Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which include various details of the embodiments of the present disclosure to facilitate understanding, and should be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The existing methods for issuing or transferring electronic coupons for virtual assets, such as discount coupons, vouchers and the like, mainly comprise the following steps: the issuing party issues a ticket issuing application, waits for the seller to examine and approve, and then further examines and approves the ticket after the examination and approval pass, and calls a developed transaction system for issuing the electronic ticket to issue the ticket after the examination and approval pass. The existing ticket issuing method needs multiple parties to participate in auditing, generates certain communication cost and labor cost, has larger service volume and ticket issuing pressure of ticket issuing parties under the condition of more types and quantity of tickets to be issued, and can not realize the autonomous management of the electronic ticket by the enterprise organization main account in a scene of large enterprise organization.
The virtual asset transfer system and the virtual asset transfer method can be applied to large-scale or ultra-large-scale enterprise organization application scenes. Virtual assets include, but are not limited to, electronic coupons such as coupons, vouchers, and the like.
Dividing according to the authority of the user, wherein a main account number and a plurality of sub-account numbers can exist in an enterprise organization, and the authority relationship between the main account number and each sub-account number is managed through a constructed enterprise organization management system. In one possible implementation, an IAM (Identity and Access Management, an identity management and access control service) financial institution may be used to manage the rights relationship between the primary account number and the child account numbers. Wherein, the financial circle is the financial hosting authority in the enterprise organization, and when sub account is required to be completely unmanageable own financial information, the financial circle can be adopted. The IAM can fine-tune which identities can access which resources. In the enterprise organization, the enterprise organization needs to be added first to further add the financial circles, and after the financial circles are added, the financial circles host the authority relationship between the main account number and each sub account number in the enterprise organization.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a virtual asset transfer system is provided, referring to fig. 1, a virtual asset transfer system 100 includes: a user management control module 110, a rights management module 120, and a virtual asset allocation module 130.
The user management control module 110, the rights management module 120, and the virtual asset allocation module 130 may be functional modules or software modules that operate on the same or different physical machine devices, and the physical machine devices may belong to the same or different cluster systems. Rights management module 120 may be an IAM financial loop rights management module.
The user management control module 110 is configured to receive a primary account user login request submitted by a user, and send the primary account user login request to the rights management module 120.
In practical application, the constructed virtual asset transfer system can provide a user operation interface for a user, and the user logs in the virtual asset transfer system through the user operation interface. Specifically, the primary account user can log in the virtual asset transfer system to realize autonomous distribution of own virtual assets, and perform operations such as checking the virtual asset transaction records.
The user management control module 110 may send the primary account user login request to the rights management module 120 to verify the login rights after receiving the primary account user login request submitted by the user on the user operation interface. The login request may include a user identifier, a login password, and the like of the user who requested to login.
The rights management module 120 is configured to receive the primary account user login request sent by the user management control module 110, and send a second verification passing message to the user management control module 110 when the primary account user login request is verified.
The rights management module 120 stores the primary account number identifiers of the primary account number users, the sub account number identifiers of the sub account number users, the rights relation between the primary account number identifiers and the sub account number identifiers, and the like. The rights management module 120 verifies whether the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization after receiving the primary account user login request, and when the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization, it indicates that the primary account user login request is verified and passed, and at this time, sends a second verification passing message to the user management control module 110.
The user management control module 110 is further configured to allow the primary account user to log in if the second check-through message is received.
The user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in when the rights management module 120 verifies that the user identifier included in the login request is the primary account identifier of the enterprise organization. That is, the primary account user may enter the virtual asset transfer system, further view the information of the virtual asset that the user may operate, perform the transfer operation of the virtual asset, and so on.
In the method, during the process that the primary account user logs in the virtual asset transfer system, the identity of the primary account user is verified to determine that the primary account user can log in the virtual asset transfer system, and transfer operation of the virtual asset is executed.
The virtual asset allocation module 130 is configured to, when the user management control module 110 allows the login of the primary account user, display the operable virtual asset information to the primary account user, generate an allocation request based on target information selected by the primary account user from the operable virtual asset information, and send the allocation request to the rights management module 120 for verification. The transfer request comprises a main account number identifier of a main account number user, a designated account number identifier of a designated sub-account number user and related information of the virtual asset to be transferred.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 presents the operational virtual asset information to the primary account user in the event that the primary account user logs into the virtual asset transfer system. In one example, the virtual asset transfer module 130 presents the operational virtual asset information to the primary account user on a user operation interface, which may include: a list of sub-accounts may be selected and virtual asset information may be transferred. The selectable sub-account list may include sub-account identifiers of the sub-accounts, and the available virtual asset information may include: the type of coupon that can be transferred (e.g., coupon, voucher, cash coupon, etc.), the amount of the coupon, the balance of the coupon, the product available for purchase, the area available for purchase, the status of the coupon (e.g., uneffective, unused, in use, expired, obsolete, etc.), the type of order available (e.g., prepaid, postpaid, etc.), and the rules of use of the coupon, etc.
Further, the virtual asset allocation module 130 receives a selection instruction of the main account user on the user operation interface for the target information in the operable virtual asset information, or the target information input for the operable virtual asset information, such as the input amount, and the like, so as to generate an allocation request based on the target information selected by the main account user in the operable virtual asset information, or the target information input for the operable virtual asset information, where the generated allocation request may include the main account identifier of the main account user, the designated account identifier of the designated sub account user, and the related information of the virtual asset to be allocated.
The target information may refer to which sub-account user needs to allocate which virtual asset or assets to which the main account user needs to allocate. The generated transfer request may include: and executing the primary account number identification of the primary account number user of the transfer operation, wherein the primary account number user selects an object to be transferred for the virtual asset, namely the designated account number identification of the designated sub-account number user and the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred. In one example, the virtual asset related information to be transferred may include: the ticket number of the ticket to be transferred, the amount of the ticket, the product suitable for purchase, the area suitable for purchase, etc.
The rights management module 120 is configured to receive the transfer request sent by the virtual asset transfer module 130, and verify whether the primary account number identifier and the designated account number identifier included in the transfer request belong to a primary and secondary account number relationship under the same organization, and if so, send a first verification passing message to the virtual asset transfer module 130.
The rights management module 120 verifies whether the primary account number identifier and the designated account number identifier included in the transfer request belong to a primary sub-account number relationship under the same organization after receiving the transfer request, and if the primary account number identifier and the designated account number identifier belong to the primary sub-account number relationship under the same organization, the primary account number user can transfer the virtual asset to the designated sub-account number user, at this time, a first verification passing message is sent to the virtual asset transfer module 130. The primary account number identification and the appointed account number identification belong to the same organization, namely the primary account number identification and the appointed account number identification belong to the same enterprise organization.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 is further configured to execute a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request when the first verification passing message is received and the information related to the virtual asset to be transferred included in the transfer request passes the verification.
After generating the transfer request, the virtual asset transfer module 130 verifies the information related to the to-be-transferred virtual asset included in the transfer request, and specifically verifies whether the information related to the to-be-transferred virtual asset included in the transfer request is included in the range of the operable virtual asset information. In one example, it may be verified whether the ticket number to be transferred, the amount of the ticket, the product suitable for purchase, the area suitable for purchase, the type of order suitable for use, etc., are within the range of the ticket number, the amount of the ticket, the product suitable for purchase, the area suitable for purchase, the type of order suitable for use, etc., contained in the operable virtual asset information, and if so, it may be verified whether the format of the amount of the ticket is a preset format, such as whether the amount of the ticket remains in two decimal places, etc.
The virtual asset transfer module 130 executes a transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request, that is, transfers the virtual asset to be transferred to the designated sub-account user, when the first verification passing message is received and the information related to the virtual asset to be transferred contained in the transfer request passes verification.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, with the virtual asset transfer module 130, in the case that the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, operable virtual asset information is presented to the primary account user, and a transfer request is generated based on target information selected by the primary account user from the operable virtual asset information. Further, when a message that the relationship verification of the main account number and the designated account number contained in the transfer request sent by the rights management module 120 is passed and the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred contained in the transfer request is verified, the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, so that the main account number user can autonomously select a certain amount of virtual asset for the sub account number user under the name of the main account number user, the sub account number user can share the virtual asset of the main account number user, the utilization rate of the virtual asset is improved, and the user viscosity is improved. In addition, the primary account user can perform autonomous management on the virtual asset, so that the pressure of a service provider ticket issuing party is reduced, and the communication cost and the labor cost in the ticket issuing process are avoided.
Wherein, the virtual asset allocation module 130 may be further configured to:
and generating a virtual asset transfer record, storing the virtual asset transfer record, and updating the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the main account user.
The virtual asset allocation module 130 may generate a virtual asset allocation record after performing an allocation operation corresponding to the allocation request. In one example, after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is performed, the generated virtual asset transfer record is shown in fig. 2, where the virtual asset transfer record may include a transfer object (i.e., a transfer object in fig. 2), a status of transfer, a ticket number of the transfer ticket (i.e., a transfer ticket number in fig. 2), a sub-account ticket identifier ID (identification), a transfer ticket amount, an applicable product, an applicable area, an order type, an applicable scenario, an operation time, and the like.
Further, the virtual asset allocation module 130 may store the virtual asset allocation record and update the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the primary account user.
In the method and the device, each transfer operation of the virtual asset can be recorded and stored, follow-up checking is facilitated, and the operable virtual asset information of the main account user can be updated in time.
In one possible implementation, the virtual asset allocation module 130 may include: the system comprises a virtual asset screening sub-module, a transfer record management sub-module, a transfer operation sub-module, a first virtual asset management sub-module and a second virtual asset management sub-module.
The virtual asset screening sub-module is configured to, when the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, display the operable virtual asset information to the primary account user, generate a transfer request based on target information selected by the primary account user in the operable virtual asset information, and send the transfer request to the rights management module 120 for verification; and verifying the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred contained in the transfer request, and updating the operable virtual asset information corresponding to the main account user.
In one possible implementation, the virtual asset screening sub-module is further configured to:
in the case where the user management control module 110 allows the primary account user to log in, all the virtual assets of the primary account user are screened according to the screening rule, and operable virtual asset information after screening is displayed to the primary account user.
The screening rules in the present disclosure may be set according to requirements, and in one example, the screening rules may include: the discount coupons, full discount coupons, and inactive or expired or obsolete coupons in all virtual assets of the primary account user are filtered, and in-use or unused coupons are retained, etc.
In the method, all the virtual assets of the main account user are screened according to the screening rule, so that the screened operable virtual asset information is displayed to the main account user, and the main account user can manage the virtual assets autonomously.
And the transfer record management sub-module is used for generating a virtual asset transfer record, storing the virtual asset transfer record and displaying the historical virtual asset transfer record.
The transfer record management sub-module may be configured to generate a virtual asset transfer record, where the generated virtual asset transfer record may be as shown in fig. 2, and may further be configured to display a historical virtual asset transfer record.
And the transfer operation sub-module is used for executing transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request.
In one possible implementation, the transfer operation sub-module is further configured to:
under the condition that the first verification passing message is received and the related information of the virtual asset to be transferred contained in the transfer request passes verification, determining the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred in the transfer request and designating the sub-account user; transferring the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred from the amount of the virtual asset of the main account user; and transferring the amount, the validity period and the attribute information of the virtual asset to be transferred to a designated sub-account user.
The transfer operation sub-module is further configured to determine an amount of the virtual asset to be transferred (i.e., an amount to be transferred) in the transfer request and designate a sub-account user (i.e., a virtual asset transfer object selected by the main account user) when the first verification passing message is received and the information related to the virtual asset to be transferred included in the transfer request passes verification, that is, when the transfer request passes verification, and further transfer the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred from the virtual asset amount of the main account user; and transferring the amount, the validity period and the attribute information of the virtual asset to be transferred to a designated sub-account user. Wherein the attribute information may include: products suitable for purchase, areas suitable for purchase, types of orders suitable for use, etc.
In one example, taking a voucher as an example, the fund pool types associated with the voucher may include: a user external pool, a user balance pool, a user consumption pool, an order freeze pool and a resource freeze pool. The user balance pool is used for storing virtual assets of a user, the user consumption pool is used for storing virtual assets to be transferred, the order freezing pool is used for storing virtual assets used in an order, and the resource freezing pool is used for storing virtual assets in resource freezing.
For the primary account user, transferring the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred from the virtual asset amount of the primary account user, and a corresponding virtual asset transfer schematic diagram of the primary account user is shown in fig. 3 a. In the preparation stage of the virtual asset, the virtual asset is transferred into a user balance pool from the user external pool, namely the virtual asset is activated, the transfer of the virtual asset is further carried out, and the virtual asset is transferred into a user consumption pool from the user balance pool.
For the designated sub-account user, the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred is transferred to the designated sub-account user, and a virtual asset transfer schematic diagram of the corresponding sub-account user is shown in fig. 3 b. In the preparation stage of the virtual asset, the virtual asset is transferred into the balance pool of the user from the external pool of the user, namely the virtual asset is activated, the transfer of the virtual asset is further carried out, and the virtual asset is transferred into the balance pool of the user from the external pool of the user.
After the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, a voucher which is not required to be activated is issued for the appointed sub-account user, and all attributes (such as products suitable for purchase, areas suitable for purchase, suitable order types, suitable scenes and the like) and the validity period of the voucher inherit the voucher transferred by the main account user, so that the voucher can be immediately validated without additional validation time.
In the method, the amount of the virtual asset to be transferred is transferred from the virtual asset amount of the main account user, and the amount, the validity period and the attribute information of the virtual asset to be transferred are transferred to the appointed sub-account user, so that the transfer of the main account user to the virtual asset of the appointed sub-account user is realized, and the transferred sub-account user can share the virtual asset of the main account user.
And the first virtual asset management sub-module is used for recording the virtual asset information of the main account user.
In one example, the first virtual asset management sub-module may record a virtual asset usage status, usage amount, remaining status, remaining amount, expiration date, etc. of the primary account user.
And the second virtual asset management sub-module is used for respectively carrying out change records on the virtual assets of the main account user and the appointed sub-account user after the transfer operation sub-module executes transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request, and respectively generating bill information corresponding to the main account user and the appointed sub-account user.
Taking the virtual asset as a voucher as an example, after the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, the use amount of the voucher of the primary account user is increased, and the balance is decreased. If the primary account user had transferred the balance of the ticket Zhang Dai to the designated sub-account user in its entirety, the balance of the ticket would be marked as 0 on the primary account user side and the status would be set to exhausted, and the ticket would not be presented in the primary account user's list of operational (or transferable) vouchers. If the primary account user transfers part of the credit of the voucher in the 'unused' state to the designated sub account user, the state of the voucher is changed from 'unused' to 'in use' on the side of the primary account user.
After the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request is executed, a voucher which does not need to be activated is received in the list of the appointed sub-account users, and the amount of the voucher is equal to the amount of the voucher transferred by the main account user.
In the disclosure, after the transfer operation sub-module executes the transfer operation corresponding to the transfer request, the second virtual asset management sub-module respectively performs change records on virtual assets of the primary account user and the designated sub-account user, where the change records may be balance records corresponding to the primary account user and the designated sub-account user respectively, and one change record corresponds to one transfer/transfer of the virtual asset, for example, the primary account user performs transfer of the virtual asset, and needs to record a record in the virtual asset balance of the primary account user that is in a transfer state, and one negative record is recorded correspondingly; the user of the appointed sub-account number performs transfer of the virtual asset, and a record with the state of transfer is required to be recorded in the balance of the virtual asset of the appointed sub-account number, and a positive record is correspondingly recorded. If the virtual asset transfer fails, no change log may be made. Further, bill information corresponding to the main account user and the appointed sub-account user can be generated respectively.
In the disclosure, the virtual asset transfer module 130 realizes autonomous management of the virtual asset by the primary account user, that is, the primary account user can autonomously select a certain amount of virtual asset transfer to the sub-account user under the primary account user, so that the sub-account user can share the virtual asset of the primary account user, thereby improving the utilization rate of the virtual asset and further improving the user viscosity. And moreover, each transfer operation of the virtual asset can be recorded and stored, so that subsequent viewing is facilitated, the operable virtual asset information of the main account user can be updated in time, and bill information corresponding to the main account user and the appointed sub-account user is generated, so that subsequent viewing and downloading are facilitated.
