技术领域
本发明属于无纺布领域,具体涉及一种卸妆用的布料及其制造工艺。
背景技术
现有的卸妆用无纺布是将棉纤维,粘胶纤维等吸水纤维疏理成纤维网再用水刺,针刺的方式进行缠结,使其具有一定的强度的无纺布,工厂根据用户的需求切成各种大小不一样的卸妆棉。目前常规的卸妆棉都是单层无纺布干巾。使用者在卸妆时,有的用卸妆棉直接擦皮肤,也有的用卸妆水、卸妆精油喷在卸妆棉上后擦拭。而对于护肤较为在意的使用者,通常在对皮肤进行卸妆后,还要覆膜一层油脂(精油)、乳液等护肤品,此时又需要借助其他的涂抹产品作为辅助。因此,当使用者外出时,必须携带大量卸妆棉、卸妆水、乳液、化妆棉等各种化妆品,携带不太方便。而为了满足卸妆时的要求,卸妆棉通常表面较为粗糙,假如将卸妆棉直接用于涂抹护肤品,其体验较差。目前有部分产品将卸妆棉做成湿巾进行使用,但是其为了保存时间的需要,必然要添加防腐剂,这种物质残留在人体皮肤上,存在不安全因素。
因此,随着人们生活水平提高,使用者携带化妆品外出时间逐渐增多,如何快捷、简单、安全、有效的卸妆,成了迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中单层化妆棉无法多功能使用的问题,并提供一种双色卸妆无纺布。
本发明所采用的具体技术方案如下:
双色卸妆无纺布,其包括细旦纤维层、隔水层和超细旦纤维层;其中细旦纤维层贴合于隔水层的一侧,超细旦纤维层贴合于隔水层的另一侧;且细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层中均有部分纤维嵌入隔水层中,实现层间牢固结合;细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层的纤维颜色不同。
本发明中,细旦纤维层的纤维较粗,可用于辅助卸妆精油进行卸妆,而超细旦纤维层的纤维较细,可用于护肤精油的涂抹。为了实现两者的直观分辨以便于使用,本发明还将两者分别采用不同颜色的纤维进行制作。由于卸妆精油和护肤精油在实际擦拭过程中最好不能混合,否则会影响使用效果,因此本发明中在细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层之间设置了一侧隔水层,该隔水层即起到了供两侧的纤维层植入固定的作用,也能够在细旦纤维层一侧润湿的情况下,保持另一侧的超细旦纤维层依然尽可能保持干燥,使卸妆精油和护肤精油不会相互掺杂。本发明的双色复合卸妆无纺布,即能够作为卸妆棉,也能够作为擦拭护肤品的面巾,将卸妆、清洁、护肤等功能进行了集成,能够大大方便使用者外出携带。
在上述方案的基础上,本发明还可以提供如下优选方式,且各种优选方式中的技术特征在没有冲突的情况下均可进行相互组合。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层表面涂布有卸妆精油层,所述的超细旦纤维层表面涂布有护肤精油层。此种复合无纺布能够使卸妆精油和护肤精油的有效成分干燥并沉积在无纺布表面,使用时只要将干净的清水滴到这种无纺布上,便可有效的卸妆、清洁、护肤,使得用户卸妆变得十分方便,解决了以往使用过程中卸妆棉、卸妆水不方便携带的种种问题。但需要指出的是,此处的卸妆精油层和护肤精油层可以整体以固态层状的方式覆盖在无纺布表面,也可以渗入纤维层的纤维之间,沉积于纤维表面,或者兼有两种状态。另外,卸妆精油可以是任何能够用于卸妆的液态或固态产品,同理护肤精油也可以是任何能够用于护肤的液态或固态产品。
作为一种优选方式,所述的隔水层为拒水无纺布。拒水无纺布能够较好地同时实现复合纤维层固定以及细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层之间的隔水作用,而且具有成本低、制造工艺简单的优点,能够直接通过水刺等复合方式与其他纤维层结合。
作为另一种优选方式,所述的隔水层为防水的胶水层。胶水层也能够将细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层进行粘合并实现隔水。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层中的纤维均采用全天然植物纤维,所述全天然植物纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、木浆纤维、竹浆纤维、麻纤维。全天然植物纤维可以根据需要调整纤维种类,具有更好地环保性。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层中,细旦纤维的细度为1.0~2.0dtex;超细旦纤维层中,超细旦纤维的细度为0.1~1.0dtex。该细旦纤维的细度能够较好地实现卸妆擦拭功能,该超细旦纤维层的纤维细度能够较好地贴合皮肤,具有更好地触感体验。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维和超细纤维的纤维长度为2~40mm;双色卸妆无纺布的总克重为40~150g/m2
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层为有色纤维层,所述的超细旦纤维层为白色纤维层。有色纤维层可以采用天然染料染色,也可以直接采用未经过漂白的有色天然纤维。白色纤维层作为擦拭护肤品的面层能够具有更好地用户体验。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层和超细旦纤维层采用由湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网得到的纤维网。具体工艺可以根据需要进行调整。
作为一种优选方式,所述的细旦纤维层表面压制有凹凸纹路。凹凸纹路可以根据希望形成的图案进行设计,用于卸妆的面层上压制凹凸纹路后,不仅可以提高该面的摩擦系数,增强清洁效果,而且制成的产品更加美观。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种如上述任意方案所述双色卸妆无纺布的制造方法,其步骤如下:
1)将有色细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网工艺,制成细旦纤维层,将细旦纤维层铺在拒水无纺布的一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分有色细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成复合无纺布A;
2)将白色超细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网工艺,制成超细旦纤维层,将超细旦纤维层铺在复合无纺布A的拒水无纺布的另一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分白色超细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成具有三层结构的复合无纺布B;
3)在复合无纺布B的细旦纤维层表面涂布卸妆精油,在超细旦纤维层表面涂布护肤精油,然后将其烘干制成复合无纺布C。
4)将复合无纺布C进行切割,包装,形成成品。
作为一种优选方式,涂布方式为喷涂、定量转移涂布、刮刀涂布或泡沫涂布。
作为一种优选方式,所述的卸妆精油采用天然植物精油,所述的护肤精油采用动物油脂。
本发明通过将多层无纺布进行复合,使得该无纺布能够实现卸妆、清洁、护肤等功能。该复合无纺布携带方便,无需再携带繁琐的各种面巾。而且涂布有卸妆精油层和护肤精油层的复合无纺布加入清水即可使用,为使用者卸妆、护肤提供了一种简单、便携的解决方案。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步阐述和说明。本发明中各个实施方式的技术特征在没有相互冲突的前提下,均可进行相应组合。
如图1所示,本实施例中的一种双色卸妆无纺布,其结构由三层材料复合而成,包括细旦纤维层1、隔水层2和超细旦纤维层3。细旦纤维层1、隔水层2 和超细旦纤维层3从上到下依次叠加,其中细旦纤维层1贴合于隔水层2的一侧,超细旦纤维层3贴合于隔水层2的另一侧,且细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3 中均有部分纤维嵌入隔水层2中,实现层间牢固结合。在本实施例中,隔水层2 为拒水无纺布,细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3通过针刺或水刺方式嵌入拒水无纺布。但为了防止向细旦纤维层1中添加的卸妆精油渗入超细旦纤维层3中,在粘合过程中,需要尽量保证细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3不直接接触,即在细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3之间保留一层尽量完整的隔水层2。但需要注意的是,假如采用水刺或针刺等工序进行纤维缠结,由于拒水无纺布厚度较薄,细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3之间依然会有部分纤维穿过隔水层2相互缠结,但由于拒水纤维铺设在两层纤维之间的绝大部分面积上,其隔水效果依然可以得到保障。但在其他实施例中,假如隔水层2厚度足够大,可以在嵌入纤维时,尽量保证细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3在隔水层2上的嵌入深度之和小于隔水层2 本身厚度。
为了简单直观地区分两层纤维层,细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3的纤维颜色不同。本实施例中,细旦纤维层1为有色纤维层,超细旦纤维层3为白色纤维层。当然,在其他的实施例中可以采用其他颜色进行区分。细旦纤维层1表面压制有凹凸纹路。当然,在其他实施例中,表面也可以不压制纹路,或者仅进行平面印花。
在本实施例中,细旦纤维层1和超细旦纤维层3中的纤维均采用全天然植物纤维,全天然植物纤维可包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、木浆纤维、竹浆纤维、麻纤维等,根据实际需要进行调整。在本实施例中,细旦纤维层1中,细旦纤维的细度为1.0~2.0dtex;超细旦纤维层3中,超细旦纤维的细度为0.1~1.0dtex。细旦纤维和超细纤维的纤维长度为2~40mm;双色卸妆无纺布的总克重为40~150g/m2。当然,在其他实施例中,对于某些特殊要求的无纺布,也可以采用人造纤维进行替代,纤维、无纺布的各种参数也均可进行调整。
上述实施例中的双色卸妆无纺布可配合卸妆精油、护肤精油滴加至对应的面层上进行使用,但在另一优选实施例中,将各种精油直接复合在无纺布上并制成干巾。其中,细旦纤维层1表面涂布有卸妆精油层,超细旦纤维层3表面涂布有护肤精油层。卸妆精油采用天然植物精油,例如天然桔子精油、天然薰衣草精油等,而护肤精油采用动物油脂,如羊羔油、绵羊油、马油等。精油可采用液态或者固态精油,涂布至无纺布面层上。精油涂布并干燥后会在纤维表面形成一层层状油脂,但该层油脂形态会随着涂布方式的不同或者纤维成分的不同产生变化。固态的精油容易在无纺布面层表面形成一层均匀的固态精油层,当然也会有部分精油进入纤维层内部或者完全进入纤维层内部,这些精油会填充于纤维之间的空隙中或者包裹在纤维表面。但对于液态的精油,其更容易渗透进入纤维层中,当其被烘干后会填充于纤维之间的空隙中或者包裹在纤维表面。因此,不同形态的精油层均属于本发明保护范围内。
上述双色卸妆无纺布的制造方法如下:
1)将有色细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网等工艺,制成细旦纤维层1,将细旦纤维层1铺在拒水无纺布的一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分有色细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成复合无纺布A;
2)将白色超细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网工艺,制成超细旦纤维层3,将超细旦纤维层3铺在复合无纺布A的拒水无纺布的另一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分白色超细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成具有三层结构的复合无纺布B;
3)在复合无纺布B的细旦纤维层1表面涂布卸妆精油,在超细旦纤维层3 表面涂布护肤精油,然后将其烘干制成复合无纺布C;
4在复合无纺布C的细旦纤维层1,用花辊压出各种图案,图案具有凹凸纹路,这样不仅提高该面的摩擦系数,增强清洁效果,而且制成的产品更加美观;
5)将双色压花卸妆无纺布根据不同的使用情况,切成各种大小不一的尺寸,包装,制成各种产品。
当然,随着纤维层以及隔水层采用的材料不同,纤维层的粘合也可以适应性调整,采用水刺、针刺、浸胶、热轧、热风等无纺布的其他固结方法。
下面结合若干实施例,阐述本发明的具体制造工艺。
实施例1
选用1.0dtex×8mm的黄色橙子粘胶纤维,用清水分散,配成2%浓度,再稀释成万分之三浓度,经斜网成型器脱水成型,成为干度为20%的纤维网①,湿态重量为200g/m2。然后将纤维网①与克重为16g/m2的拒水PP纺粘布叠加送到水刺机上结合,用3-10道水刺,压力为1-10Mpa进行水刺缠结,使橙子粘胶纤维嵌入拒水PP纺粘布中,制成复合无纺布A。再用0.5dtex×3mm的白色粘胶纤维,稀释分散成万分之二浓度的水混合物,在另一套斜网成型器上脱水成型,干度25%,湿态重量为150g/m2的纤维网②,将其贴合到前面制成的复合无纺布A的PP纺粘布面另一侧,再用3-8道水刺,压力为3-15Mpa进行水刺缠结,使白色粘胶纤维嵌入拒水PP纺粘布另一侧,制成具有三层结构,总克重为80 g/m2复合无纺布B。将复合无纺布B,挤压脱水后,用表面喷涤的方法,分别在有色纤维层①喷上5g/m2的植物精油,在白色纤维层喷上3g/m2的动物油脂,经烘干系统烘干后,使复合无纺布B的两侧均覆上一层油脂层,形成复合无纺布C。最后,在橙子粘胶纤维一侧进行压花,形成具有纹路的图案;再进行收卷,制成具有双面不同颜色,不同功能的卸妆无纺布,产品最终克重为90g/m2
实施例2
选用1.7dtex×38mm本色竹粘胶纤维,疏理制成40g/m2有色纤网①。选用 0.8dtex×35mm白色粘胶纤维,疏理制成40g/m2白色纤网②。在两层纤维网①和②之间夹入克重为20g/m2的拒水热风无纺布,然后一面用道数为3-8到的针刺后,再在另一面用道数为3-5道的针刺后制成具有一定强力复合无纺布B。复合无纺布B用泡沫涂布的方法,分别在本色竹粘胶纤维层一面涂上5%天然植物卸妆精油,在白色纤维层涂上稀释起泡的5%羊羔油,经双面涂布后的复合无纺布,用烘干机烘干,使天然植物卸妆精油和羊羔油均干燥沉积于各自的纤维表面,制成克重为110g/m2的卸妆无纺布C。最后将卸妆无纺布C切成各种大小不一的尺寸,包装,制成各种产品。
实施例3
选用0.9dtex×38mm白色粘胶纤维,经疏理机疏理制成40g/m2的纤网②,铺在15g/m2的拒水热压无纺布的一面上,用水压为3-8Mpa,道数为3-8道的水刺进行缠结,白色粘胶纤维嵌入拒水热压无纺布中,制成复合无纺布A。再用 2.0dtex×30mm竹浆本色纤维,经开松,气流成网,制成35g/m2的纤维网①,经输送网送到复合无纺布A的拒水热压无纺布的另一面上,二者结合后,再用 3-10Mpa,水刺为3-10道进行水刺缠结,竹浆本色纤维嵌入拒水热压无纺布中,制成三层复合无纺布B。将三层复合无纺布B再经过脱水,用转移涂布的方式,分别在本色竹纤维层涂上5%天然桔子精油,在白色粘胶面涂上3%的马油,用烘干机烘干,制成克重为100g/m2的卸妆无纺布C。最后将卸妆无纺布C切成各种大小不一的尺寸,包装,制成各种产品。
实施例4
选用1.0dtex×25mm的有色棉纤维,经疏棉机疏理后制成30g/m2的棉网①,与10g/m2的拒水纺粘布贴合后,进入压力为3-10Mpa,道数为3-10道的水刺机缠结后,制成复合无纺布A。将白色木浆纤维,经水力分散后稀释成千分之三的混合物,经长网成型机脱水后,制成干度为20%,湿重为150g/m2湿纤网②,与复合无纺布A的PP纺粘布面另一侧贴合,再用3-10道,压力为3-10Mpa的水刺机用水刺缠结,脱水后制成三层复合无纺布B。再经过定量涂布辊,在棉纤维层涂上5%天然薰衣草精油,在白色木浆纤维层侧涂上5%天然动物油脂,用烘干机烘干,制成克重为25g/m2的卸妆无纺布C。最后将卸妆无纺布C切成各种大小不一的尺寸,包装,制成各种产品。
但是需要指出的是,上述各实施例仅展示了部分实现方式,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况进行调整。
该种无纺布中细旦纤维层1主要起清洗作用,拒水无纺布起阻隔作用,超细旦纤维层3主要起涂抹护肤精油,保护皮肤的作用。
本发明的卸妆无纺布的使用方法为:使用者在卸妆时,只要将干净的清水滴在该卸妆无纺布上,先用有色面,即用细旦纤维层1表面擦洗面部的粉霜、眉线、口红等待清洗妆容,由于该面层有去油,去污功能,细旦纤维又可以很好的将清洗下来的油彩吸附干净。清洗完毕后反过面来,用无色面,即超细旦纤维层3 将清洗后留下的残留物进一步吸附干净,同时又将天然油脂涂在皮肤上。由于采用了超细天然植物纤维,该纤维层不仅具有超强的吸附能力,而且可以将天然油脂均匀的涂在皮肤表面,在擦拭过程中,因为采用的极细的纤维,接触皮肤时触感更加,使用者在清洁的同时完成了护肤,使卸妆过程便捷、舒适。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,然其并非用以限制本发明。有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型。例如,在另一实施例中,隔水层可以采用防水的胶水层。表面花型处理,可以采用压花,也可以采用印花处理或者不处理保持原状。因此凡采取等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,包括细旦纤维层(1)、隔水层(2)和超细旦纤维层(3);其中细旦纤维层(1)贴合于隔水层(2)的一侧,超细旦纤维层(3)贴合于隔水层(2)的另一侧;且细旦纤维层(1)和超细旦纤维层(3)中均有部分纤维嵌入隔水层(2)中,实现层间牢固结合;细旦纤维层(1)和超细旦纤维层(3)的纤维颜色不同。
2.如权利要求1所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层(1)表面涂布有卸妆精油层,所述的超细旦纤维层(3)表面涂布有护肤精油层。
3.如权利要求1所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的隔水层(2)为拒水无纺布或防水的胶水层。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层(1)和超细旦纤维层(3)中的纤维均采用全天然植物纤维,所述全天然植物纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、木浆纤维、竹浆纤维、麻纤维;所述的细旦纤维层(1)优选为有色纤维层,所述的超细旦纤维层(3)优选为白色纤维层。
5.如权利要求1~3任一所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层(1)中,细旦纤维的细度优选为1.0~2.0dtex;超细旦纤维层(3)中,超细旦纤维的细度优选为0.1~1.0dtex;所述的细旦纤维和超细纤维的纤维长度优选为2~40mm;双色卸妆无纺布的总克重优选为40~150g/m2
6.如权利要求1~3任一所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层(1)和超细旦纤维层(3)采用由湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网得到的纤维网。
7.如权利要求1~3任一所述的双色卸妆无纺布,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层(1)表面压制有凹凸纹路。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一所述双色卸妆无纺布的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)将有色细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网工艺,制成细旦纤维层(1),将细旦纤维层(1)铺在拒水无纺布的一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分有色细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成复合无纺布A;
2)将白色超细旦纤维,用湿法成网、疏理成网或气流成网工艺,制成超细旦纤维层(3),将超细旦纤维层(3)铺在复合无纺布A的拒水无纺布的另一侧表面上,用水刺或针刺的方法,使纤维缠结的同时将部分白色超细旦纤维植入拒水无纺布上,制成具有三层结构的复合无纺布B;
3)在复合无纺布B的细旦纤维层(1)表面涂布卸妆精油,在超细旦纤维层(3)表面涂布护肤精油,然后将其烘干制成复合无纺布C;
4)将复合无纺布C进行切割,包装,形成成品。
9.如权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,涂布方式为喷涂、定量转移涂布、刮刀涂布或泡沫涂布。
10.如权利要求8所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的卸妆精油采用天然植物精油,所述的护肤精油采用动物油脂。
