one possible implementation, the transfer operation submodule is further configured to:

The transfer operation sub-module is further configured to, when the first verification passing message is received and the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred included in the transfer request passes verification, that is, when the transfer request passes verification, determine the amount of money of the virtual asset to be transferred (that is, the amount of money to be transferred) in the transfer request, designate a sub-account user (that is, a virtual asset transfer object selected by the primary account user), and further transfer the amount of money of the virtual asset to be transferred from the amount of money of the virtual asset of the primary account user; and transferring the amount, the validity period and the attribute information of the virtual assets to be transferred to a specified sub-account user. Wherein, the attribute information may include: products for which purchases are applicable, areas for which purchases are applicable, types of orders applicable, and so forth.
In one example, taking a voucher as an example, the fund pool type associated with the voucher may comprise: the system comprises a user external pool, a user balance pool, a user consumption pool, an order freezing pool and a resource freezing pool. The system comprises a user external pool, a user balance pool, a user consumption pool, an order freezing pool and a resource freezing pool, wherein the user external pool is used for storing virtual assets of a user, the user balance pool is used for storing the virtual assets activated by the user, the user consumption pool is used for storing the virtual assets to be transferred, the order freezing pool is used for storing the virtual assets used in an order, and the resource freezing pool is used for storing the virtual assets in resource freezing.
For the primary account user, the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred is transferred out of the amount of the virtual asset of the primary account user, and a schematic diagram of the transfer of the virtual asset of the corresponding primary account user is shown in fig. 3 a. In the virtual asset preparation stage, the virtual asset is transferred from the external pool of the user to the user balance pool, namely, the virtual asset is activated, the virtual asset is further transferred out, and the virtual asset is transferred from the user balance pool to the user consumption pool.
And transferring the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred to the designated sub-account user aiming at the designated sub-account user, wherein a virtual asset transfer schematic diagram of the corresponding sub-account user is shown in fig. 3 b. In the virtual asset preparation stage, the virtual asset is transferred into the user balance pool from the external pool of the user, namely the virtual asset is activated, the transfer of the virtual asset is further carried out, and the virtual asset is transferred into the user balance pool from the external pool of the user.
After the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, a voucher which does not need to be activated is issued to the specified sub-account user, all attributes (such as a product suitable for purchase, a region suitable for purchase, an applicable order type, an applicable scene and the like) and the validity period of the voucher inherit the voucher transferred by the primary account user, and the voucher can be immediately effective without additional effective time.
According to the method and the system, the amount of the virtual assets to be transferred is transferred out of the amount of the virtual assets of the primary account user, and the amount, the validity period and the attribute information of the virtual assets to be transferred are transferred to the designated sub-account user, so that the transfer of the primary account user to the virtual assets of the designated sub-account user is realized, and the transferred sub-account user can share the virtual assets of the primary account user.
And the first virtual asset management submodule is used for recording the virtual asset information of the primary account user.
In one example, the first virtual asset management sub-module may record the usage status, usage amount, remaining status, remaining amount, validity period, and the like of the virtual asset of the primary account user.
And the second virtual asset management sub-module is used for respectively carrying out change records on the virtual assets of the primary account user and the appointed sub-account user after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed by the transfer operation sub-module, and respectively generating bill information corresponding to the primary account user and the appointed sub-account user.
Taking the virtual asset as a voucher as an example, after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, the used amount of the voucher of the primary account user increases, and the balance decreases. If the balance of a single voucher is completely transferred to a designated sub-account user by the primary account user, the balance of the voucher on the side of the primary account user is marked as 0, the state is set to be exhausted, and the voucher is not shown in an operable (or transferable) voucher list of the primary account user. If the primary account user transfers part of the money amount of the voucher in the unused state to the designated sub-account user, the state of the voucher is changed from unused to used on the primary account user side.
After the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, a voucher which does not need to be activated is received in the list of the appointed sub-account user, and the money amount of the voucher is equal to the money amount of the voucher transferred by the primary account user.
In the disclosure, after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed by the transfer operation submodule, the second virtual asset management submodule performs change records on the virtual assets of the primary account user and the designated sub-account user respectively, specifically, the change records may be the payment records corresponding to the primary account user and the designated sub-account user respectively, a transfer-out/transfer-in of the primary virtual asset corresponds to a change record, for example, when the primary account user performs transfer-out of the virtual asset, a record in which the state is the transfer-out state needs to be recorded in the virtual asset payment of the primary account user, and a negative amount record is correspondingly recorded; and the user of the appointed sub-account carries out the transfer of the virtual asset, a record of which the state is the transfer state is recorded in the virtual asset balance of the appointed sub-account, and a positive record is correspondingly recorded. If the virtual asset transfer fails, no change logging may be performed. Further, the bill information corresponding to the primary account user and the designated sub-account user can be generated respectively.
In the present disclosure, the virtual asset allocation module 130 implements autonomous management of virtual assets by a primary account user, that is, the primary account user can autonomously select transfer of a certain amount of virtual assets to a subordinate sub-account user, so that the sub-account user can share the virtual assets of the primary account user, thereby improving the utilization rate of the virtual assets and further improving user stickiness. And each time of virtual asset transfer operation can be recorded and stored, subsequent viewing is facilitated, operable virtual asset information of the primary account user can be updated in time, and bill information corresponding to the primary account user and the designated sub-account user is generated, so that subsequent viewing and downloading are facilitated.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the virtual asset allocation system 100 may further include: a first virtual asset management module 140.
And the first virtual asset management module 140 is configured to generate and store a virtual asset transfer record between the primary account user and the specified sub-account user after the virtual asset transfer module 130 performs a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request. The designated sub-account user obtains the transfer virtual asset, and the transfer virtual asset inherits the authority of the virtual asset to be transferred corresponding to the primary account user.
The first virtual asset management module 140 generates and stores a virtual asset transfer record between the primary account user and the designated sub-account user after the virtual asset transfer module 130 performs a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request, and in one example, the generated virtual asset transfer record may be the same as or different from that shown in fig. 2.
After the virtual asset transfer module 130 executes the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request, the transfer virtual asset obtained by the designated sub-account user inherits the authority of the virtual asset to be transferred corresponding to the primary account user, which may be all the attributes of the virtual asset to be transferred.
