背景技术
肿瘤是一种严重危害人类健康和生命的疾病，目前临床采用的主要治疗手段有手术治 疗、放疗和化疗等。放疗、化疗在清除患者体内肿瘤细胞的同时，对人体正常细胞的杀伤力 也是非常大的，患者几乎无一例外的发生如骨髓抑制、白细胞减少、消化道反应、免疫力低下、皮肤粘膜损害等毒性反应，严重者被迫中断治疗。对此，临床常用的处理方式为 ：针对不同症状补充水电解质、能量合剂、止吐药、抗感染药物等，这些手段的效果大多不佳。因此， 如何能够有效地减少、减轻放化疗对人体的毒副作用，提高患者的机体免疫力，保证肿瘤治 疗的效果，是目前抗肿瘤过程中一个亟待解决的问题。
近年来，在肿瘤放、化疗及术后，配合中医的辩证治疗，逐渐恢复肿瘤患者身体的元气， 增强其机体的免疫力，减轻放、化疗的毒副作用，已在肿瘤治疗中达成了共识。因此，研究更加合理有效的中药产品，以提高患者的治疗效果和生存质量是非常必要的。
专利申请号为201510906375.9的发明专利公开了一种辅助肿瘤放化疗的中药组合物，由下述重量份的原料药制成 ：枸橘 20-40 份， 荔枝核 20-30 份，香附 20-30 份，荆芥 8-10 份，牛 蒡子 10-20 份，黄连 8-10 份，板蓝根 10-20 份，龙 血竭 10-15 份，人中白 5-10 份，丹参 9-12 份，凌霄 花 8-15份，甘草 3-5份，灵芝 3-10份，绞股蓝 5-15份，山豆根 10-15 份，夏枯草 5-10 份，丝瓜络 5-15 份，半边莲 8-15 份，桃仁 10-20份，赤芍 10-15 份， 白芷 10-15 份，穿心莲 5-10 份，金银花 5-10 份。 本发明经过多种中药互相配伍，能减轻放化疗所带来的毒副反应，提高患者的生存质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可有效防止免疫力下降，抑制胃肠道
反应，抑制放疗热毒反应的辅助肿瘤化疗的药物。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种辅助肿瘤化疗的药物，由以下重量份的物质组成：丹参5-8份，鸡内金4-6份，甘草2-3份，青蒿6-8份，夏枯草4-8份，牛夕3-6份，乳香4-8份。
丹参，活血调经，祛瘀止痛，凉血消痈，清心除烦，养血安神。
鸡内金，味甘，性寒，功效消食健胃，涩精止遗，试验表明鸡内金有抑
制肿瘤细 胞的作用，而且本品具有提高胃液分泌量、酸度和消化能力、促进胃运动加强、排空率加快的作用。
甘草 ，补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调 和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
青蒿，清透虚热，凉血除蒸，解暑，截疟。治暑邪发热，阴虚发热，夜热早凉，骨蒸劳热，疟疾寒热，湿热黄疸。
通过实验表明青蒿与甘草及鸡内金共用具有免疫调节功能，还可提高淋巴细胞转化率，促进细胞免疫作用，可促进Ts细胞增殖，抑制TE细胞产生，阻止白细胞 介素及各种炎症介质的释放，从而起到免疫调节作用，发挥抗癌效能。
夏枯草，清肝，散结，治瘰疬，瘿瘤，乳痈，乳癌，目珠夜 痛，羞明流泪。
牛夕，生用散瘀血，消肿通，治淋病，尿血，经闭， 癥瘕，难产，胞衣不下，产后瘀血腹痛，喉痹，痈肿，跌打损伤；
乳香，调气活血，定痛，追毒。治气血凝滞、心腹疼痛，痈 疮肿毒，跌打损伤，痛经，产后瘀血刺痛。

乳香，调气活血，定痛，追毒。治气血凝滞、心腹疼痛，痈 疮肿毒，跌打损伤，痛经，产后瘀血刺痛。
本发明的药物的制备方法如下：
a、按量称取上述重量份原料药物，向其中加入冷水浸泡3小时后，先以武火烧至沸腾后再文火煎煮20分钟，过滤得一次滤汁；
b、向滤渣中继续加水煎煮至沸腾后15分钟，过滤得二次滤汁；
c、将一、二次滤汁合并，加热浓缩即可。
本发明药物的用法与用量：水煎口服，一方为一剂，一日一剂，一日两次，分别于早晚饭后半小时服用。
本发明以建立小鼠荷瘤动物为模型，口灌胃给药进行体内药学研究，结果表明:小鼠接种肝癌细胞后，平均生存时间为16.34天; 给予化疗治疗后，小鼠的平均生存时间延长到23.36天;表明上述药物可以有效的提高肿瘤的治疗效果，减轻放化疗的毒性，产生良好的协同增效作用。
Claims (1)
1.一种辅助肿瘤化疗的药物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的物质组成：丹参5-8份，鸡内金4-6份，甘草2-3份，青蒿6-8份，夏枯草4-8份，牛夕3-6份，乳香4-8份；
本发明的药物的制备方法如下：
