本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种LDPE配方。
背景技术
LDPE有比较好的综合性能,但导电性能不好。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善导电性能的半导电LDPE配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
半导电LDPE配方,其改进之处在于:每100份树脂中配备:20~24份聚异丁烯、38~45份炭黑、0.2~0.3份Ba/Cd、1.0~1.5份交联剂、0.7~0.9份Pe腊、0.2~0.4份HSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加炭黑,显著改善导电性能。

实施例1:
半导电LDPE配方,每100份树脂中配备:24份聚异丁烯、38份炭黑、0.2份Ba/Cd、1.0份交联剂、0.7份Pe腊、0.2份HSt。
实施例2:
半导电LDPE配方,每100份树脂中配备:20份聚异丁烯、45份炭黑、0.3份Ba/Cd、1.5份交联剂、0.9份Pe腊、0.4份HSt。
