The outer diameter of the brush cover is larger than that of the brush base, and guide holes 9421 which are in sliding connection with the guide rods respectively are formed in the brush cover.
The buoyancy value of the float in water is 1.2 times larger than the whole weight of the filtering component.
When the negative pressure value in the ceramic filter element is increased to be larger than the elastic force of the spring, negative pressure is formed above the piston in the brush seat communicated with the interior of the ceramic filter element through the hose, the water outlet connecting pipe and the connecting cover in sequence, so that the piston compresses the spring to move upwards.
When the piston moves to the top limit position in the brush body under the action of negative pressure, the buoyancy of the brush body is larger than the self gravity of the brush body, so that the brush body moves from bottom to top along the guide rod; when the piston moves to the limit position of the bottom in the brush body, the gravity of the brush body and water in the brush body is larger than the buoyancy of the brush body, so that the brush body moves from top to bottom along the guide rod.
A pipeline connected with the water inlet end of the water suction pump is connected with a fluid pressure sensor, when the fluid pressure sensor detects that the negative pressure value (absolute value) is larger than a set value, the outer wall of the ceramic filter element is judged to be blocked, and at the moment, the output power of the water suction pump is controlled to be alternately increased and decreased for a period of time (2-5 min); when the output power of the water suction pump is increased, negative pressure is formed in the brush body communicated with the water inlet end of the water suction pump, and when the piston moves to the top limit position in the brush body under the action of the negative pressure, the buoyancy of the brush body is larger than the gravity of the brush body, so that the brush body moves from bottom to top along the guide rod, and the bristles brush the outer wall of the ceramic filter element; when the output power of the water suction pump is reduced, the negative pressure in the brush body communicated with the water inlet end of the water suction pump is reduced, the piston moves to the limit position of the bottom in the brush body under the action of the restoring force of the spring, the brush body and the gravity of water in the brush body are larger than the buoyancy of the brush body, the brush body moves from top to bottom along the guide rod, and therefore the bristles are used for brushing the outer wall of the ceramic filter element again. After a plurality of times of brushing, the ceramic filter element is recovered to a normal filtering state.
Through the structure, the brush body is not required to be driven to move by designing redundant driving parts, and the function of automatically cleaning the ceramic filter element is realized only by the water suction pump carried by the system.
Compared with the chinese patent document CN105688478A, although it also achieves the function of automatically brushing the ceramic filter, it is only suitable for the structure in which the ceramic filter is enclosed in a closed housing, and is not suitable for the case where the ceramic filter needs to be in an open environment as in the present invention. Furthermore, the brush body moves up and down to realize the brushing action by changing the difference value between the overall weight and the buoyancy of the brush body, the design is ingenious, the water entering and exiting the brush body is filtered, the piston cannot be hindered by impurities in the moving process, and the service life and the maintenance-free time are obviously prolonged.

the water tank is also connected with a water suction pump, the water inlet end of the water suction pump is connected with a filtering component through a hose, and the filtering component floats on the water surface;
the filtering component comprises a floater, a connecting cover fixedly connected to the lower end of the floater, an integral cylindrical ceramic filter element connected to the lower end of the connecting cover, and a brush body sleeved on the periphery of the ceramic filter element and used for brushing off plugs on the outer wall of the ceramic filter element in the vertical movement process;
the side surface of the connecting cover is fixedly connected with a water outlet connecting pipe, a pipe joint a is formed on the side wall of the water outlet connecting pipe, and the water outlet connecting pipe is communicated with the interior of the ceramic filter element; a water passage is formed in the connecting cover and is communicated with the lower end of the connecting cover and the inner end of the water outlet connecting pipe;
the upper end of the ceramic filter element is fixedly connected with an annular filter element upper joint made of plastic, and the filter element upper joint is connected with the lower end of the connecting cover through threads; the lower end of the ceramic filter element is fixedly connected with a filter element lower joint made of plastic and used for sealing the lower end of the ceramic filter element; the diameter of the lower filter element joint is larger than that of the ceramic filter element, the upper end of the lower filter element joint is fixedly connected with a plurality of longitudinally arranged guide rods at the periphery of the ceramic filter element, and the guide rods are equidistantly arranged along the circumferential direction of the ceramic filter element;
the brush body comprises a brush seat which is integrally annular and has an opening at the lower end, an annular brush cover which is connected to the lower end of the brush seat in a sealing way, an annular piston which is arranged in the brush seat in a sealing and sliding way, and a spring which is arranged between the upper end of the piston and the top in the brush seat; the inner periphery of the brush seat is uniformly connected with bristles for brushing off the plugging objects on the outer wall of the ceramic filter element; a pipe joint b is formed on the side surface of the brush seat close to the upper end part, and the pipe joint b is connected with the pipe joint a through a hose; the space between the piston and the brush cover in the brush body is filled with gas easy to liquefy;
the outer diameter of the brush cover is larger than that of the brush seat, and guide holes which are respectively in corresponding sliding connection with the guide rods are formed in the brush cover;
the buoyancy value of the floater in water is 1.2 times larger than the whole weight of the filtering component;
when the negative pressure value in the ceramic filter element is increased to be larger than the elastic force of the spring, negative pressure is formed above the piston in the brush seat communicated with the interior of the ceramic filter element through the conduction of the hose, the water outlet connecting pipe and the connecting cover in sequence, so that the piston compresses the spring to move upwards;
when the piston moves to the top limit position in the brush body under the action of negative pressure, the buoyancy of the brush body is larger than the self gravity of the brush body, so that the brush body moves from bottom to top along the guide rod; when the piston moves to the limit position of the bottom in the brush body, the gravity of the brush body and water in the brush body is larger than the buoyancy of the brush body, so that the brush body moves from top to bottom along the guide rod;
and a pipeline connected with the water inlet end of the water suction pump is connected with a fluid pressure sensor, when the fluid pressure sensor detects that the negative pressure value is greater than a set value, the outer wall of the ceramic filter element is judged to be blocked, and at the moment, the output power of the water suction pump is controlled to be alternately increased and decreased.
