本发明涉及食品添加剂领域,尤其涉及到一种天然食品添加剂。
背景技术
食品添加剂是指为有效改善食品的品质质量和色、香、味,以及为延长食品的贮存期而加入食品中的化学合成物质或天然物质。目前市场上使用的大多属于化学合成食品添加剂,虽然化学合成的食品添加剂成本较低,效果显著,但是其添加量达到一定浓度或剂量水平时,会产生一定的毒副作用。因此,对于消费者来说,他们一直追求着天然、安全、无副作用的食品添加剂。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种天然食品添加剂,纯天然,不会对人体有任何危害;具有抗氧化、抑菌、防腐等功效,还能够增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌症,使用范围广,在炒食、炖煮、糕点、罐头、饮料等食品制作过程中都可以添加作为辅料使用。
