本发明涉及果冻领域,尤其涉及到一种蔬菜保健果冻。
背景技术
近年来,市场出现一些各式各样的果冻,增加了牛奶、巧克力等,还有水果果冻,果冻中分层的水果果肉,晶莹剔透,十分鲜艳诱人。但随着人们对于食品保健的重视,人们对于果冻食品有了更高的要求。而蔬菜蔬菜含有许多维生素、矿物质微量元素以及相关的植物化学物质,所以蔬菜不仅是低糖、低盐、低脂的健康食物,同时还能有效的减轻环境污染对人体的损害,同时蔬菜还对各种疾病起预防作用。
