Description

Camel milk skin care emulsion with effects of resisting oxidation and delaying aging and preparation method thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics. More particularly, the invention relates to camel milk skin care emulsion with antioxidant and anti-aging effects and a preparation method of the camel milk skin care emulsion with antioxidant and anti-aging effects.
[ background of the invention ]
Camel milk is relatively strange to most people, but it has been considered as an extremely important nutritional product in many countries. It is one of the main milk sources in desert and semi-desert regions. Some research results show that it is rich in various nutrient components beneficial to human health, and its content and structure are superior to other milk products. As early as 1982, the biological value of the food has been regarded as a health food due to its important role in the disease resistance mechanism of the body. Camel milk contains casein, lactoferrin, immunoglobulins, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and amino acids, and a variety of active substances, all of which are natural cosmetic active ingredients.
In addition to casein and fat, most of other cosmetic ingredients in camel milk are present in whey, and therefore, camel milk whey has the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting aging, preventing the oxidative decomposition of intracellular unsaturated fatty acids, preventing dry skin and keratinization, and also improving the immune function of the skin, improving the anti-allergic capacity of sensitive skin, and preventing the occurrence of wrinkles.
Cow's milk has been a relatively familiar natural cosmetic, however, camel milk whey also contains a plurality of vitamins with skin caring effect, and the content of the vitamins is higher than that of cow's milk. The contents of vitamin B6 and vitamin B2 are basically the same as those in cow milk; the content of nicotinic acid and vitamin C is obviously higher than that of cow milk. Vitamin C has antioxidant effect, and can prevent skin oxidation and moisturize skin, and can be used for sensitive skin and infant skin. In addition, folic acid contained in camel milk whey can activate epidermal cells of skin, promote water retention and nutrient absorption, and slow down skin keratinization speed, thereby achieving the purposes of beautifying and nourishing skin and tenderizing skin. According to the efficacy of the camel milk whey, the camel milk skin care lotion integrating skin care and skin nourishing, oxidation resistance and skin aging delaying can be prepared.

The present invention will be described in more detail below.
The invention develops a moisturizing skin care emulsion product containing natural camel milk whey components and having the effects of resisting oxidation, moisturizing, moistening and protecting skin based on the characteristics of camel milk whey and the research on the effects of resisting aging, whitening, resisting inflammation and removing acnes of the camel milk whey. The research finds that besides the characteristics, the camel milk whey contains the whey protein which is macromolecular protein and is not easy to be directly absorbed by the skin, and is easy to denature at high temperature, and the whey protein is directly added in the processing process and can cause the denaturation of the protein due to high temperature, so that the product loses the effect. The invention provides a new idea for functional development and utilization of camel milk whey.
The invention relates to camel milk skin care emulsion with antioxidant and anti-aging effects.
The camel milk skin care emulsion comprises the following components: in parts by weight
Figure BDA0001683363950000041
Deionized water was made up to 100 parts.
The whey is obtained by separating from camel milk.
The camel milk whey contains various active substances such as lactoferrin, immunoglobulin, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The active substances have antioxidant, antiaging, intracellular unsaturated fatty acid oxidative decomposition preventing, and xerosis cutis and keratinization preventing effects; and can also improve the immunologic function of the skin, improve the anti-allergy capability of sensitive skin and prevent wrinkles. Skin care products containing antioxidant active substances can be frequently used to maximally slow down skin aging caused by oxidative substances and living pressure in daily life.
The camel milk whey used in the invention is a separated substance obtained by separating and removing lump milk fat and casein from camel milk and then carrying out enzymolysis treatment. The preparation method of the camel milk whey comprises the following steps:
centrifuging camel milk at 4 deg.C and 4500r/min to remove upper layer butter fat, adjusting pH to 4.3 with 1mol/L hydrochloric acid to coagulate casein, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and freeze drying to obtain camel milk whey lyophilized powder. Preparing the freeze-dried powder prepared in the above steps into a reaction substrate with the concentration of 3% by weight, heating to 90 ℃, preheating for 5min, then adjusting the pH value of the reaction substrate to 8.0 by using 0.5moL/LNaOH solution, adding 3% trypsin, and starting an enzymolysis reaction. After the enzymolysis is finished, inactivating the enzyme in boiling water bath for 10-15 min, freezing and centrifuging for 30min at the rotating speed of 8000r/min, taking supernatant to obtain camel milk whey used by the invention, then adjusting the pH of the camel milk whey to 6.5 by using 1mol/L sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and freezing and storing in a refrigerator at the temperature of-80 ℃ for later use.
In the invention, when other components are in the content range, if the content of the camel milk whey is less than 10 parts by weight, the effect of the prepared emulsion is not obvious; if the whey content is higher than 20 parts by weight, the pH of the prepared emulsion is too low, so that the skin is sensitive and is not easy to absorb; therefore, the camel milk whey content is reasonably 10 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 13 to 18 parts by weight, more preferably 15 to 16 parts by weight.
Jojoba oil (also known as jojoba oil) has effects of moistening, tightening skin, softening fat, and relieving inflammation, and can be used for increasing moistening degree of emulsion. The jojoba oil contains collagen protein, mineral substances, etc., and can be used for protecting skin from water loss, deeply nourishing and caring skin, making skin luster and elastic, and relieving skin injury due to wind, sunshine and sunshine. The jojoba oil is easy to be absorbed by skin, is fresh, moist and non-greasy, can restore the pH balance of the skin, remove wrinkles, effectively improve oily skin, condition the secretion function of sebaceous glands and shrink pores, and is also the optimal skin moisturizing oil. Unlike mineral oils, the oil film formed by it allows evaporation through moisture, controlling the loss of moisture. In the invention, the jojoba oil can enable the emulsion to achieve the effects of refreshing, moistening and not greasiness.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the jojoba oil content is more than 1.5 parts by weight, the emulsion is greasy in skin feel; therefore, the content of jojoba oil is reasonable to be 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.
The jojoba oil used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by Eprolo, China under the trade name "golden jojoba oil
In the invention, the emulsifier basically plays a role in reducing the interfacial surface tension of the emulsion in the oil phase mixture, so that the potential energy of a dispersion system is reduced, the stability of the emulsion is improved, and water cannot be analyzed out.
The emulsifier used in the present invention is one or more emulsifiers selected from the group consisting of glyceryl monostearate, tween 80 or span 80.
The glyceryl monostearate, tween 80 or span 80 emulsifiers are all products currently marketed, such as glyceryl monostearate sold under the trade name "glyceryl monostearate" by jiali shi, guangzhou, china, tween 80 sold under the trade name "tween-80" by luhua, guangzhou, china, span 80 sold under the trade name "span 80" by youdao, Qingdao, china.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the emulsifier content is less than 1 part by weight, the emulsion is unstable and water and oil are easily separated; if the emulsifier content is more than 2.5 parts by weight, the cost is high and uneconomical, and the emulsion state is not good; therefore, the emulsifier is suitably contained in an amount of 1 to 2.5 parts by weight, preferably 1.2 to 2 parts by weight, more preferably 1.5 to 1.8 parts by weight.
In the invention, the emollient basically has the function of increasing the lubricating property of the camel milk skin care emulsion so as to generate the feeling of lubrication and silkiness to the skin.
The emollient used in the present invention is one or more selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane, squalane, cetyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride or octyldodecanol.
The emollients of polydimethylsiloxane, cantharidin, cetyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride or octyldodecanol are all currently marketed products, such as polydimethylsiloxane sold under the trade name "dimethicone 1000 viscosity" by dow corning, squalane sold under the trade name "squalane" by youdao seo, caprylic/capric triglyceride sold under the trade name "caprylic/capric glyceride" by chenyi seudsen, china, cetyl alcohol sold under the trade name "cetyl alcohol" by youdao seo, china.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the emollient content is less than 5 parts by weight, the emulsion is not well absorbed and does not moisturize; if the content of the softening agent is higher than 10 parts by weight, the emulsion is greasy and airtight, and the cost is high; therefore, it is appropriate that the content of the softening agent is 5 to 10 parts by weight, preferably 6 to 8 parts by weight, more preferably 6.5 to 7.5 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the essential function of the moisturizer in the oil phase mixture is to help the skin absorb moisture and form a water barrier, preventing the moisture in the skin from losing.
The humectant used in the present invention is one or more selected from glycerin, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, butylene glycol, cetostearyl alcohol or ethylhexylglycerin.
The glycerin, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, butylene glycol, cetearyl alcohol, or ethylhexyl glycerin moisturizer are all currently marketed products, such as sodium hyaluronate sold under the trade name "sodium hyaluronate" by fufeng, xinjiang, glycerin sold under the trade name "glycerin (glycerin)" by linyi lvsen, china, propylene glycol sold under the trade name "1, 2 propylene glycol" by dow, butylene glycol sold under the trade name "1, 3 butylene glycol" by OXEA, usa, and ethylhexyl glycerin sold under the trade name "ethylhexyl glycerin" by linyi lvsen, china.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the humectant is less than 5 parts by weight, the moisturizing effect is not significant; if the content of the humectant is higher than 12 parts by weight, the paste is too greasy and the air permeability is not good; therefore, it is reasonable that the content of the humectant is 5 to 12 parts by weight, preferably 7 to 10 parts by weight, more preferably 7.5 to 9.5 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the thickener essentially serves to increase the viscosity of the camel milk skin care emulsion of the present invention and to stabilize the emulsion.
The thickener used in the present invention is one or more thickeners selected from xanthan gum, carbomer or hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
The xanthan gum, carbomer, and hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer thickeners are all currently marketed products, such as carbomer sold under the trade name "carbomer 540" by shanghai agents, xanthan gum sold under the trade name xanthan gum by Qingdao Yousio, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer sold under the trade name EMT 10 by Guangzhou Kongpo.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the thickener content is less than 0.2 parts by weight, the resulting emulsion is thin and has no emulsion texture; if the thickener content is more than 0.5 part by weight, the emulsion is too thick to affect the appearance and the texture is not uniform; therefore, the thickener is preferably contained in an amount of 0.2 to 0.5 part by weight.
In the present invention, the essential role of the preservative is to render the camel milk skin care emulsion of the present invention microbiologically stable and of sufficient shelf life.
The preservative used in the present invention is one or more preservatives selected from phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben, or methylisoxazolone.
The phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben or methylisothiazolinone preservative is a product sold in the market at present, such as phenoxyethanol sold under the trade name "phenoxyethanol" by shengxiang, zhejiang, china, methylparaben sold under the trade name "methylparaben" by youdao, china, propylparaben sold under the trade name "propylparaben" by youdao, china, and methylisothiazolinone sold under the trade name "methylisothiazolinone".
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the preservative is less than 0.06 parts by weight, the preservative effect is not significant; if the content of the preservative is more than 0.1 part by weight, it has side effects on the skin; thus, it is feasible that the preservative is present in an amount of 0.06 to 0.1 parts by weight, preferably 0.08 to 0.1 parts by weight
The essence used in the invention is one or more essential oils selected from gardenia essential oils or fantastic orchard essential oils. They are all products currently on the market, such as gardenia essential oil sold under the trade name "gardenia essential oil" by Xiamen Kidelong essence perfumery, fantasy orchard essential oil sold under the trade name "fantasy orchard essential oil" by Xiamen Kidelong essence perfumery.
The amount of the essence used in the present invention is 0.1 to 0.2 part by weight, and it is obvious that too much or too little amount of the essence is disadvantageous.
The invention also relates to a preparation method of the camel milk skin care emulsion.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. preparing an oil phase mixture:
mixing 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of jojoba oil, 0.6-1 part by weight of emulsifier, 5-10 parts by weight of emollient and 0.5-2 parts by weight of humectant, and stirring at 75-80 ℃ until the raw materials are completely dissolved;
B. preparation of an aqueous phase mixture:
mixing 4.5-10 parts by weight of a humectant, 0.4-1.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 0.2-0.5 part by weight of a thickener and 100 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring at 75-80 ℃ until the raw materials are completely dissolved;
C. mixing
Pouring the oil phase mixture obtained in the step A into the water phase mixture obtained in the step B under the condition of stirring, continuously stirring for 2-5 minutes at the stirring speed of 15-25 r/min, and then homogenizing for 4-6 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 5000-10000 r/min and the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

The camel milk skin care emulsion disclosed by the invention is milky and bright in color, fine and smooth in texture and free of stimulation to skin, and achieves a good effect of moistening and strengthening the skin.
The conditions of camel whey, jojoba oil, emulsifiers, emollients, humectants, preservatives, humectants, thickeners and fragrances have been described above and will not be described in detail herein.
The equipment used in the preparation of the invention is the equipment which is generally used in the technical field and sold in the market at present.
In the invention, the dosage and the physicochemical properties of the used raw materials generate a coordination effect, the pH value of the camel milk skin care emulsion is close to that of human skin, and the camel milk skin care emulsion has no irritation to the skin. Test example 3: comparative test of oxidation resistance of camel milk
The oxidation resistance of the camel milk whey enzymolysis liquid is demonstrated by comparing the capabilities of the camel milk, camel milk whey and camel milk whey enzymolysis liquid for eliminating DPPH free radicals, resisting superoxide anions and eliminating hydroxyl free radicals.
The specific test method is that the spectrophotometric standard method is adopted according to DPPH free radical scavenging capacity, α -deoxy-D-ribose standard method is adopted according to hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity, and pyrogallol standard method is adopted for measuring superoxide anion free radical scavenging capacity.
The results of comparative tests of the antioxidant capacity of camel milk are shown in figure 1. As can be seen from figure 1, most of the antioxidant components in the camel milk are in whey except fat-soluble vitamins, and the free radical scavenging capability of the enzymolysis-treated whey is greatly improved, so that the aims of better antioxidation and anti-aging can be fulfilled.
Test example 4: efficacy experiment of camel milk skin care emulsion
In order to verify the antioxidation and anti-aging effects of the camel milk skin care emulsion, the added enzymatic hydrolysis whey has the skin care effects of antioxidation, anti-aging and the like, and a camel milk skin care emulsion efficacy experiment of a mouse is carried out.
The test method comprises the following steps: test KM mice were irradiated daily with a UV curing bulb (Ultravitalux 300W Wotan, Germany) for 5 minutes at a distance of 80cm from the UV curing bulb, and continuously irradiated for one month. The camel milk skin care emulsion is applied to the skin of the back of an irradiated unhaired mouse twice a day, 1ml of the camel milk skin care emulsion is applied every time, the camel milk skin care emulsion is continuously applied for one month, and the observed effects are shown in figure 3. Blank group is unhaired mouse without UV irradiation, control group is unhaired KM mouse without treatment photoaging, and the photographs of blank group and control group are shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from the attached figure 2, after the model building of the mouse is successful and obvious wrinkles are generated at the time of model building for 1 month, the camel milk skin care lotion of the invention starts to be smeared for comparative treatment, and has the effect of relieving the generation of the wrinkles. As can be seen from the attached figure 3, the wrinkles on the back of the mice are obviously reduced after the camel milk skin care lotion is applied.
In addition, a mouse skin tissue specimen was sampled at 1.0X 1.0cm2Fixing with conventional formalin, dehydrating, embedding in paraffin, dewaxing 4 μm section, and cutting by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) stainingAnd (6) dyeing the sheet. The change of tissue morphology was observed by microscope and the results of sectioning were shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6. Comparing the tissue morphology change of the skin section of the blank group of the attached figure 4 with that of the control group of the attached figure 5, the epidermis of the control group of the mice is obviously thickened or severely shrunk and is obviously uneven. The arrangement of the dermal tissue is disordered, the collagen fibers are distributed loosely and arranged disorderly, and the collagen fibers are broken and even coagulated into blocks; the capillaries are thickened and expanded, and the wall of the tube is thinner; hair follicle aggregation, irregular hyperplasia of sebaceous glands and inflammatory cell generation. The experimental mouse is successfully established with a mouse skin photoaging model after 1 month UV irradiation.
As can be seen from the attached figures 4 and 5, compared with the control group, the skin of the mouse coated with the camel milk skin care emulsion is obviously thinned, and the structures of all layers are better; the arrangement of the dermal collagen fibers is neat and compact, and the phenomena of obvious fracture and entanglement do not exist; the hair follicles recovered irregularly and no inflammatory cell infiltration was found. The experiment shows that the camel milk skin care emulsion has better effect of resisting the skin photoaging of mice.
Then 0.2g of mouse skin tissue is taken, rinsed by ice-cold normal saline, blood, subcutaneous fat and other connective tissues on the surface of the skin are removed, and an endocutter type tissue homogenizer is used for homogenizing (the homogenizing time is 10 seconds/time, the interval is 30 seconds, and 5-10 times are carried out continuously) to prepare 10% homogenate. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mouse skin homogenate was measured according to xanthine oxidase standard (see figure 7) and the Malondialdehyde (MDA) content was measured according to thiobarbituric acid standard (see figure 8). The results shown in the accompanying drawings 7 and 8 show that the camel milk skin care emulsion has the advantages of better capacity of reducing MDA content and increasing the activity of superoxide dismutase, and has certain effects of resisting oxidation and slowing down aging.
In conclusion, the emulsion prepared by the invention is green and healthy, has proper viscosity, is fine and uniform, has good spreading performance, is fresh and cool after use, moisturizes, is not greasy, and has good stability. The emulsion has effects of reducing fine lines and keeping skin in healthy state after long-term use.
