Abstract

本发明提供了一种水性硬脂酸锌乳液,该乳液是由包括重量百分比为硬脂酸锌20‑40%、去离子水50‑70%、分散剂1‑4%、乳化剂1‑4%、消泡剂0.1‑0.4%和杀菌剂1‑2%在40‑60℃、200‑2000 r/min的转速搅拌下乳化获得,其中硬脂酸锌预先研磨成粒径小于1μm的超细粉末后再进行乳化,乳化剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚任一种的混合物。本发明的水性硬脂酸锌乳液,硬脂酸锌粒子粒径小、固含量高,乳液粘度低,乳液均匀,增感、润滑效果理想,可在长时间存放时不出现凝絮分层和变质现象,且生产时处于无泡状态。本发明还提供一种由上述制备方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液及其应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及增感剂、润滑剂的制备,尤其涉及一种硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,更具体是涉及一种增感、润滑效果好的水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法。本发明还涉及一种由上述制备方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液及其应用。
背景技术
目前,水性硬脂酸锌主要用作特种涂布纸的润滑剂、砂纸的超涂层、热敏纸的增感剂和橡胶的脱模剂及水性涂料的功能助剂等,由于硬脂酸锌不溶于水,是以粒子分散于使用体系中发挥作用,所以粒径的大小将直接影响有效成分的分散效果,现有的水性酸脂酸锌粒径大、不易分散,并且容易沉淀,使用效果不理想,这是由于普通生产工艺很难使硬脂酸锌达到微粒子化,同时硬脂酸锌也是高乳化困难的物质,以往所制备的水性硬脂酸锌乳液由于其组分相容性不好,导致其乳化作用效果不佳,分散液存放较长时间会出现凝絮分层现象,其次是在粘度较高时会产生很多泡沫,产品质量不理想,故一般的硬脂酸锌作为润滑剂使用在造纸行业时,其增感、润滑效果不理想,不能满足高档纸、特殊纸的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,由该方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液粒径小、组分相容性好,可在长时间存放时不变质。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种由上述制备方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种上述水性硬脂酸锌乳液的应用。
为实现以上目的,本发明的水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,是由包括重量百分比为硬脂酸锌20 - 40%、去离子水50 - 70%、分散剂1 - 4%、乳化剂1 - 4%、消泡剂0.1 -0.4%和杀菌剂1 - 2%以下述步骤获得:
(1)将去离子水、乳化剂及分散剂混合,在40-60℃间加热搅拌溶解,待体系形成均匀乳液后加入消泡剂,以200-2000 r/min的转速搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)将硬脂酸锌研磨成粒径小于1 μm的超细粉末后加入到步骤(1)得到的均匀乳液中,继续搅拌1-2小时后加入杀菌剂;
(3)将体系冷却至室温、过滤,得到粒径范围0.5 - 1.0 μm、粘度范围100 - 500 mPa·s、固含量范围25 - 40%的硬脂酸锌乳液;
其中乳化剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚任一种的混合物。
上述制备方法中,分散剂为低泡润湿分散剂,优选有机改性聚硅氧烷脂肪酸衍生物、聚丙烯酸酯类等颜料亲和基团共聚物、水溶性非离子表面活性剂、含亲颜料基团的高分子量嵌段共聚体、聚羧酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种的混合物。
上述制备方法中,分散剂优选德国毕克化学公司出品的牌号为DISPERBYK-191的润湿分散剂、美国陶氏公司出品的牌号为CF-10的润湿剂、英国狮润公司出品的牌号为SUREAEON-D509的润湿分散剂、日本诺普科公司出品的牌号为SN5040的分散剂、德国科宁公司出品的牌号为PE100的润湿剂中的一种或两种的混合物。
上述制备方法中,消泡剂为水溶性硅类消泡剂、高级磷酸酯或改性聚醚中的一种或两种的混合物。
上述制备方法中,杀菌剂为五氟酚钠、苄基溴代乙酸酯或四氟间苯二腈中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明还提供了一种由上述制备方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液。
本发明的水性硬脂酸锌乳液可以在造纸、涂料、橡胶、塑料、纺织品、铅笔芯、水墨、皮革或化妆品等行业中作为润滑剂、增感剂、抗刮擦剂、打磨剂、保色剂和脱模剂使用。
上述水性硬脂酸锌乳液在造纸、涂料、水墨中作为润滑剂、增感剂、打磨剂和抗回粘剂的使用。
本发明水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,将硬脂酸锌固体研磨成超细粉末后再进行乳化,既可提高乳化效率、减少长时间高速研磨的步骤,还能使乳液的粒径更细、稳定性更高,而采用含聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的乳化剂,则可获得相溶性更好、流动度更高的乳液,有效解决了硬脂酸锌有效成分、粒径和乳化分散存在的问题。本发明水性硬脂酸乳液的制备,工艺简单、工艺参数合理、制作成本低,获得的产品中硬脂酸锌粒子粒径小、固含量高,乳液粘度低,乳液均匀,增感、润滑效果理想,可在长时间存放时不出现凝絮分层和变质现象,且生产时处于无泡状态,产品质量理想,作为增感、润滑剂使用时,能满足高档纸、特殊纸的生产要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但这些实施例并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,在不脱离本发明理念的前提下,对分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂等的改变,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1、配方(重量份数):
去离子水63.35份、硬脂酸锌20份、陶氏CF-10润湿分散剂1份、PVP乳化剂4份、有机硅类消泡剂0.15份、苄基溴代乙酸酯杀菌剂1.5份。
2、制备:
按上述配方,将去离子水和陶氏CF-10及PVP混合,在40℃下加热搅拌溶解,待体系形成均匀乳液后加入水性有机硅类消泡剂,在400 r/min转速下搅拌5分钟;将硬脂酸锌用超微粉碎机研磨成粒径小于1μm的超细粉末后加入到上述均匀乳液中,在400 r/min转速下继续搅拌1小时后加入苄基溴代乙酸酯杀菌剂,冷却后过滤得到固含量24%、粘度98 mPa·s、平均粒径为0.5 μm的硬脂酸锌乳液。
3、测试:
将上述乳液在高转速离心下不分层,在-5℃下长时间放置仍能保持性能稳定。
实施例2
1、配方(重量份数):
去离子水63.8份、硬脂酸锌25份、狮润D509润湿分散剂2份、陶氏CF-10润湿分散剂1份、PVA乳化剂2份、PVP乳化剂4份、高级磷酸酯消泡剂0.2份、五氟酚钠杀菌剂2份。
2、制备:
按上述配方将去离子水和狮润D509、陶氏CF-10、巴斯夫AEO-9及PVP混合,在45℃下加热搅拌溶解,待体系形成均匀乳液后加入高级磷酸酯类消泡剂,在200 r/min转速下搅拌7分钟;将硬脂酸锌用超微粉碎机研磨成粒径小于1μm的超细粉末后加入到上述均匀乳液中,在200 r/min转速下继续搅拌1小时后加入五氟酚钠杀菌剂,冷却后过滤得到固含量29%、粘度237 mPa·s、平均粒径为0.6 μm的硬脂酸锌乳液。
实施例3
1、配方(重量份数):
去离子水53.25份、硬脂酸锌30份、诺普科SN5040润湿分散剂3份、科宁PE100润湿分散剂2份、OP-10乳化剂2份、PVP乳化剂7份、改性聚醚消泡剂0.25份、四氟间苯二腈杀菌剂1份、五氟酚钠杀菌剂1.5份。
将去离子水和诺普科SN5040、科宁PE100、OP-10及PVP混合,在50℃下加热搅拌溶解,待体系形成均匀乳液后加入改性聚醚消泡剂,在1200 r/min转速下搅拌9分钟;将硬脂酸锌用超微粉碎机研磨成粒径小于1μm的超细粉末后加入到上述均匀乳液中,在1200 r/min转速下继续搅拌1.5小时后加入四氟间苯二腈和五氟酚钠杀菌剂,冷却后过滤得到固含量35%、粘度384 mPa·s、平均粒径为0.7 μm的硬脂酸锌乳液。
将实施例1-3制备得到的乳液在高转速离心下不分层,在-5℃下长时间放置仍能保持性能稳定。
将上述水性硬脂酸作为润滑剂使用在造纸行业时,其增感、润滑效果十分理想,能满足高档纸、特殊纸的生产要求;作为润滑剂和打磨剂使用在水性涂料行业时,可改善表面滑爽性,从而满足涂料在打磨和手感上的要求;作为润滑剂和抗回粘剂使用在水性油墨行业时,可防止印刷产品表面的互相粘连。

Claims (8)

1.一种水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法是由包括重量百分比为硬脂酸锌20 - 40%、去离子水50 - 70%、分散剂1 - 4%、乳化剂1 - 4%、消泡剂0.1 -0.4%和杀菌剂1 - 2%以下述步骤获得:
(1)将去离子水、乳化剂及分散剂混合,在40-60℃间加热搅拌溶解,待体系形成均匀乳液后加入消泡剂,以200-2000 r/min的转速搅拌5-10分钟;
(2)将硬脂酸锌研磨成粒径小于1 μm的超细粉末后加入到步骤(1)得到的均匀乳液中,继续搅拌1-2小时后加入杀菌剂;
(3)将体系冷却至室温、过滤,得到粒径范围0.5 - 1.0 μm、粘度范围100 - 500 mPa·s、固含量范围25 - 40%的硬脂酸锌乳液;
其中乳化剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚任一种的混合物。

5.根据权利要求4所述的水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法中的杀菌剂为五氟酚钠、苄基溴代乙酸酯或四氟间苯二腈中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一所述水性硬脂酸锌乳液的制备方法获得的水性硬脂酸锌乳液。
7.一种权利要求6所述水性硬脂酸锌乳液在造纸、涂料、橡胶、塑料、纺织品、铅笔芯、水墨、皮革或化妆品行业中作为润滑剂、增感剂、抗刮擦剂、打磨剂、抗回粘剂、保色剂和脱模剂的使用。
8.一种权利要求6所述水性硬脂酸锌乳液在造纸、涂料、水墨中作为润滑剂、增感剂、打磨剂和抗回粘剂的使用。
