Abstract

本发明涉及一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,所述方法包括:采用低熔点双组分短纤维进行开松,经梳理机梳理成纤维网面;将树脂原料通过挤出计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至上述纤维网面,再将复合后的纤维网面经热风粘合成复合无纺布送至收卷机收卷。本发明公开的方法简单,可实现连续化生产,生产效率高,能生产出满足卫生用品材料等用途的超细纤维复合无纺布。

Description

一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产技术改进的技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
热风无纺布通过低熔点双组分纤维经热风粘合,所得的无纺布兼具蓬松性与柔软性,通常可使用在纸尿裤、卫生巾等卫生用品材料。但现有的用于卫生用品在打孔时,将无纺布用所谓的离线打孔方法制备,工序较多,且耗人力。
随着对卫生用品的舒适性进一步追求,对无纺布材料进行功能性改善成为提高卫生用品产品质量和功能最主要的方法。超细纤维由于直径很小,纤维手感特别柔软,同时在微纤维之间形成毛细管效应,具备高吸水性。故将超细纤维结合到无纺布材料,可以开发得到更舒适的功能性卫生用品。
现有技术中,可通过纺制海岛纤维、中空橘瓣分裂纤维等方法获取超细纤维,但均需进行碱减量等消除其中一种成分或机械开纤等后处理手段,原生纤维不适用于热风无纺布进行后加工处理成超细纤维。如直接采用超细纤维与低熔点双组分纤维混棉后通过机械梳理机进行梳理成网,但由于超细纤维太细,普通的机械梳理机很难对应,极易形成棉结影响产品品质,而专用的超细纤维梳理机不但造价昂贵而且速度较慢,并且不能很好兼顾梳理较粗的其他纤维。另外,也可以用双层无纺布复合的技术,实现超细纤维无纺布与热风无纺布进行粘接,如采用超声波的方法。但该种方法采用的超细纤维无纺布通常网面比较致密,复合后的无纺布克重较大,由于无纺布成网上的要求,超细纤维的含量不能过小。
由此可见,上述现有的无纺布技术不能很好的满足需要。因此如何开发一种新的技术方案,将功能性较好的超细纤维与蓬松性较好的热风无纺布结合,很好地促进卫生用品材料朝功能性方向发展,也成为业界亟需改进的目标。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种工序少、可以根据需要调节纤维比例,且可连续化生产大大降低生产成本的超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用低熔点双组分短纤维并对其进行开松;
(2)经梳理机将低熔点双组分短纤维梳理成纤维网面;
(3)将树脂原料通过挤出计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至上述纤维网面;
(4)将复合后的纤维网面经热风粘合成复合无纺布送至收卷机收卷。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的低熔点双组分短纤维是一种由芯层外包裹一层皮层组成的皮芯复合结构,所述芯层与皮层可为同心或偏心,所述皮层成分的熔点为100℃~160℃,所述芯层成分熔点大于皮层熔点,两者相差20℃,所述皮层成分为聚乙烯(PE),芯层成分为聚丙烯(PP)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中低熔点双组分短纤维的长度为38mm、45mm和51mm。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中树脂原料的熔点大于双组分短纤维皮层成分的熔点,所述树脂原料经挤出机熔融挤出、计量泵计量后,经高压加热空气进行牵伸成超细纤维,纤维的直径为0.5~10μm。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中形成的超细纤维喷洒至纤维网面,依靠超细纤维未冷却的自身温度,与纤维网面上的低熔点双组分纤维进行部合粘合。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中的复合无纺布,所述超细纤维与双组分纤维网面复合后再经热风粘合,所述热风温度大于等于双组分短纤维皮层成分的熔点,小于双组分短纤维芯层成分的熔点。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中的复合无纺布重量比例在0.1~99%;复合无纺布的克重为10~160g/m2。
通过本发明的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其有益效果为:

具体实施方式
下面通过附图与具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供了一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用低熔点双组分短纤维并对其进行开松;
(2)经梳理机将低熔点双组分短纤维梳理成纤维网面;
(3)将树脂原料通过挤出计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至上述纤维网面;
(4)将复合后的纤维网面经热风粘合成复合无纺布送至收卷机收卷。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的低熔点双组分短纤维是一种由芯层外包裹一层皮层组成的皮芯复合结构,如图2、图3所示,所述芯层与皮层可为同心或偏心,所述皮层成分的熔点为100℃~160℃,所述芯层成分熔点大于皮层熔点,两者相差20℃,所述皮层成分为聚乙烯(PE),芯层成分为聚丙烯(PP)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中低熔点双组分短纤维的长度为38mm、45mm和51mm。

实施例1
采用PE/PP双组分短纤维,规格为2.22dtex×38mm,开松后经梳理机梳理成纤维网面,网面克重为15g/m2;将MFR(230℃/2.16kg)为800g/10min的PP树脂原料通过挤出机熔化,熔体温度为290~295℃,计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由温度为265℃、压力为0.3MPa的高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至短纤维网面上,复合后经135℃热风粘合,最终得到20g/m2的热风复合无纺布。
实施例2
采用PE/PET双组分短纤维,规格为2.22dtex×38mm,开松后经梳理机梳理成纤维网面,网面克重为20g/m2;将MFR(230℃/2.16kg)为1200g/10min的PP树脂原料通过挤出机熔化,熔体温度为270~275℃,计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由温度为255℃、压力为0.2MPa的高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至短纤维网面上,复合后经138℃热风粘合,最终得到30g/m2的热风复合无纺布。
上述实施例仅用于解释说明本发明的发明构思,而非对本发明权利保护的限定,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用低熔点双组分短纤维并对其进行开松;
(2)经梳理机将低熔点双组分短纤维梳理成纤维网面;
(3)将树脂原料通过挤出计量后经熔喷模头喷出,由高压热气牵伸形成超细纤维,并喷洒至上述纤维网面;
(4)将复合后的纤维网面经热风粘合成复合无纺布送至收卷机收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的低熔点双组分短纤维是一种由芯层外包裹一层皮层组成的皮芯复合结构,所述芯层与皮层可为同心或偏心,所述皮层成分的熔点为100℃~160℃,所述芯层成分熔点大于皮层熔点,两者相差20℃,所述皮层成分为聚乙烯(PE),芯层成分为聚丙烯(PP)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中低熔点双组分短纤维的长度为38mm、45mm和51mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中树脂原料的熔点大于双组分短纤维皮层成分的熔点,所述树脂原料经挤出机熔融挤出、计量泵计量后,经高压加热空气进行牵伸成超细纤维,纤维的直径为0.5~10μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中形成的超细纤维喷洒至纤维网面,依靠超细纤维未冷却的自身温度,与纤维网面上的低熔点双组分纤维进行部合粘合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的复合无纺布,所述超细纤维与双组分纤维网面复合后再经热风粘合,所述热风温度大于等于双组分短纤维皮层成分的熔点,小于双组分短纤维芯层成分的熔点。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细纤维热风复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的复合无纺布重量比例在0.1~99%;复合无纺布的克重为10~160g/m2。
