Abstract

The application discloses a resource processing method, a device, equipment and a medium. The resource processing method comprises the following steps: firstly, a resource application request sent by an application platform is received, wherein the resource application request comprises user information of a user. And then, under the condition that the user information meets the preset auditing condition, sending an account application request to the credit service platform, wherein the account application request comprises the user information and the special resource attribute information, and the special account is used for storing the resource corresponding to the special resource attribute information. Then, receiving first feedback information sent by the credit service platform aiming at the account application request, wherein the first feedback information comprises account information of a special account; and sending account information of the special account to the application platform, wherein the special credit resources in the special account are used for paying the target orders related to the attribute information of the special resources. Background

With the rapid development of the internet economy, related departments adopt a mode of issuing training coupons on line to strengthen the skill training subsidy intensity of technicians so as to improve the skill training efficiency.

At present, the mode of issuing the training ticket on line still has some problems, firstly, the training personnel need to go off line to the training institution to pay and verify the training ticket, and the time, traffic and other costs of the trained crowd are increased; and secondly, the personnel involved in the training need to use own funds to pay, and some personnel involved in the training are not conscious and cannot finish payment training.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a resource processing method, a resource processing device and a resource processing medium, which can improve resource transfer efficiency so as to improve payment experience of a user.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource processing method, which is applied to a service platform, and the resource processing method may include:

receiving a resource application request sent by an application platform, wherein the application platform is a platform corresponding to an application program input by a user, and the resource application request comprises user information of the user;

under the condition that the user information is detected to meet the preset auditing condition, sending an account application request to a credit service platform, wherein the account application request comprises the user information and special resource attribute information, the account application request is used for applying a special account corresponding to the user according to the user information, and the special account is used for storing resources corresponding to the special resource attribute information;

receiving first feedback information sent by a credit service platform aiming at an account application request, wherein the first feedback information comprises account information of a special account;

and sending account information of the special account to the application platform, wherein the special credit resources in the special account are used for paying the target orders related to the attribute information of the special resources.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource processing method, which is applied to a credit service platform, and the resource processing method may include:

receiving an account application request sent by a service platform, wherein the account application request comprises user information and special resource attribute information;

determining a special account of the user according to the user information and the special resource attribute information, wherein the special account is used for storing resources corresponding to the special resource attribute information;

and sending first feedback information to the service platform, wherein the first feedback information comprises account information of the special account.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource processing method, which is applied to an application platform, and the resource processing method may include:

receiving a first input of a resource application from a user;

responding to the first input, sending a resource application request to the service platform, wherein the resource application request comprises user information of a user, the resource application request is used for applying for paying a special account of a target order, and the target order is related to special resource attribute information of the service platform;

and receiving account information of the special account sent by the service platform, wherein the special account comprises special credit resources which are used for paying the target order.

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource processing method, which is applied to a government affairs service platform, and the resource processing method may include:

receiving an audit request sent by a service platform, wherein the audit request comprises user information of a user;

auditing the user information of the user through a preset auditing condition to obtain result information which corresponds to the user information and passes the resource application auditing;

and sending audit feedback information to the service platform, wherein the audit feedback information comprises result information of passing the resource application audit corresponding to the user information, and the result information is used for representing that the user information meets the preset audit condition.

In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource processing apparatus, which is applied to a service platform, and the resource processing apparatus may include: the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a resource application request sent by an application platform, the application platform is a platform corresponding to an application program input by a user, and the resource application request comprises user information of the user;

According to the resource processing method, the resource processing device, the resource processing equipment and the resource processing medium, the target order related to the attribute information of the special resource is paid through the application of the special account and the special credit resource in the special account. Based on this, the resource processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 through a specific embodiment and an application scenario thereof.

The embodiment of the application provides a resource processing architecture, which comprises a server 10 of a service platform, a server 20 of a credit service platform, a resource processing device 30 and a server 40 of a government affairs service platform.

Here, the server 10 of the service platform may establish communication connections with the server 20 of the credit service platform, the resource processing device 30 and the server 40 of the government affairs service platform, respectively, for applying for a special account and a special credit resource in the special account to the server 20 of the credit service platform according to a resource application request received from the resource processing device 30 when the server 40 of the government affairs service platform determines that the user satisfies the condition for applying for the special account, and the special credit resource is used for paying for a target order related to the attribute information of the special resource. And when the user finishes the skill training and/or the server 20 of the credit service platform pays for finishing the target order, informing the server 40 of the government affairs service platform to transfer the special resource to the special account, so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource. The server 40 of the government affairs service platform can determine whether the user meets the condition of applying for the special account and approve the quota of the special resource in the special account when the user meets the condition of applying for the special account according to the verification request sent by the server 10 of the service platform, and the server 40 of the government affairs service platform can comprise a skill government affairs verification platform and/or a skill subsidy issuing platform. The server 20 of the credit service platform may be, for example, a banking platform, a third party resource, and/or an account issuing platform. The server 10 of the service platform sends an audit request to the government affair service platform according to the received resource application request sent by the application platform in the resource processing device 30, where the audit request is used to request an audit result of the resource application corresponding to the user information. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the special credit resource in the special account is a credit resource, and the special resource is a resource issued by the service platform according to the attribute information of the special resource, and is mainly used for repayment for the credit resource.

As shown in fig. 3, the resource processing method may be applied to a server of a service platform as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and based on this, the method may specifically include steps 310 to 340.

First, in step 310, a resource application request sent by an application platform is received, where the application platform is a platform corresponding to an application program received from a user, and the resource application request includes user information of the user.

Secondly, in step 320, when the user information meets the preset auditing condition, an account application request is sent to the credit service platform, the account application request includes the user information and the special resource attribute information, the account application request is used for applying for a special account corresponding to the user according to the user information, and the special account is used for storing the resource corresponding to the special resource attribute information.

Next, step 330, first feedback information sent by the credit service platform for the account application request is received, where the first feedback information includes account information of the special account.

Then, in step 340, account information of the special account is sent to the application platform, and the special credit resources in the special account are used for paying the target order related to the attribute information of the special resources.

Therefore, the target orders related to the attribute information of the special resources are paid by applying for the special accounts and through the special credit resources in the special accounts. Otherwise, under the condition that the matching result identification is unsuccessful, a re-application notification is sent to the application platform, and the re-application notification is used for notifying the user that the filled user information is inaccurate, so that the user can refill the user information again.

As shown in fig. 4, the resource processing method may be applied to a server of the credit service platform shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and based on this, the method may specifically include steps 410 to 430.

First, step 410, an account application request sent by a service platform is received, where the account application request includes user information and special resource attribute information.

Next, step 420, determining a special account of the user according to the user information and the attribute information of the special resource, where the special account is used to store the resource corresponding to the attribute information of the special resource.

and under the condition that the user information comprises personal identity information and/or biological characteristic information, matching the personal identity information with pre-stored personal identity information, and/or matching the biological characteristic information with the pre-stored biological characteristic information to obtain a matching result.

Under the condition that the matching result shows that the matching is successful, acquiring a resource application platform corresponding to the special resource attribute information according to the special resource attribute information; and under the condition that the preset platform white list comprises the resource application platform, determining that the user information meets the preset examination condition.

Step 630, sending audit feedback information to the service platform, where the audit feedback information includes result information of passing the resource application audit corresponding to the user information, and the result information is used to represent that the user information meets the preset audit condition.

In some possible embodiments, after step 630, the resource processing method may further include:

receiving a first special resource transfer request sent by a service platform;

and transferring the special resource to the special account based on the first special resource transfer request so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource.

In addition, in some possible embodiments, after step 630, the resource processing method may further include: receiving a second special resource transfer request sent by the service platform under the condition that the target order comprises a first sub-order and a second sub-order, and the first sub-order is paid by a first account of the user, wherein the second special resource transfer request comprises a resource value of the second sub-order;

and transferring the special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order to the special account based on the resource value of the second sub-order, so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the second sub-order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order.

According to the resource processing method, the target orders related to the attribute information of the special resources are paid through the application of the special accounts and the special credit resources in the special accounts. Therefore, the special credit account and the special credit resources replace the resources of the user, the resource transfer efficiency is improved, and the condition that the user cannot finish payment training because the user cannot pay by own funds is avoided. Through online resource transfer, the process that the user goes to a training institution for payment and verification and sale of the training ticket can be reduced, and the payment experience of the user is improved. In addition, the special credit resource in the special account is special, which is beneficial to continuously and effectively tracking and optimizing the special credit resource.

In order to better describe the resource processing method, the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the architecture shown in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 7, the resource processing method may include steps 701 to 716, which are described in detail below.

In step 701, a resource processing device receives selection input of a user selecting a training subsidy issuing option in an application platform.

In response to the selection input, the resource processing device displays an application information registration interface, step 702. And acquiring user information according to the application information registration interface.

Step 703, the resource processing device sends a resource application request to the server of the service platform, where the resource application request includes user information of the user.

Step 704, the server of the service platform sends an audit request to a government affair service platform in the server of the government affair service platform, wherein the audit request includes user information of the user, and the audit request is used for requesting an audit result of the resource application corresponding to the user information.

Step 705, the government affair service platform checks the user information of the user according to a preset checking condition to obtain result information of resource application check passing corresponding to the user information, and sends checking feedback information to the service platform, wherein the checking feedback information includes the result information of the resource application check passing corresponding to the user information, and the result information is used for representing that the user information meets the preset checking condition.

Step 706, the server of the service platform determines an application permission request according to the received audit feedback information, and sends an account application permission request to the application platform, where the account application permission request is used for requesting the permission of the account application.

And step 707, the resource processing device receives the account application permission request, and determines the permission granted to the service platform for the account application according to the account application permission request. And then, the resource processing equipment sends second feedback information to the service platform, wherein the second feedback information is used for representing the authority granted to the service platform for carrying out account application.

Step 708, after the service platform receives the second feedback information, sending an account application request to the credit service platform, where the account application request includes the user information and the special resource attribute information.

Step 709, the credit service platform receives the account application request, and determines the special account of the user, such as the second-type account or the third-type account, according to the user information and the special resource attribute information. And the credit service platform sends account opening success information to the service platform.

Step 710, the service platform receives the account opening success information and determines the resource application authority request. And then, sending successful account opening information and a resource application authority request to the application platform, wherein the resource application authority request is used for requesting the application platform to grant the authority of the service platform for resource application.

And 711, determining the authority granted to the service platform for resource application by the application platform according to the resource application authority request. And then, the resource processing equipment sends third feedback information to the service platform according to the authority granted to the service platform for resource application, wherein the third feedback information is used for representing the authority granted to the application platform for requesting a special credit resource application through the credit information of the user.

And 712, the service platform receives the third feedback information and sends a credit resource application request to the credit service platform, wherein the credit resource application request is used for applying for the special credit resource in the special account. Here, the special credit resource is a resource issued by the credit service platform according to the credit of the user, and thus, after the use of the special credit resource is completed, a payment operation needs to be performed on the credit service platform.

Step 713, the credit service platform receives the credit resource application request and acquires credit investigation information of the user from the third-party trusted platform based on the resource application request; under the condition that the credit investigation information meets the preset condition, determining a resource value corresponding to the special resource attribute information; and adding a special credit resource corresponding to the resource value in the special account. Then, the credit service platform sends first feedback information to the service platform, wherein the first feedback information comprises account information of the special account.

And 714, the service platform receives the first feedback information and sends account information of the special account to the application platform, wherein the special credit resource in the special account is used for paying the target order related to the attribute information of the special resource.

Step 715, after detecting that the special credit resource in the special account pays the target order related to the attribute information of the special resource, or after detecting that the user completes the training process, the service platform sends a first special resource transfer request to the government service platform, wherein the special resource transfer request is used for prompting the government service platform to transfer the special resource to the special account.

And 716, transferring the special resource to a special account by the government service platform according to the target order, so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource.

To sum up, according to the resource processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, on one hand, for the training staff and the payee such as the training institution, the training staff does not need to go offline to the training institution to pay for the self-payment of the capital and/or check and sell the training ticket, only needs to apply for the special account and the special credit resource on line in real time to pay for the on-line use of the special credit resource, and completes the confirmation with the training institution on line, so that the efficiency of the whole training process is greatly improved, the situation that the user cannot complete the payment training because the user cannot pay for the self-capital is avoided, the payment experience of the user is improved, and the human cost and the financial cost of the training institution are reduced.

On the other hand, for the credit service platform, the special credit resources in the special account can be dedicated, so that the resource transfer efficiency is improved, continuous and effective tracking and optimization of the special credit resources are facilitated, and the user stickiness of the credit service platform is improved.

On the other hand, for a service platform such as a skill subsidy issuing platform, the on-line platform can be used for conveniently finishing the issuing of the skill subsidies, so that the labor cost and the financial cost of the issuing of the skill subsidies are reduced, and the efficiency of the issuing of the skill subsidies is improved.

Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a resource processing device applied to the service platform. The details are described with reference to fig. 8.

Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a resource processing apparatus applied to a service platform according to the resource processing method provided in the present application.

As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present application, the resource processing apparatus shown in fig. 8 may be disposed in a server of the service platform shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and the resource processing apparatus 80 may specifically include:

a receiving module 801, configured to receive a resource application request sent by an application platform, where the application platform is a platform corresponding to an application program input by a user, and the resource application request includes user information of the user;

a sending module 802, configured to send an account application request to the credit service platform when the user information meets a preset auditing condition, where the account application request includes user information and special resource attribute information, the account application request is used to apply for a special account corresponding to the user according to the user information, and the special account is used to store a resource corresponding to the special resource attribute information;

the receiving module 801 is further configured to receive first feedback information sent by the credit service platform for the account application request, where the first feedback information includes account information of the special account;

Based on this, under the condition that the user information comprises the personal identity information and/or the biological characteristic information, the matching module is used for matching the personal identity information with the pre-stored personal identity information and/or matching the biological characteristic information with the pre-stored biological characteristic information to obtain a matching result;

In addition, the sending module 802 according to the embodiment of the present application is further configured to send an audit request to the government affairs service platform, where the audit request includes user information of the user, and the audit request is used to request an audit result of the resource application corresponding to the user information. The receiving module 801 of the embodiment of the application is further configured to receive audit feedback information sent by the government affair service platform, where the audit feedback information includes result information of resource application audit passing corresponding to the user information, and the result information is used to indicate that the user information meets a preset audit condition.

In a possible embodiment, the sending module 802 in the embodiment of the present application is further configured to send an account application permission request to the application platform when the user information meets a preset auditing condition, where the account application permission request is used to request permission for an account application. And the sending module 802 is further configured to send an account application request to the credit service platform when receiving second feedback information sent by the service platform, where the second feedback information is used to represent an authority granted to the service platform for performing an account application.

In a possible embodiment, the sending module 802 of the embodiment of the present application is further configured to send a resource application permission request to the application platform, where the resource application permission request is used to request a permission for a dedicated credit resource application.

Based on this, the receiving module 801 in the embodiment of the present application is further configured to receive third feedback information sent by the application platform. The sending module 802 of the embodiment of the present application is further configured to send a credit resource application request to the credit service platform when the third feedback information represents the right granted to the application platform for requesting the application of the dedicated credit resource through the credit information of the user, where the credit resource application request is used for applying for the dedicated credit resource in the dedicated account.

In addition, in a possible embodiment, the sending module 802 in this application embodiment is further configured to send, when it is detected that the target order related to the attribute information of the specific resource is paid by the specific credit resource in the specific account, a first specific resource transfer request to the government service platform, where the specific resource transfer request is used to prompt the government service platform to transfer the specific resource to the specific account, so that the specific resource is deducted from the resource related to the order in the specific account within the preset authority by the credit service platform based on the specific resource.

Further, when the target order includes a first sub-order and a second sub-order, and the first sub-order is paid by a first account of the user, the sending module 802 is further configured to send a second special resource transfer request to the government service platform according to a resource value of the second sub-order, where the second special resource transfer request is used to prompt the government service platform to transfer a special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order to the special account, so that the government service platform deducts a resource related to the second sub-order in the special account within a preset authority based on the special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order. Wherein, the special account is a second type account or a third type account of the user.

a receiving module 901, configured to receive an account application request sent by a service platform, where the account application request includes user information and special resource attribute information;

a processing module 902, configured to determine a special account of the user according to the user information and the special resource attribute information, where the special account is used to store a resource corresponding to the special resource attribute information;

the sending module 903 is configured to send first feedback information to the service platform, where the first feedback information includes account information of the special account.

And the determining module is used for determining the resource value corresponding to the special resource attribute information under the condition that the credit investigation information meets the preset condition. In a possible embodiment, the resource processing apparatus 90 in this embodiment may further include an adding module, configured to deduct resources related to the order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource when detecting that the special credit resource in the special account is used for paying the target order related to the attribute information of the special resource.

In a possible embodiment, the receiving module 1001 is further configured to receive a resource application permission request sent by the service platform, where the resource application permission request is used to request a permission for a dedicated credit resource application. The determining module is also used for determining the authority granted to the application platform for requesting the special credit resource application through the credit information of the user according to the resource application authority request. The sending module 1002 is further configured to send third feedback information to the application platform, where the third feedback information is used to represent an authority granted to the application platform to request the application of the special credit resource through the credit information of the user.

in some possible embodiments, the resource processing device 110 in the embodiment of the present application may also transfer the module. Based on this, the receiving module 1101 may further be configured to receive a first special resource transfer request sent by the service platform; and the transfer module is used for transferring the special resource to the special account based on the first special resource transfer request so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource.

In another possible embodiment, in a case that the target order includes a first sub-order and a second sub-order, and the first sub-order is paid by the first account of the user, the receiving module 1101 may be further configured to receive a second special resource transfer request sent by the service platform, where the second special resource transfer request includes a resource value of the second sub-order; the transfer module is further configured to transfer the special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order to the special account based on the resource value of the second sub-order, so that the credit service platform deducts the resource related to the second sub-order in the special account within the preset authority based on the special resource corresponding to the resource value of the second sub-order.

In some possible embodiments, the auditing module 1102 in the embodiment of the present application may be specifically configured to, in a case where the user information includes personal identity information and/or biometric information, match the personal identity information with pre-stored personal identity information, and/or match the biometric information with pre-stored biometric information to obtain a matching result;

As shown in fig. 12, the computing device 120 may be a server of the service platform shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, a server of the credit service platform shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, a resource processing device shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, or a server of the government affairs service platform shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2. The computing device may include a processor 1201 and a memory 1202 storing computer program instructions.

Specifically, the processor 1201 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present Application.

Memory 1202 may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 1202 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), a floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, an optical Disk, a magneto-optical Disk, tape, or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 1202 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. Memory 1202 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 1202 is non-volatile solid-state memory. In certain embodiments, memory 1202 comprises Read Only Memory (ROM). Where appropriate, the ROM may be mask-programmed ROM, Programmable ROM (PROM), Erasable PROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), electrically rewritable ROM (EAROM), or flash memory or a combination of two or more of these.

The processor 1201 realizes any one of the resource processing methods in the above embodiments by reading and executing the computer program instructions stored in the memory 1202.

In one example, the data processing device may also include a communication interface 1203 and a bus 1204. As shown in fig. 12, the processor 1201, the memory 1202, and the communication interface 1203 are connected via a bus 1210 to complete communication therebetween.

The communication interface 1203 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, apparatuses, units and/or devices in this embodiment of the application.

Bus 1204 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the flow control device to each other. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.

The resource processing device may execute the resource processing method in the embodiment of the present application, so as to implement the resource processing method and apparatus described in conjunction with fig. 1 to 10.

In addition, in combination with the resource processing method in the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may provide a computer-readable storage medium to implement. The computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any of the resource processing methods in the above embodiments.

1. A resource processing method is applied to a service platform and comprises the following steps:

under the condition that the user information meets a preset auditing condition, sending an account application request to a credit service platform, wherein the account application request comprises the user information and special resource attribute information, the account application request is used for applying a special account corresponding to the user according to the user information, and the special account is used for storing resources corresponding to the special resource attribute information;

under the condition that the user information meets a preset auditing condition, sending an account application permission request to the application platform, wherein the account application permission request is used for requesting the permission of account application;

and when second feedback information sent by the service platform is received, sending an account application request to a credit service platform, wherein the second feedback information is used for representing the authority granted to the service platform for account application.
