本发明涉及发动机保护剂技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆重负荷齿轮油,所述车辆重负荷齿轮油,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油90~96重量份、降凝剂0.5~2重量份、添加剂3~5重量份、抗磨剂0.1~0.5重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。本发明在车辆重负荷齿轮油中加入高温抗氧剂、抗磨剂改善了车辆重负荷齿轮油的性能,使其满足10万公里的换油周期要求,它缓解了油品因始终处于高温下自身的氧化速度,另外加强其抗磨特性使齿轮油温度不会因齿轮之间摩擦而过高,对齿轮具有很大的保护能力,降低了齿轮的养护费用。

一种车辆重负荷齿轮油
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机保护剂技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆重负荷齿轮油。
背景技术
重负荷车辆齿轮油的质量等级采用美国石油学会API的分类规则,为GL-5等级,该等级下的油品在国内普遍应用在重负荷柴油车辆的后桥齿轮、差速器和手动变速箱里。这个等级下的齿轮油最常见的换油周期为5-6万公里。随着发动机油换油周期的不断延长,客户对齿轮油的换油周期也提出了要求,希望能提升至10万公里以上,这就对重负荷车辆齿轮油的耐久型提出了新的要求,各方面性能均需提升,才能满足延长换油周期2倍以上的效果。
市场上的车用齿轮油换油周期一般在6万公里,随着汽车行业的发展,车辆制造商和用户对车辆齿轮油的要求是延长换油周期,因此现有的车辆齿轮油已经不能满足市场的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的主要目的是提供一种车辆重负荷齿轮油,它能够将车辆的换油里程达到10万公里,不仅对齿轮箱无影响而且节省了保养费用。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种车辆重负荷齿轮油,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油90~96重量份、降凝剂0.5~2重量份、添加剂3~5重量份、抗磨剂0.1~0.5重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油包括以下重量份的物质:基础油93.9重量份、降凝剂1重量份、添加剂4.2重量份、抗磨剂0.3重量份、高温抗氧剂0.6重量份、消泡剂0.002重量份。
根据本发明,降凝剂能够降低润滑油的表观粘度和屈服值冰点,从而达到提高润滑油的低温流动性,有效地细化蜡晶,优选条件下,所述降凝剂为降凝剂1-189。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述添加剂为添加剂3339。
根据本发明,本发明通过在润滑油中加入抗磨剂,能够利于在油膜薄的情况下依然能够起到抗磨损效果,形成的油膜起到缓冲的作用和降噪功能,优选条件下,所述抗磨剂为抗磨剂7169。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述高温抗氧剂选自高温抗氧剂L-135和/或高温抗氧剂L-57。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述消泡剂为消泡剂2#。
根据本发明,本发明对基础油的种类没有特殊的要求,可以为所述领域技术人员常知的基础油,优选条件下,所述基础油为二类油120BS和三类油SK150中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明在车辆重负荷齿轮油中加入高温抗氧剂、抗磨剂改善了车辆重负荷齿轮油的性能,使其满足10万公里的换油周期要求,它缓解了油品因始终处于高温下自身的氧化速度,另外加强其抗磨特性使齿轮油温度不会因齿轮之间摩擦而过高,对齿轮具有很大的保护能力,降低了齿轮的养护费用。

测试:将上述实施例1~3制得的车辆重负荷齿轮油主要物性指标根据相关检测标准测试,实验结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出:本发明采用二类油和三类油作为基础油,在原有添加剂的基础上增加抗磨剂和高温抗氧剂,提升其抗磨性能和抗氧化能力,使其油品自身氧化的速度大幅度减慢,还不影响其抗磨性能。
对现在市场上普通的GL-5油品和实施例1~3的车辆重负荷齿轮油车辆重负荷齿轮油进行数据对比,齿轮油中起到极压抗磨作用的元素为硫和磷,在长换油周期齿轮油中,硫磷含量要高于普通GL-5,另其四球极压值也较其他产品高,所以对于齿轮的极压保护更加完美,防止过早过多的磨损,延长齿轮油换油周期。
本发明还检测了实施例1中的车辆重负荷齿轮油在车辆上使用10万公里后的元素组成成分,实验结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,在使用10W公里后,齿轮油起到极压抗磨性的硫和磷等元素有相应减少,但减少量都在15%以内,能够正常使用。另外其他金属元素增加量很小,说明本发明的齿轮油在使用过程中对齿轮的保护非常优异。

1.一种车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油90~96重量份、降凝剂0.5~2重量份、添加剂3~5重量份、抗磨剂0.1~0.5重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油93.9重量份、降凝剂1重量份、添加剂4.2重量份、抗磨剂0.3重量份、高温抗氧剂0.6重量份、消泡剂0.002重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为降凝剂1-189。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,所述添加剂为添加剂3339。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为抗磨剂7169。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,所述高温抗氧剂选自高温抗氧剂L-135和/或高温抗氧剂L-57。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆重负荷齿轮油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为消泡剂2#。
