a smoke exhaust system 103 arranged in the casing 100, wherein an inlet of a smoke exhaust pipeline of the smoke exhaust system 103 is correspondingly arranged above the cooker body 101, and an outlet of the smoke exhaust pipeline extends to the outside of the casing 100;
a sewer pipe 106 disposed below the cooker body 101, an inlet end of the sewer pipe 106 is movably connected to an opening below the cooker body, an inlet end of the sewer pipe 106 is provided with a second valve that can be opened and closed, and an outlet end of the sewer pipe 106 extends to the outside of the casing 100.
In the above scheme, casing 100 seals to set up and inside is hollow structure to at the inside fried dish machine body 101 that sets up of casing 100, fried dish machine body 101 including the pot body and with the lid of pot body adaptation, lid one side sets up the lifing arm, wherein, on lifing arm one end was fixed in the lid, the other end was connected with casing 100 slidable, and the concrete mode that sets up that realizes the slidable does: a sliding groove is formed in the shell 100, an adaptive sliding block is arranged at the corresponding end of the lifting arm, the sliding block is respectively connected with the stepping motor and the control system, so that the control system controls the lifting of the lifting arm, and the control system drives the sliding block to move up and down by starting the stepping motor according to the requirement of a cooking process, so that the cover body and the pot body form different opening and closing degrees; the stirring mechanism is connected with the control system, different stirring modes and stirring time are required according to the blanking sequence and the blanking time of the cooking raw materials so as to generate different tastes, and therefore the optimal taste of the selected dish can be achieved by controlling the different stirring modes and the different stirring time through the controller; an opening is formed below a pot body of the cooker body 101, and a first valve capable of being opened and closed is arranged at the opening, so that when the cooker is started, the first valve is closed, the pot body is a closed integral device, oil smoke generated in the cooking process can be purified and adsorbed through the interior of the smoke exhaust system 103, the smoke is subjected to harmless treatment and then is exhausted through a smoke exhaust pipeline, and environmental pollution caused by direct exhaust is avoided; after the dish is cooked, the first valve is opened and is in butt joint with the second valve at the water inlet end of the sewer pipeline 106 to form a drainage passage, so that the pan body is cleaned and then is discharged through the water outlet end of the sewer pipeline 106, and the cleanness and sanitation of the pan body after each dish cooking are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, at least one side of the housing 100 is provided with a door 102 of a liftable switch, and the door 102 is transparent.
In the above scheme, at least one side of the casing 100 is provided with a door 102 capable of being opened and closed in a lifting manner, the door 102 is arranged in a sealing manner, when cooking is started, the door 102 descends to form a sealed hollow device with the casing 100, so that oil smoke is prevented from being directly scattered in an air pollution environment in the cooking process, and meanwhile, external dust is prevented from entering the casing 100 to influence dish sanitation; the door 102 is transparent, so that the whole cooking process can be conveniently observed by a customer, and safety is relieved; under the condition of not influencing the use of the whole device, the arrangement of the door 102 can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, a pan body of the cooker body 101 is arranged in a manner of being capable of translating, specifically, a pair of horizontally arranged supporting tables 104 is arranged in the casing 100, a gap is arranged between the supporting tables 104, the pan body is supported by the supporting tables 104, an opening at the bottom of the pan body corresponds to the gap, and the pan body translates along the gap between the supporting tables 104;
the sewer pipeline 106 is arranged below the support platforms 104 and corresponds to one side of a gap between the support platforms 104, so that an opening at the bottom of the pot body is in butt joint with an inlet of the sewer pipeline 106 when the pot body is arranged at one side of the support platforms 104;
the movement of the pan body and the opening and closing of the first valve and the second valve are respectively performed by the control mechanism of the cooker body 101 according to the following modes:
when the cooking machine is in a state of ready cooking, the pan body moves towards the inner side of the shell 100 along the support platform 104, an opening below the pan body is separated from an opening of the drainage pipeline 106, and the first valve and the second valve are closed;
after the frying machine finishes frying, the pan body moves towards the outer side of the shell 100 along the supporting table 104, the opening under the pan body is in butt joint with the opening of the sewer pipeline 106, and the first valve and the second valve are opened to enable the opening under the pan body to be in liquid communication with the sewer pipeline 106.
In the scheme, a pair of supporting tables 104 with a gap in the middle are arranged in a shell 100 and used for supporting the bottom end of a pot body, sliding grooves are respectively arranged on the supporting tables 104, sliding blocks matched with the sliding grooves are arranged at corresponding positions of the pot body and are respectively connected with a stepping motor and a control system, the stepping motor is arranged below a cooker body 101 and is connected with the control system, when the cooker is in a ready-to-cook state, the control system controls to start the stepping motor to drive the pot body to move to the inner side of the shell 100 along the sliding grooves of the supporting tables 104 to the position below a smoke exhaust system 103, at the moment, an opening below the pot body is separated from an opening of a sewer line 106, and a first valve and a second valve controlled by the control system are in a closed state, so that the pot body is in a closed integral structure to be ready for cooking; after the dish is cooked, the control system controls the step motor to start, drives the pot body to move to the outer side of the shell 100 along the chute of the supporting table 104 until the opening below the pot body is in butt joint with the opening of the sewer pipeline 106, and under the control of the control system, the first valve and the second valve are opened to keep the opening below the pot body to be the same as the sewer pipeline 106 in liquid, so that the pot body is cleaned and water is discharged through the sewer pipeline 106.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a preferred system further includes a raw material unit, which includes:
a plurality of independent chambers 107 for storing cooking materials, wherein the chambers 107 are provided with memory chips or identification codes for recording material information; both ends of the chamber can be opened; a refrigerating and fresh-keeping device is arranged in the cavity;
a raw material vending module that records prices of various raw materials, the raw material vending module being connected with a memory chip or identification code of the chamber 107;
the automatic feeding device comprises a pushing mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a conveying pipeline;
each chamber 107 is externally connected with a video system 108, the video system 108 is respectively in communication connection with a storage chip or identification code of raw material information in the chamber 107 and the raw material selling module, a pushing mechanism and a transmission mechanism are arranged in each chamber 107, the pushing mechanism and the transmission mechanism are respectively connected with a control system, and the control system controls the starting and stopping of the pushing mechanism and the transmission mechanism; the conveying mechanism is connected with one end of a conveying pipeline 105, and the other end of the conveying pipeline 105 is positioned above the pot body.
In the scheme, a plurality of independent chambers 107 are arranged to store different types of cooking raw materials, a refrigerating device is arranged in each chamber 107 to ensure that the raw materials in the built-in capsule are fresh, a storage chip or an identification code for recording raw material information is arranged in each chamber 107 so as to select different types of raw materials by distinguishing digital information, and a raw material selling module is connected with the storage chip or the identification code of each chamber 107 so as to clearly record the price of each raw material and enable a customer to know various raw materials required by a dish to be selected and pay the price before the customer selects the dish; the control system is connected with the menu storage unit and the raw material storage unit, after a customer selects a menu and pays, the menu storage unit is in communication connection with the raw material storage unit, so that the cavity 107 where the raw material required by the selected menu is located can be determined, then the control system controls the pushing mechanism to push the required raw material onto the transmission mechanism, and controls the transmission mechanism to convey the raw material into the pot body through the conveying pipeline 105 for starting a later cooking program; when the material of some chamber 107 is lower than the minimum threshold set by the control system, the video system 108 connected to the chamber 107 will prompt the staff to replenish the material or some material, and then the staff will feed the material into the material chamber 107 according to the prompt and simultaneously display and store the material in the video system 108 for viewing and inquiring at any time. In addition, the capsule raw materials are produced in a standardized mode, nitrogen is filled for preservation, the capsule raw materials are distributed to convenience stores or unmanned goods receiving machines of communities where the frying machine is distributed in a cold chain mode, when no raw materials of dishes to be cooked by a customer exist in a cavity 107 of a built-in capsule of the frying machine, the customer can purchase the raw material capsules from a nearby convenience store or an unmanned vending machine and places the raw material capsules into a raw material unit of the frying machine to be input from one end of the cavity 107, and after the frying machine recognizes raw material information codes, the dishes can be processed according to a user customized menu.
In addition, the big data-based self-service cooker of the invention further comprises wheels which are arranged at the bottom end of the housing 100 and are uniformly distributed, so that the self-service cooker can be conveniently pulled and moved by a vehicle, and the placement position can be conveniently changed.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (7)

1. A big data-based self-service cooker, comprising:
a housing having at least one openable door;
the cooker body is arranged in the shell;
the raw material storage unit is arranged outside the shell or in the shell and comprises a plurality of chambers for storing the cooking raw materials in a classified mode, each chamber is provided with stored raw material information of the cooking raw materials, and a raw material database is generated according to the raw material information of each chamber;
the menu storage unit comprises a menu database, the menu database records raw materials and processing methods required by preparing various dishes, is in communication connection with the raw material database, is matched with the raw material information of the raw material database according to the dish types in the selected menu database, and further determines a cavity corresponding to the raw materials required by preparing the dishes according to the raw material database;
the menu information acquisition platform comprises a plurality of sensors for recording manual dish frying methods and dish frying processes of various dishes, the sensors comprise a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, a timer, a flowmeter, a weigher, an odor sensor and an acceleration sensor, and the recorded information comprises: the blanking sequence of different raw materials and the blanking time interval of different raw materials; the corresponding oil temperature when different raw materials are fed and the stir-frying mode after different raw materials are fed; the internal pressure of the pot body, the internal pressurization, heating time and stewing time of the pot body, and the feeding amount of various solid and liquid seasonings; the cooking information collected by the menu information acquisition platform is transmitted and stored in a menu database of the menu storage unit;
in addition, the menu database records preparation methods of various dishes and generates a process database, and the process database is connected with the control system of the cooker body and controls the start, stop and operation of the cooker body;
the use method of the big data-based self-service cooking machine comprises the following steps:
s1, the menu author manually prepares one or more dishes on a menu information acquisition platform, and the menu information acquisition platform records the dish preparation process, generates cooking information, transmits the cooking information and stores the cooking information in a menu database of a menu storage unit;
s2, the menu consumer checks the menu database of the menu storage unit and selects the menu;
s3, prompting the dish making time and cost and generating payment information according to the raw materials, the menu and the taste of the selected menu by the raw material storage unit according to the current raw material inventory and ingredients;
s4, after payment is completed according to the payment information, the raw material storage unit transmits corresponding raw materials to the pot body, meanwhile, the control system controls the door of the shell to descend to seal the shell, and the cooker body starts to make dishes according to the method recorded by the process database in the menu storage unit; after the process of making dishes is finished, the control system controls the door of the shell to automatically ascend and open and stops the operation of the cooker body, and a menu consumer can take out the dishes;
in addition, raw material capsules of dishes are produced in a standardized mode, nitrogen is filled for preservation, cold chains are distributed to convenience stores or unmanned goods receiving machines of communities where the frying machines are distributed, when no raw materials of dishes are to be cooked by customers in cavities of the built-in capsules of the frying machines, the customers can purchase the raw material capsules from nearby convenience stores or unmanned vending machines and place the raw material capsules at one end of a cavity of a raw material storage unit of the frying machine, and after the frying machine identifies raw material information codes, the dishes can be processed according to a user customized menu.
2. The big data-based kiosks of claim 1, wherein the information stored by the process database in the menu storage unit comprises:
the blanking process of various raw materials required by preparing a specified dish comprises the sequence of blanking of different raw materials and the time interval of blanking of different raw materials; the oil temperature corresponding to the blanking of different raw materials and the stir-frying mode of the cooker body corresponding to the blanking of different raw materials; the internal pressure of the pot body, the internal pressurization, heating time and stewing time of the pot body, and the feeding amount of various solid and liquid seasonings.

The big data based self-service cooking machine according to claim 1, further comprising a charging module, wherein the charging module is connected with the menu database, the charging module records click times and click frequencies of various dishes in the menu database, the charging module further stores click prices of various dishes, the click prices are automatically charged according to dish capsule prices, processing technologies and processing time lengths, payment two-dimensional codes are generated, a customer starts cooking the dishes after paying, and the charging module performs charging statistics on the utilization conditions of the dishes according to the click times and click prices of the dishes.

The big data-based self-service cooker of claim 1, wherein the raw material information of the raw material storage unit comprises a raw material name, a raw material producing place, a raw material price, a raw material quantity or weight, a production date of the raw material, and a shelf life of the raw material.
5. A self-service cooker, comprising:
a housing in a closed arrangement, the housing having at least one openable door;
the cooker body is arranged in the shell, an opening is formed below a cooker body of the cooker body, and a first valve capable of being opened and closed is arranged at the opening;
the smoke exhaust system is arranged in the shell, an inlet of a smoke exhaust pipeline of the smoke exhaust system is correspondingly arranged above the cooker body, and an outlet of the smoke exhaust pipeline extends to the outside of the shell;
the water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline extends to the outside of the shell;
the pan body of the cooker body can be arranged in a translation mode, the cooker body is arranged in the shell in a horizontally-arranged mode, a gap is formed between the support tables, the pan body is supported by the support tables, an opening in the bottom of the pan body corresponds to the gap, and the pan body translates along the gap between the support tables;
the water drainage pipeline is arranged below the support tables and corresponds to one side of a gap between the support tables, so that an opening at the bottom of the pot body is in butt joint with an inlet of the water drainage pipeline when the pot body is arranged at one side of the support tables;
the movement of the pot body and the opening and closing of the first valve and the second valve are respectively carried out by a control system of the cooker body according to the following modes:
when the cooking machine is in a state of preparing cooking, the pan body moves towards the inner side of the shell along the support platform, an opening below the pan body is separated from an opening of the sewer pipeline, and the first valve and the second valve are closed;
after the frying machine finishes frying, the pot body moves towards the outer side of the shell along the supporting table, an opening under the pot body is in butt joint with an opening of the sewer pipeline, and the first valve and the second valve are opened to enable the opening under the pot body to be in liquid communication with the sewer pipeline.
6. The machine of claim 5, wherein at least one side of the housing is provided with a door that can be raised and lowered to open and close, the door being transparent.
7. The machine of claim 5, further comprising a material unit comprising:
a plurality of independent chambers for storing the cooking materials, wherein the chambers are provided with memory chips or identification codes for recording material information; both ends of the chamber can be opened; a refrigerating and fresh-keeping device is arranged in the cavity;
the raw material selling module records the prices of various raw materials and is connected with the storage chip or the identification code of the cavity;
the automatic feeding device comprises a pushing mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a conveying pipeline;
each chamber is externally connected with a video system, the video system is respectively in communication connection with a storage chip or identification code of raw material information in the chamber and the raw material selling module, a pushing mechanism and a transmission mechanism are arranged in each chamber and are respectively connected with a control system, and the control system controls the starting and stopping of the pushing mechanism and the transmission mechanism; the conveying mechanism is connected with one end of a conveying pipeline, and the other end of the conveying pipeline is positioned above the pot body.
