Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine for treating aphtha, which consists of a liquid medicine decocted by a traditional Chinese medicine composition and acetic acid with the mass fraction of 20%, wherein the volume ratio of the liquid medicine to the acetic acid is 1:1, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 1-3 parts of semen momordicae, 3-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 0.5-1.5 parts of phellodendron amurense and 3-5 parts of groundsel; the invention has the functions of detumescence, detoxification and anti-inflammation. The acetic acid has effects of sterilizing and antisepticising, and can prevent oxygen in air from oxidizing various effective components to lose effects of detumescence, removing toxic substance and diminishing inflammation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating aphtha and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Common foot and mouth disease of sheep has foot and mouth bubble rash and foot and mouth blister, and is an acute, hot and highly contact infectious disease of artiodactyl caused by foot and mouth disease virus. It is characterized by aphtha, hoof sores and skin sores. Is one of the common epidemic diseases of sheep, wherein aphtha is one of the most common sheep foot and mouth diseases.
Aphtha has epidemiological characteristics of fast prevalence, wide spread, acute morbidity, great harm and the like, the morbidity of an epidemic area can reach 50-100%, the mortality of sheep born right now is high, and the mortality of other sheep is low. Sick animals and latent animals are the most dangerous sources of infection. The vesicular fluid, milk, urine, saliva, tears and feces of the sick livestock contain viruses. The invasion route of the disease is mainly the digestive tract, and the disease can also be transmitted through the respiratory tract. Although the disease has no obvious seasonal nature, it is more common in spring and autumn, especially in spring. Wind and birds are also one of the factors that spread over long distances.
The existing treatment reagent basically adopts a western medicine mode to treat, and the mode has quick response, but the treatment is not thorough and is easy to recover.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of quick response and easy relapse of aphtha treated by adopting a western medicine reagent mode, and provides a traditional Chinese medicine for treating the aphtha.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the aphtha consists of a liquid medicine decocted by a traditional Chinese medicine composition and 20% by mass of acetic acid, wherein the volume ratio of the liquid medicine to the acetic acid is 1:1, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of platycodon grandiflorum
1-3 parts of semen momordicae
Coptis root 3-5 parts
0.5 to 1.5 portions of phellodendron
3-5 parts of groundsel.
The working principle or the beneficial effects of the scheme are as follows: the deionized water is used for decocting various effective components in the platycodon grandiflorum, the semen momordicae, the coptis chinensis, the golden cypress and the climbing groundsel so that the effective components interact with each other to generate the functions of detumescence, detoxification and inflammation diminishing. The acetic acid has effects of sterilizing and antisepticising, and can prevent oxygen in air from oxidizing various effective components and substances generated by interaction between the effective components to lose effects of detumescence, removing toxic substance and diminishing inflammation.
The platycodon grandiflorum has the function of discharging pus, so that the pus in the aphtha can be smoothly discharged, and the inflammation is quickly reduced; semen Momordicae has effects of relieving swelling and resolving hard mass, and can inhibit aphtha and facilitate discharge; the rhizoma Coptidis has effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, purging pathogenic fire, removing toxic substance, resisting ulcer, resisting bacteria, resisting inflammation and diarrhea, and can reduce oral cavity temperature and avoid aphtha deterioration; cortex Phellodendri has effects of removing toxic substance, treating sore, pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, and eczema, and herba Senecionis Scandentis has effects of treating eczema, sore, and furuncle.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
platycodon grandiflorum 2 parts
Semen Momordicae 2 parts
Coptis root 4 parts
1 part of phellodendron bark
4 parts of groundsel.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the aphtha, which comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking radix Platycodi, semen Momordicae, Coptidis rhizoma, cortex Phellodendri and Concha Haliotidis in deionized water for 5-8 hr to obtain mixture A;
(2) heating the mixture A to boil, and continuously boiling for 1.5-2.3 hours to obtain a mixture B;
(3) taking out the platycodon grandiflorum, the semen momordicae, the coptis chinensis, the golden cypress and the climbing groundsel herb in the mixture B, continuously heating until the liquid is sticky, and cooling to obtain a liquid medicine;
(4) and (4) mixing the liquid medicine prepared in the step (3) with acetic acid with the mass fraction of 20%, and uniformly stirring to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
The working principle/beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the platycodon grandiflorum, the momordica cochinchinensis seed, the coptis chinensis, the golden cypress and the groundsel can be unfolded after being soaked for 5-8 hours, so that active ingredients in the platycodon grandiflorum, the momordica cochinchinensis seed, the coptis chinensis, the golden cypress and the groundsel can enter deionized water conveniently, the heating time is shortened, the boiling is continued, the active ingredients in the platycodon grandiflorum, the momordica cochinchinensis seed, the golden cypress and the groundsel are discharged, and the mutual reaction among the active ingredients is accelerated.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the effective components of the platycodon root, the cochinchina momordica seed, the coptis root, the phellodendron and the groundsel act mutually to generate the functions of detumescence, detoxication and antiphlogosis. The acetic acid has effects of sterilizing and antisepticising, and can prevent oxygen in air from oxidizing various effective components and substances generated by interaction of the effective components to lose effects of detumescence, removing toxic substance and diminishing inflammation.
