本发明公开了一种LDPE挤出发泡配方,每100份树脂中配备:1~2份EVA、2~3份AC、0.03~0.05份DCP、1~2份ZnO、1~2份TiO2、0.5~0.8份PbSt2、1.0~1.2份HSt。本发明添加HZ‑1,显著改善发泡性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种LDPE配方。
背景技术
LDPE有比较好的综合性能,但发泡性能不好。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善发泡性能的LDPE挤出发泡配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
LDPE挤出发泡配方,其改进之处在于:每100份树脂中配备:1~2份EVA、2~3份AC、0.03~0.05份DCP、1~2份ZnO、1~2份TiO2、0.5~0.8份PbSt2、1.0~1.2份HSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加AC,显著改善发泡性能。

实施例1:
LDPE挤出发泡配方,每100份树脂中配备:1份EVA、2份AC、0.03份DCP、1份ZnO、1份TiO2、0.5份PbSt2、1.0份HSt。
实施例2:
LDPE挤出发泡配方,每100份树脂中配备: 2份EVA、3份AC、0.05份DCP、2份ZnO、2份TiO2、0.8份PbSt2、1.2份HSt。
