本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种降噪齿轮，包括齿轮体，所述齿轮体内设有安装轴孔，所述齿轮体内设有环道，所述齿轮体两侧设有外圈，所述环道内设有内隔音层。

根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括，所述外圈内设有外隔音层。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括，所述外隔音层采用橡胶制造。
本实用新型的有益效果是，这种降噪齿轮在使用的时候，在齿轮内部和外部都设置了隔音层，使齿轮在运作的过程中产生的噪音被隔离吸收掉，大大的降低了传动噪音，满足使用需求。

这种降噪齿轮在使用的时候，通过安装在齿轮体1内的内隔音层5将齿轮内部振动产生的噪音吸附掉，在齿轮体1的外部加装了外圈4，外圈4内为外隔音层6，在使用的过程中进一步的提高了隔音效果，使齿轮在运转的时候噪音更低，满足使用需求。

1.一种降噪齿轮，包括齿轮体（1），所述齿轮体（1）内设有安装轴孔（2），其特征是，所述齿轮体（1）内设有环道（3），所述齿轮体（1）两侧设有外圈（4），所述环道（3）内设有内隔音层（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪齿轮，其特征是，所述内隔音层（5）采用棉层制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降噪齿轮，其特征是，所述外圈（4）内设有外隔音层（6）。
